Hello, I can’t login at my account at https://support.themetechmount.com more likely my ip was blocked and i cant see your messages now but the problem i am facing at my website is still on, It has something to do with the theme maybe an update or something could fix it i dont know, I cant edit it at all

Hello. For some reasons, elementor doesn’t work as expected. It’s very hard to edit since it doesn’t auto switch to the widget/block I click. Drag and drop also doesn’t work as expected.

I previously activated my theme license on a website hosted under a plan that has since expired. I am now in the process of rebuilding the same website on a new hosting account, using the same domain name. However, I am unable to activate the license because it appears to still be tied to the expired installation.

Could you kindly assist me in releasing or transferring the license from the old site so that I can activate it on the new hosting account?

We’ve created Demo 3 using Elementor only. Our theme supports both page builders, but for this demo, you’ll need to use Elementor Page Builder.

Hello. i can’t open a ticket on your support system confirmation email not arrive to my inbox. also checked at spam and junk no email from you. i open a ticket like a quest from emal igal@wbit.co.il I Purchase the theme and i have HUGE problems with the theme. Import data not imported. it straight get an error 500. ( Whoops, there was a problem importing your content.

Whenever I click on “Anomica Options” below the dashboard button, the screen continuously scrolls without stopping until reaching the very end. Consequently, I’m unable to edit anything. Sorry for the inconvenience. The issue is due to the wrong https configuration setting in your site so just go to Admin > Settings > General Settings and set https as described here https://prnt.sc/uD40JnxK5h9g so this solve this issue.
