I am not sure what you mean by double fitler, but you can use post cards in Avada to filter based on categories and tags.

Good Day,
It appears YouTube embedded videos (via Avada shortcode) are no longer working when using Chrome, Edge, or Firefox. No issues with Safari.
Every time our visitors click on a video, they get the folllowing error: “Watch video on YouTube Error 153 Video player configuration error.”
To see our issue live, please visit: https://www.omniaerospace.com/news/ then click the play button located inside the sidebar “Featured Video.”
Are you guys aware of this? Got fix? We haven’t changed anything on our website.

Hi Ammar,
I conducted numerous tests (e.g.,disabled all plugins, except Avada’s) and still have the issue. Again, this is only happening with Brave, Chrome, Edge, and Firefox. No issues with Safari.
Also, the strangest thing is that the issue does not occur with a replicated staging site. Visit: https://staging2.omniaaerospace.com/news/ to see YouTube working.
Last, upon additional research, it appears the issue is happening to many sites and started fairly recently (1-2 months ago). Reference: https://www.reddit.com/r/feedly/comments/1n7bnm8/youtube_error_153_video_configuration_error/
So, in short, we’re going to wait this one out for 1-2 weeks and see what happens. The root cause of this issue could be a change Google (or its AI bots) made to YouTube’s cookie dropping/sniffing methods.

Update: Yep, I can confirm this issue affects hundreds of websites.
Team Avada may want to look into this as well. Many forums are starting to report this.
The issue occurs when embedding videos using Avada’s short code, not with Avada’s video element.
For reference, this is the shortcode we’re using (never had any issues with playing YouTube videos until last week: [fusion_youtube id=”videoID” autoplay=”0” alignment=”center” max-height=”400” controls=”1”]

- ROOT CAUSE IDENTIFIED AND FIXED *
As it turns out, the issue was caused by Cloudflare.
YouTube now requires the following security response header to function properly: Referrer-Policy “strict-origin-when-cross-origin”.
Cloudflare was bypassing our website’s security response header by attaching the following security response header to our website: Referrer-Policy “same-origin”
To fix this issue, I disabled Cloudflare’s HTTP Response Header setting, titled “Add security headers” as noted here: https://prnt.sc/5sFeeDVyNkk-
Afterwards, our site reverted back to its normal security response header (i.e., Referrer-Policy “strict-origin-when-cross-origin”) which works well with YouTube.
I hope this helps both Avada and others using Cloudflare.

Hi there!
There is an extremely important issue that Avada needs to fix as soon as possible.
Google reCAPTCHA is forcing all users to migrate to the Google Cloud Platform within the next several weeks, and Avada does not have the ability to work with the new management system within Google Cloud Platform.
Any users who have migrated (Google will very soon automatically migrate every user, so this is not a choice) now cannot use the Avada Google reCAPTCHA settings or follow the Avada instructions on how to set it up. The legacy method, for those that can still use it, is also only going to be available for less than 2 more months.
Please update Avada (and your instructions) to work with Google Cloud Platform’s Google reCAPTCHA system as soon as possible.

P.S. It would also be ideal if you offered different options, such as Cloudflare Turnstile or hCaptcha.

This change has not yet been implemented and the current Google ReCaptcha currently works just fine with the setup, also we already have released an update where you can use Turnstile element with Avada forms.

The purchase code is already being used on another domain. but in my Avada admin it shows as available so I am expected to pay for support to fix an Avada error

There is no need to renew your support to handle this. You can log into your support account, navigate to the “Licenses” tab, and manage the sub-domain and top-level domain registration there > https://my.avada.com/licenses/
Click the unlink icon next to the domain type for the specific purchase code > https://d.pr/i/4UYWT6 – Once you have done this, log back into the site’s backend and register Avada.

Yes. Updated yesterday (Avada, WP Core, WPML…). Every new term created within an AFC custom taxonomy gets the title correctly but the permalink and other dynamic data are wrong. Old terms are working well. Thankyou.

The condition was disabled for some reason which have been enabled and should work, you should be able to enable it on your own website without any issues from the off canvas conditions tab.
