Hi, I have a quick question about the new Mega Menu and Content Blocks in Uncode 2.10.
Is it possible to trigger a mega menu with a Content Block on hover outside of the main header menu? For example, I would like to place a menu item in the middle of a page, and when the user hovers over it, the same mega-menu style dropdown (powered by a Content Block) should appear above the content.
This kind of UI pattern is very common in modern websites, not only in the header, so it would be extremely useful if Uncode supported it natively.
Is this currently possible, or planned?

While you mentioned seeing this on many sites, we are unable to visualize exactly what you mean without a reference. Could you please provide some direct links to examples so we can understand the context better? At the moment, we are picturing a sort of popup implementation, but it is likely you are referring to a different functionality entirely.
Hi ! I’m a long time Uncode user and bought many licences (but my supports are now expired). I want to report an old and very annoying bug : My home page is built around a very large media gallery (109 media, including one YouTube Video, the rest are images). Everything is working fine but I can’t modify the gallery (I can remove a media but can’t add one). So I have to build a new gallery from scratch each time I want to make modifications. With each new version of Uncode and Wordpress, I hope the problem is fixed… but no. Have you ever experienced this?
NB : When I say “I can’t modify the gallery” I mean that I can’t had a new image (or a new media). I can change the options. More specifically, when I specify a new image from the media library to add it, it doesn’t appear in the list in the General Tab.
Hi Lebenzet! We recall encountering a similar issue with another user during the years, which was ultimately traced back to 503 server errors. Regardless of the underlying cause, you can resolve this immediately by manually retrieving the specific Image ID and inserting it directly into the page shortcode. Hi BennoJerris! We’d like to clarify what causes the ‘uai’ suffix you’re seeing in image filenames. This occurs when you have ‘Adaptive images’ enabled, when ‘Dynamic Srcset’ is enabled, or when you’ve set an aspect ratio other than ‘Regular’ in a module, like in this example: https://lopezb.d.pr/i/rFFFGs . This is actually a custom theme feature, not a quirk. WordPress doesn’t natively support generating crops of unregistered images on the fly, so we’ve implemented this functionality ourselves and simply append '-uai-' to indicate these dynamically generated crops.
From what we understand, your issue specifically affects background images. The challenge here is that Imagify cannot manually replace background image markup with picture elements – this is a limitation that applies to virtually any theme, not just ours. You can quickly verify this yourself by inserting a test div like this into a PHP file using the default WordPress theme: https://pastebin.com/raw/mi3zY5mv . This is precisely why Imagify also provides the rewrite option as an alternative solution.
Unfortunately, your hosting environment doesn’t permit URL rewriting, which is beyond our control as theme developers. The rewrite mode is actually the necessary solution for your particular configuration. We understand this may not be ideal for your situation, but it’s the technically viable path given the constraints of your hosting setup.

Firstly, exceptional work on the mega menu. The way you have implemented it is amazing and it’s great to have so many options.
Two things I cannot seem to do anymore and I wondered if they had been removed or missed during the implementation?
1. The ability to control the overall size of the dropdown menu? Currently it is full screen and seems to override the limit width function. 2. Can no longer seem to have the transparent main menu bar turn white when opening the sub menu, it stays transparent.
Could you confirm if these options are possible using mega menu?

We’re not sure if you’re reporting potential bugs with the old menu or asking how to do this with the new Megamenu with Content Blocks.
We’ve just verified and nothing is different with the old Megamenu in our installations. If you want to know how to create a limited Megamenu, you now need to do it from within the Content Block (Layout options: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/29777061850013-Megamenu-Content-Blocks).
Nothing has changed regarding transparency – as you can see from the demo, all the demo Menus are now using Megamenu with Content Blocks and functioning as before.
It is potential a bug in the new version, I am using the new Megamenu.
It seems that the Menu dropdown focus option has been removed, that is what I am trying to find. Where you can override the menu transparency when opening the submenu. It was there in the previous version, but seems to be gone now.
Regarding the limit width, thank you for the information. I have done this but it always pushes the menu to the left and I cannot seem to centralise the menu container, even though I have the column and row set to centre.

I just found that the “Center Double” option is causing the mobile menu to not be visible. Upon selecting Center Split or Justify option for the Navbar menu (just to be clear) the mobile menu items are visible. What the hell?

