Hello P-Themes Team,

I recently downloaded Porto v7.7.1 (All Files & Documentation) from ThemeForest. It looks like the porto-functionality.zip plugin included in this release is missing the /admin/ folder (and files like admin-init.php). Because of this, the Porto → Theme Options → Advanced section only shows a grey title — the settings such as “Enable Porto Builder”, “Enable Elementor Templates”, and “Enable Porto Studio Library” are completely absent.

I have already opened a support ticket privately with screenshots. Could your team please confirm if this folder was accidentally excluded from the 7.7.1 package and release a corrected version or patch?

This issue affects Elementor users who can’t access Porto Studio or builder options. Several users may encounter this, so a verified clarification or fix would help many.

I can see from the comments that users have been reporting this issue for more than six months now. I also noticed that you’ve already acknowledged the bug and mentioned that a fix is planned for a future update. However, it’s been a really long time…

Do you perhaps have any information on when this is expected to be resolved?

The problem is: GTIN, UPC, EAN, or ISBN only works for Simple products. It does not work for products with variants, and EAN is only displayed for Simple products.

Hi Porto, after applying the theme, when I load my website in incognito mode, it does not auto-redirect to HTTPS, but when I remove the theme, my site redirects to HTTPS. I pressed F12 -> Networking on the browser, and it says something is blocked. Here are some of the logs

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to set the Portfolio as Products with variations, as the Portfolio is a custom post type, while Products are actual WooCommerce products.

Hello, a few months ago I purchased the Porto theme. My client has an online store, but now they’re asking me to switch to a multisite environment because they want to manage several lines of their brand through subfolders, for example: mysite.com/line1, mysite.com/line2, mysite.com/line3. However, when I try to do this, it works fine on the main domain (mysite.com/line1), but not on the other two. When I try to register them, the template says the license is only for one domain. Could you help me?

You can change the icon size from Porto >> Header Builder >> Edit the Header and then Edit the Porto Mobile Menu Icon, change the icon size from there as per your requirements: https://postimg.cc/zb9vqNnr

Alternatively, please copy and paste the below given CSS code to Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and change the value in the given code as per your requirements:

there is something i noticed. 1-when customer are on the shopping cart, the payment type show up even tho they have not put their address. it create a problem because they can for example use paypal and venmo and pay without even checking out how can we fix that? 2-it also create an issue where they checkout without putting their address 3- When i add the zip code to calculate shipping it will only show me google pay 4-But then when I click on checkout it will now show every payment again

Hi Porto,

I have activated plugin cache WP_Rocket. With the simpliest thing: css compress and java. (now deactivated pluggin). The webside crashes (css not showing): candleartesoteric.com is strange because I have other with same theme and not giving errors and with all cache options activated.

Maybe I should edit something in the theme?

Please try turning off the options under Porto → Speed Optimization one by one. After each change, clear your browser cache and check the site again. Sometimes, one of these options may conflict with other plugins that provide similar functionality or with the server configuration itself.

Hi, i built my site with Porto and integrate a Woocommerce Shop. Now i want to know, how Menu can adding for any Shop Site (for example Product Categorie). Because when I insert Produkt Categorie in the Shop Menu and then click on this Buttons, Site shows the Categorie in Content, but Menu is from Website again, not from Shop https://www.fliesen-boettiger.de/fliesenzubehoer-kaufen
