I really your concept of expert and user reviews next to each other as it really works for a project of mine.
I however have one extra question: do expert and user reviews can have different score options / reviews. So topic A should only be available to expert but topic to only to users

by default – no, but possible to hide review form on specific category so users will not see option to rate
For some reason the product pages are showing up as having schema markup error in the Google Search Errors without aggregated rating, review rating and offer. All of the product pages on my website already have aggregated rating schema, but why is it showing up as error in GSC with Rehub despite already having aggregated rating? Is there a working solution to this?

This for instance has aggregated rating schema marked up as shown on the frontend. But for some reason GSC does not read Rehub aggregated rating and shows it as an error on the product page schema even though it is already there on the frontend.

How do I change it to Editor’s Rating schema that is shown on the product page?
Google currently doesn’t support single review schema, it must be user’s rating, you can add it in comments to product

Hello, are these improvements planned regarding offer dates/expirations (I’m using Re-Cash)? I mentioned this a long time ago:
1) When you want to expire an offer, you have to edit the post and check “Offer is expired?”. But if there was an end date that hasn’t been reached yet (for example: out of stock, coupon ended earlier than expected, etc.), you also have to delete this date, otherwise it doesn’t work. Would it be possible to make it so that when an offer is manually expired, the end date is automatically removed? (to avoid forgetting)
2) There is still no time field in the RH Frontend form, even though some offers do not end at 23:59.
3) In the Post Offer module, the default time is set to 12:00 PM (noon). This doesn’t make sense — shouldn’t it be 11:59 PM?
4) It would be nice to have an “Offer expired?” button in the front-end, so an admin could expire an offer manually by simply clicking the button, instead of having to edit, check the box, save, etc. For non-admins/editors, this could send an email to the admin like “someone reported this offer as expired”.
5) It would also be useful to have a “start date and time” field (working like the “end date and time”) for deals that we publish in advance.

1. end date will not be removed. You can simply change date to be in past
2. We do not plan to add time option to plugin
3. There is no default time because there is no default offer date, it’s just placeholder in calendar widget but it’s not default date
1. Yes i know, i have to remove the date each time. When I have a lot of deals to expire manually, sometimes I forget to delete the date. That’s why it would be more convenient (and logical) to automatically remove the end date when the “expired” button is checked. Isn’t that technically possible?

3. OK, but how do we change this “placeholder in the calendar widget”? It doesn’t make sense — the default time for the offer date in the post should be 11:59 PM, just like the default time (which we can’t change :D) in the RH frontend form.

But for the 3 other points, i think they are bugs or non-logical things… It should be fixed… (especially the time in RH frontend and this 12:00 PM as default time….)
After the new wordpress version, I see some new files popping up under inspect elements > rehub-js-extra, rehub-js-after, js swiper

you can add rating to products. you can’t add rating to category. Also this is violation of google rating rules (you can’t add review to listing or archives)
When I try to edit a post, a blank white page opens. Updated WP to 6.9 (php is 8.1 and 512MB) Disabled almost all plugins Frontend works fine.

There was a conflict with wp core gutenberg. I installed the gutenberg plugin and now I am allowed to create and edit posts with the block editor. still, some rehub templates have been slightly changed, or do they look different

I hope you are doing well. I am requesting a refund for the ReHub theme based on the exception section of your refund policy which states that in rare cases refunds may be issued after answering the detailed questions regarding the user’s purpose, expectations, and project requirements.
After installing and reviewing the theme, I realized it does not match the type of website I planned to build. There are no technical errors, but the theme structure and workflow are not compatible with the project requirements I have. Because of this, I am unable to use the theme for its intended purpose on my end.
I have read the documentation and tested the available options, but the layout and required modules do not align with the site concept I am working on. Since the theme cannot serve the specific purpose of my project, I am kindly requesting a refund under the “rare cases” evaluation mentioned in your policy.

Hi. You can build any design, theme includes Greenshift page builder, supports also Elementor and have a lot of ready blocks and templates. There is no limit in term what you can do in design

Hello, I purchased the REHub theme, but the download package is incomplete.
When I download “All files & documentation”, the ZIP file is only around 11 MB, and it does not contain the /plugins directory. Because of that, several required theme plugins are missing, including:
-rehub-deal-helper
-rehub-coupons
-rehub-compare
-rehub-post-modules
-rehub-woocommerce-addon
-rh-frontend
Without these plugins, important theme features like Deal Box, Offer Box, Price comparison, and Coupon modules do not appear inside posts.
Can you please refresh / regenerate the download package for my account so I can get the full version with all plugins included? I have those plugins installed:

we don’t have such plugins and never had them. All core blocks, offer box, price comparison and coupon things are available directly when you install theme and Rehub framework plguin
Theme also never included Affiliate egg pro and External Importer. All bonus plugins are listed in description of theme

The “All files & documentation” download only gives me a small 11.8MB ZIP. It does not include the Plugins folder. Please reset or refresh my download package.