You never mentioned anything about the “Center double” option, which is also visible in the demo ( https://undsgn.com/uncode/homepages/shop-bold/ ), but there’s a considerable difference between what you wrote and using the correct name “Center Double.”
We do confirm the bug, but this isn’t “crazy” – this is simply what can happen with an update. Even Apple has bugs when they release updates, and this certainly doesn’t mean they don’t care.

The logo on mobile isn’t going back to the center anymore, unfortunately. I will leave it on the left for now. Yes, thankfully the mobile menu is working again.
But there is still the bug/issue with editing certain Content Blocks. The Frontend Editor can be accessed, but the Elements can’t be edited. Only via the Backend, I am able to make updates to the design, unfortunately. Strange thing is that it’s only happening to the Content Blocks that control the design of product pages.
I have a Content Block for our Drinkflessen Bedrukken Category Page https://befitoriginals.com/drinkflessen-bedrukken/ as well, but that doesn’t have an issue with the Frontend Editor.
Also, I still have the issue on product pages upon swiping the product images, and it automatically scrolls back to the main product image for no reason.

While this setting is available for the desktop view, it has never been a built-in feature for mobile devices; therefore, you likely achieved this effect previously by using custom CSS code. Regarding the issue you are experiencing with the Frontend Editor, please understand that we cannot debug a problem specific to your environment unless you open a formal support ticket. Since no other users have reported this behavior here, in the Facebook group, or in our private Help Center, we require access to your specific installation to investigate further.

Also, I still have the product images sliding issue (especially happening on iPhone, I always check via iPhone) and since we are now running 2 campaign’s for Google Ads, this is really important to fix, this issue can really scare off people. Very odd indeed. I have checked your demo many times. Upon uploading demo content to a staging site, it also doesn’t happen. Once, I started the website build again from scratch. And there, it’s happening to me again.
So why is this just happening to me, then? I don’t have any strange / not well known plugins, nothing. Just a little bit of custom css, functions.php and 1 snippet extra JS, that’s it.

I am generally very satisfied with the theme, but I am currently facing two issues with the SVG logo implementation that I hope you can help me resolve.

1. SVG Logo Sizing Issue (Menu Height) I want to display the SVG logo slightly larger. However, when I increase the Logo Height setting (e.g., to 28px), the entire navigation menu height increases significantly. This doesn’t look good visually, as it creates too much vertical space.
Question: How can I increase the SVG logo size without the overall menu height changing (or increasing excessively)?
2. Logo Loading Jump Effect I have noticed a small visual “jump” or delay when reloading the page. The logo initially loads, and then the menu seems to adjust its size, causing a slight shift.
On your demo pages, this effect is not visible.
Question: Is there a trick or specific CSS/setting I need to implement to prevent the logo/menu from jumping after the page refresh? (On my site, the menu loads small, then large.)
I look forward to receiving a clear solution or guide on how to fix these two problems.

Hi! I have got a copyright strike from my hosting provider for using the Uncode – Creative Multiuse WordPress Theme. They claim they are acting on request from FontFabric distributor due to usage of Muller and ProximaNova fonts in Undsgn theme. How do I prove you were authorized to license these fonts as part of theme license?

we can confirm that the Uncode theme package and official demo https://undsgn.com/uncode/ do not include or use the Muller or Proxima Nova fonts. These fonts are not bundled with the theme, nor are they referenced in the default content or demo data.
If those fonts are currently active on your installation, there are a few possible scenarios:
- You may have added them manually (e.g. via Adobe Fonts sync or custom upload).
- A plugin or external integration may be loading them.
- They could be part of a design customization not related to the theme itself.
Uncode includes a feature to sync with your Adobe Fonts account, but you remain responsible for the licenses of any font you activate through that method.
To help clarify the situation, could you please:
- provide the URL of your installation,
- specify where those fonts are being used,
- or share the exact details from your hosting provider regarding the font usage?

Or watch homepage please, all elements (headings, arrow) on the open screen were set to align ‘center’ (couple of months ago) and now it is on the left.

Hi lololecorse33, Without a comprehensive check of the complete scenario, it’s genuinely difficult to pinpoint the exact issue. Servers involve numerous parameters and setup options, and the ones you referenced are just a few important for the theme’s core functionalities.
However, could you please verify if the theme is properly registered and not merely migrated? In other words, if you temporarily remove the license, are you able to re-register it successfully? I’ve noticed this problem frequently recently with migrated installations that appeared to be properly registered but were not.
