Our website https://www.pembekalgarambukit.com/ is using Salient 18.0.1 and the Legacy Button → See Through Solid On Hover style. However, the left-side border stroke on the button is not visible.
Is there any method (filter, hook, snippet, or JavaScript) to fix this issue? Or is this a bug in Salient that needs to be addressed?

I’m not currently seeing that display issue on your live site, and I can’t reproduce it locally. Are you still seeing it on your end?

Is there a way to enable Infinite scroll on the special Global Section location Blog Archive? The Post Loop Builder has lots of options hidden when selecting the Blog Archive Loop as the Display Location, including the ability to select the Pagination Type!

There’s no way to enable that as of now, since in the archive context we’re inheriting the regular query that WP provides instead of using a custom query such as in the case of a load more button. However, I’ve noted your +1 for the idea

I need assistance with an issue on my website https://peroduazamahan.com/master , which is running Salient Theme version 18.0 in a WordPress Multisite Network. we have 29 subsite to fix
We are using relative links such as:

This already works correctly for text boxes and buttons.
However, inside the Salient Fancy Box element, the relative link does not convert to the subsite URL. For example, setting the link toperodua-axia/ inside the Fancy Box results in the browser going to:
http://perodua-axia/(which obviously cannot be reached).

❗ Question: Is there a way to ensure that the Fancy Box Link URL automatically detects the current subsite path, so that:

automatically becomes:

Or at least, is there a method (filter, hook, snippet, or JS fix) that can force the Fancy Box element to treat relative URLs the same way as normal links?

You’ll need to copy the fancy-box.php file to your child theme using this method, then do a find-and-replace to change esc_url() to esc_attr(). This stops WordPress from sanitizing the value as a URL and enforcing its allowed protocols list.

There’s currently no way to make the breakpoint lower than 1000px, but you can make it higher through the Salient options > Header Navigation > Mobile Header tab via the “Header Mobile Breakpoint” field.

Hi! I´m building a page with full height rows. Is it possible to use anchors on it? It seems it´s not working for me in the same with the Row id. Example: domain.com/services/#service-4 being service-4 the row id of the fourth full height row.

Not so sure it is related to it, but I added a YouTube video background on a module and on mobile it is not being visualized, while in desktop yes it is. The option for disabling video background in general setting is deactivated. Is there anything else I can do regarding this?

YouTube backgrounds are not supported on mobile devices, as mobile browsers block that functionality. We recommend using a self-hosted MP4 background for any videos you want to autoplay on mobile devices. I am not sure if it is an error related to the recent update or a mishandling, but on our site, we have links to tabs + anchors in the menu.
This works everywhere except on a specific page.

V18 should not have altered that behavior, so it may be a long-standing issue with tab deep linking and the anchors used in the top navigation. I’ve noted it for closer investigation in the next release.

Hello Nectar, I noticed an issue with the Post Loop Builder template after the last update. When set in a Masonry layout as Big and Small, the large image gets cutoff. I haven’t been able to resolve the issue.

We intentionally disabled the horizontal scrolling effect on mobile for UX reasons, but I’ve noted to explore adding an option to toggle a standard horizontal scrollbar on mobile instead of the animated desktop-style effect.

I’m knocked out by the latest update! The only issue I’m having is I can’t add any of the templates to any pages. I click on the thumbnail to add it via WPBakery builder and nothing happens. I thought it could be due to conflict with current plugins, so I set up a fresh install via MAMP and added a demo site. That worked fine, but even on that site, with absolutely nothing but the Salient install can’t add the individual template DIVs. Any idea what the problem could be? Thanks, Alex.

Just a question about the awesome color change feature in Salient (via the Signal Demo): I read the documentation. It seems that if you set the color change and “Fade” in one row, it only works in the FOLLOWING row. Is this how it’s supposed to work? So if I want rows five and six to change color, would I have to set it in row four?

The background color should change when the row with the “Color Change Section” option enabled reaches the middle of the viewport – i.e., when it comes into the dominant view. If you’re not seeing this happen, please share your URL so I can take a look.

Okay, sure thing. It’s at https://seanc452.sg-host.com/. But wait… I just realized something: the bottom row now works (and properly changes into orange). I had to set the backround of the row above it to white (instead of clear). If not, the orange colour “bleeds” into that section as well.

Since the last update, full screen background images are displaying full image size and not full screen size. As you can see here: mauropesce.com

I’m currently able to see both of your sections on that page rendering the background image in fullscreen to match the section’s viewport size. Have you tried temporarily disabling your performance-optimization plugin to check whether it’s a caching issue? Here’s a screen recording from my end.

Hi. Is there a way to remove the featured photo on posts from particular categories. I’d like to remove the featured photo for my newsletters category posts (see at https://cusw-bc.ca/fall-2025-cusw-newsletter/).
