New update files does not include options to import. Why is that. I need to switch from Layout90 to Layout91 to match new branding style.

Thanks for the swift response. Have you considered customers with other stuffs on their websites like KB, BLOGS, SUPPORT, FORMS etc Yet they need to reset before being able to switch demo. You should consider creating documentation that will cover for this case too
I had to reset on a staging site. Oh my, this is the slowest product ever tried by me.
Both staging and live are on the same server, yet the difference in the loading speed is more than 8 seconds.
My internet speed is 300mbps by the way.
I deactivated the AKD IMporter plugin and the slow problem is removed. Yet, the nag to activate the plugin wont go. Also can you clarify the need for the importer after the demo is already imported and customized? Is it responsible for the frontend at all?

To switch to the new layout design (e.g., from Layout90 to Layout91), it is necessary to reset WordPress first. This allows you to import the demo again with the new design. Please note that this process will erase all existing data on the site.
Regarding the AKD Demo Importer plugin, it is only required during the demo import process. Once the demo has been successfully imported and you have sucessfully update the theme options, the plugin is no longer needed for the frontend of your site.
As for the speed concerns, the AKD Importer itself does not affect your website’s frontend speed. Any editor slowness you experienced may sometimes occur when using a shared hosting environment with limited RAM or resources.

The theme should have a fixed desktop menu when you start scrolling. This should already be included by default in the templates, and there’s no need to open a ticket for it.

Thsi theme does not even load correctly, the new updates just make the site slower, my website goes to Error 500 due to loading too long, I spent 2 weeks or even longer, just trying to import the content and it does not even import the things correctly, support does not even seem understand what the issue is, I spent more time looking for issues that needs to be fixed with this theme as it has so many bugs. Not a good intvestment unless u like fixing issues than should have been fixed.
