Hi I just brought the theme, for the child theme it is named rehub-blankchild. not sure why is it blank. so do I still install the child theme or not ?

I just installed one of the demo themes, it crashed my browser and now I can’t log into wordpress. It just hangs at: please wait while we verify you’re not a robot and keeps refreshing.
I disabled all plugins and the Rehub theme and I still have the same problem.
This was a clean install in a new database. Before I delete the database and start over I just wanted to make sure this wasn’t a known issue or if you knew of an easy fix.

This was not a problem until I I installed the demo theme. It’s also not a problem on any of my other WordPress websites. I will delete the database and start over.
You can simply activated other theme and you will see that you have the same. theme doesn’t have any captcha functionality
It turned out to be a cloudflare issue. It fixed itself after the clouflare outage.

I recently purchased the REHUB theme and installed the RECASH child theme on my WordPress site. I’ve installed all required plugins and successfully customised the header.
However, I am struggling to customise the Homepage layout and would appreciate your guidance.
Specifically, I am trying to:
Move the category menu from the right-hand side to the left-hand side of the page.
In the section currently titled “This week’s top offers”:
Display 4 cards/items instead of 2, and
Make this section narrower (more compact in width/spacing).
I have tried using Greenshift, PageLayer, direct HTML editing, and the REHUB Theme Options panel, but changing the settings there (turning toggles on/off) does not appear to have any effect on the homepage layout.

Which builder or module (e.g. Greenshift, Elementor, your built-in templates, etc.) is recommended for editing the RECASH homepage?
Where I can change the position of the category menu (left vs right)?

Hi. Im unable to activate the theme with the license code for the latest version of rehub I have purchased. Within Wordpress when trying to add the license key it just says “server returned an invalid response, please contact support”. Any help would be appreciated.

they are already in separate options. You can disable comments in theme options – global enable/disable

Woocommerce don’t have such option to prioritize featured posts. You will need to make customization
