Woocommerce Shop page not working after latest update. It seems that any page that has the WooCommerce products widget is not working or loading properly.

Also, the whole shop page does not load if I am logged into the admin area when that widget is on the page. If I am not logged into the admin area and am on the shop page, the products don’t load, the menubar does not open when rolled over, and the footer doesn’t load. This is NOTspecific to WooCommerce. I have WooCommerce on other websites I manage, the issue is specific to WooCommerce and the Salient Theme.

Also having critical site error since updating as other people have commented since updating. Would be good to have a solve for this other than “no known issues”. Hosting company said it was “Salient Core” plugin, and disabling it does resolve the issue (but then site is un-styled).

1. The Post Loop Builder provides the option to query from CPT’s and pull in custom fields. Most other elements do not have fields to pull in custom data.
2. We don’t provide a built-in option to block YouTube, but you can achieve that functionality through the use of EU cookie plugins.

No it wasn’t fixed, the fix was breaking other things. The nectar tab changed isn’t working correctly. Please guide me for correct mechanics of pricing tab switching in this 3 column design from that menionted Demo. This is annoying it takes so much time.

The challenge with having AI troubleshoot this kind of issue is that it requires very accurate context and a clear understanding of why something isn’t working. Without that, it’s essentially guesswork and can lead you in the wrong direction.
As I’ve mentioned before, in-depth technical support – especially for implementing custom libraries – needs to go through the support forum. Using this area repeatedly for that type of assistance goes against Envato’s guidelines. I know I’ve noted this previously, but I do need to mention it again.
Regarding the issue you’re experiencing, I’d recommend first ensuring that the tabs are always set to display: block, since your custom rendering relies on JavaScript within them. You can add the following rule to the CSS box in the Salient options panel:
.tabbed .wpb_tab {
display: block !important;
}
If that doesn’t resolve the problem, please feel free to open a ticket on the support forum.

The Post Loop Builder allows you to add filters for categories or taxonomies. However, that feature isn’t supported when creating a custom archive template and is only available when using the Post Loop Builder on regular pages or posts. That said, I’ve added the idea to the wishlist.

Is there a way to enable Infinite scroll on the special Global Section location Blog Archive? The Post Loop Builder has lots of options hidden when selecting the Blog Archive Loop as the Display Location, including the ability to select the Pagination Type!

You’ll need to copy the fancy-box.php file to your child theme using this method, then do a find-and-replace to change esc_url() to esc_attr(). This stops WordPress from sanitizing the value as a URL and enforcing its allowed protocols list.

There’s currently no way to make the breakpoint lower than 1000px, but you can make it higher through the Salient options > Header Navigation > Mobile Header tab via the “Header Mobile Breakpoint” field.

Not so sure it is related to it, but I added a YouTube video background on a module and on mobile it is not being visualized, while in desktop yes it is. The option for disabling video background in general setting is deactivated. Is there anything else I can do regarding this?

We recommend using a self-hosted MP4 background for any videos you want to autoplay on mobile devices. This works everywhere except on a specific page.

V18 should not have altered that behavior, so it may be a long-standing issue with tab deep linking and the anchors used in the top navigation. I’ve noted it for closer investigation in the next release.

Hello Nectar, I noticed an issue with the Post Loop Builder template after the last update. When set in a Masonry layout as Big and Small, the large image gets cutoff. I haven’t been able to resolve the issue.

We intentionally disabled the horizontal scrolling effect on mobile for UX reasons, but I’ve noted to explore adding an option to toggle a standard horizontal scrollbar on mobile instead of the animated desktop-style effect.
