Hi for image governance I see from the documentation that file uploads start at 1MB. Is there an option to go below 1mb, also is it possible to select different file extension types and their size for upload restrictions? Thanks

I’m more so looking to reduce file sizes from what i see on your platfrom dashboard e.g. jpeg – on the admin dashboard I believe a user can upload a file up to 1MB – I would like to reduce to e.g. 400KB to manage my storage correct. Oh one one more thing, the user Dashboard does not appear to inherit Theme typography settings. Is the only way to change that via custom css?

There is no option at the backend to assign the memberships manually. So, the user must go through the subscription process in order to subscribe to a membership plan.

We already have this planned to add Typography controls for the dashboard, so you will get this option in a future update of RealHomes. At this time, you can apply a custom font through Custom CSS.

I need to confirm a few key requirements before proceeding.

1- Can a real estate agent fully manage their website using only the theme’s front-end dashboard, including creating and editing listings and profile data, without any access to the WordPress wp-admin area?

2- If any actions require wp-admin access, please specify exactly which ones.

3- Is there a live demo of the front-end dashboard used by real estate agents? If so, could you please share the demo link and login credentials?

4- Does the theme provide a separate dashboard for real estate companies or brokerages, allowing them to manage multiple agents or a team, different from the agent dashboard?

1) Frontend-only management
Yes, real estate agents can create, modify, and manage their listings and profiles directly through the RealHomes frontend dashboard, without accessing the WordPress wp-admin area.

2) WP-Admin access
WP-Admin permission is only necessary for site administrators during initial setup, global settings, design adjustments, and plugin management. Agents don’t need WP-Admin access for daily operations.

3) Frontend Dashboard Demo
Yes, you can try the frontend dashboard with any of our Modern, Ultra, or Classic demos. The dashboard features are consistent across all demos; only the visual design differs. [ https://realhomes.io/demos/ ]

You can log in using the username “demo” and password “demo” to access the RealHomes frontend dashboard.

4) Agency / brokerage management
RealHomes supports agencies with multiple agents. Though there’s no separate dashboard interface, roles-based relationships manage agents and agencies, and properties are shown accordingly. Agencies can add agents via the RealHomes dashboard.

The behavior you’re seeing is expected.

The Single Agent demo is intended solely as a design showcase, focusing on the agent profile and property presentation. It is not meant to demonstrate or provide access to the frontend user dashboard. For this reason, we have intentionally not added a demo login user to this demo. You can activate it on your website.

If you’d like to explore and test the frontend dashboard functionality, you can do so in any of our Modern, Ultra, or Classic demos. Please note that the frontend dashboard features are identical across all demos; differences between demos are primarily related to design and layout, not functionality.

Additionally, we avoid adding demo users to specific demos (including Single Agent) to prevent unnecessary file hosting, demo data overhead, and maintenance complexity.

So, in short:
  • The Single Agent demo does not include a demo login.
  • The frontend dashboard can be fully tested in other demos.
  • All dashboard features remain identical regardless of the demo used.

I am experiencing a critical issue where property listings are not displaying on the Single Agency Post Type pages (e.g., https://immobiliareestero.it/agenzia/dario-griffone/).

The section shows the message: “Nessun risultato trovato!” (No results found!).

The Problem: The properties are correctly published and assigned to the agency in the backend.

However, when viewing the agency page, the filter logic for displaying properties assigned to that specific agency is failing.

The properties do appear correctly on the corresponding Author Archive page (e.g., https://immobiliareestero.it/author/edouard7/), confirming they are linked to the user but not correctly pulled by the agency post type filter.

Could you please advise on why the properties are not appearing when filtered by the Agency Post Type? I need a solution or guidance on how to correctly query the properties associated with the current agency.

After reviewing your setup, the behaviour you’re seeing is not a theme bug — it’s tied to how RealHomes manages Agency → Agent → Property relationships.

How RealHomes Handles Property Display on Agency Pages

In RealHomes, properties are not directly filtered by the Agency post type alone. Instead:

  1. A property must be assigned to an Agent.
  2. That agent must be linked to an Agency.
  3. Only then will the property appear on the Single Agency page.

This means:

  • If an agent that belongs to an agency has properties, those properties will show under the agency page.
  • If none of the agents linked to the agency have properties, the agency page will correctly show “Nessun risultato trovato!”, even if the author archive shows properties. This is because the author archive queries by user/author, not by agency relationship.

So in your case:

Properties show correctly on the author archive (/author/edouard7/) because they are linked to a user.

They don’t show on the agency page because the agent linked to that agency does not currently have those properties assigned.

How to Fix

  1. Edit the affected properties in the WordPress admin.
  2. Make sure each property has the correct Agent selected in the property meta.
  3. Confirm that each agent has their Agency field set to the correct agency.
  4. Once this relationship chain is established, the properties will appear on the Single Agency page as expected.

User/Agent Synchronisation (Optional)

If you’re using User Role Synchronisation (Dashboard → Easy Real Estate → Settings → Users → User Role Management), the system can automatically:

  • Create agent/agency profiles for newly registered users
  • Sync profile details (name, contact, avatar)
  • Link users with Agent/Agency profiles

This helps avoid mismatches between users and agent profiles when properties are submitted via the frontend.

However, even with synchronisation enabled, the property-to-agent assignment still needs to be correct for the agency filter to work.

Properties appear on Agency pages only when:

  • They’re assigned to an Agent
  • That Agent is associated with the Agency

If an agent has no properties, the agency page will legitimately show “No results found.”

Please check the agent assignments on the properties and update them accordingly.

Hello Inspiry Team. I came across a search filter plugin yesterday got me interested in unfreezing my frozen project. Out of respect for your work, I can send you the plugin’s link privately if you’re interested.

What I wanted to ask if you’ve not yet considered and which I think would be nice is the possibility of: 1. When a user selects within a search field, the results automatically update in real time – like live search. 2. This option would be real amazing to consider – I saw someone working on the idea in which, user simply types (or maybe even says) the type of property, the location and their budget into a search field and based on the keywords a search result is generated.

What do you think of them?

Can you please confirm if #1 is available? I wish it was – saves time. Thank you and have a great December!

If your provider’s XML structure is compatible with WP All Import, you can map the fields to RealHomes property fields and automate updates as the feed refreshes.

You actually don’t need a third-party plugin for this. RealHomes already includes a built-in way to control who can see Property Analytics through the User Roles Synchronization feature.

You can disable analytics for any user role and keep it visible only for administrators or agencies.

Please navigate to:Dashboard → Easy Real Estate → Settings → Users → User Roles Management

There you will find the “Property Analytics” permission [ https://snipit.app/Vy5t ]. Just set it to Deny for any role that should not access analytics.

This way, analytics will remain available only for the roles you choose, and it will not appear on public listings.

Your development workflow is absolutely fine. You can build the site on a sub-domain (staging environment) and then move everything to the client’s live domain once the project is complete. This is a common and fully supported approach.

After the website is live on the main domain, you can simply remove the staging installation.
