The single course page has a wrong spelling for curriculum, it’s spelt Course Currilcum. How do i deit that?
That is not hard coded, just edit the elementor page and change it.

Hi Team , we have purchased the theme long time ago and there seems to be few critical issues after the resent update . Can you please guide us since the site is live : The edit and save buttons are missing on the LMS and I’m unable to edit course units. The error with the LMS persists. The checkboxes are not functioning, which is preventing us from selecting students, performing course access extensions, and managing other administrative tasks. Also the, course content cannot be edited because the ‘Edit’ button is missing.
Most clickable elements are unresponsive, and some are displaying error code E6BE. Most features are no longer working as they previously did.

1. the issue is whenever any customer place an order many triggers are fired automatically at a time, it is making site down for few minutes which shows message of critical error has been occured.

1. Yes, the user gets subscribed to the course at this point. So emails, whatsapp notifications all works here. Try disabling some touch points at WP admin – vibebp/LMS – touch points.

1. nothing is activated in the touchpoints still website goes down, i talked with my hosting provider godaddy they are saying some issues are there in theme and plugins codes. i am also using wplms woocommerce plugin.
2. there is no place where i can delete these data from wp admin, i dont want to touch phpmyadmin to delete anything. also please let me know how to delete data of any students quizzes and courses when their validity is expired, for example when i remove a student from admin dashboard only status of student is removed their data is still there, secondly i completely delete a user still his data is saved in the quizzes and courses. how exactly i should manage the data is a mystery for me.
1. Please confirm. What happens when you assign the user to the course manually from Course – admin screen ? Is the site going down as well ?
2. Reset the student first , that removes the data and then remove the user. The activity is supposed to be the record of the user, and since WordPress does not use foreign keys, removing users would not remove their activity from the activity table.
1. no it is working fine if i individually add student to the course from admin screen, the issue is with 1 product which have multiple courses in it and with different validity options.
2. after resetting and removing user, it is still increasing wp activity and wp activity meta table, how to stop that ? i tried using bp bulk delete plugin to delete old activities but it is not able to delete wp activity meta table, it only deletes entry in wp activity table. i have tried many things, please give a clear roadmap to reduce database size. its urgent beacuse many things are impacted due to size issue.
1. this confirms the issue is not with Courses. Please check if there are other plugins which could be impacting order confirmation. Also check if this happens on auto-complete/approved orders only ?
2. There is WP admin – tools – buddypress and gdpr which has functions to remove user activity.

What can course video content both uploaded to the server and embedded as Vemio or Youtube not to render and only display on a small portion of the screen without playing.

Yes, you can upload on server (not recommended for large videos), Vimeo, Youtube. We also have a plugin to use with Bunny CDN. The quiz if published, then it would be there in the manage quizzes. Maybe you forgot to add to curriculum and save the course.

Downgrade elementor to 3.33.6 all icons are missing in 3.34. We’re yet to get a reply from Elementor.
I downgraded, but the issue of video rendering is still persistent. Also, pasting a Vimeo or YouTube URL fails to paste. If I paste as an embed, as shown in the video, the video won’t render after the embed.

I noticed that the issue was with the video visibility settings on publishing. It’s working perfectly.

oh you’re attempting the quiz, reset your quiz attempt in Manage Quiz – Quiz submissions or enable retakes for the quiz and retake the quiz to load up new question set.
I’ve offered to pay you to fix these vibe no issues, also the icons are all messed up and you didn’t make the 3.33..6 im using the latest version 3.34 available in the appearance> install plugins .. the system is super unstable and laggy, I’ll buy a new license or update support I just want a GUARANTEE that you will be responsible and tend to issues with this theme and communicate with the community when bugs or errors happen. And stop ignoring us when attention is needed. How much and what is needed please advise asap.
Yes, 3.34 elementor version is causing issue. We are waiting for elementor team to update on this.

So under the question subscription text there should be options to put in a text box and images and stuff like that but it isn’t there. I’ve restarted the computer, cleared the cache, and switched browsers. Nothing has worked
Also when I make or edit questions I’m unable to delete answer options. So if we add 5 text boxes for answer options but only need 4 I can’t get rid of the fifth.

There is a conflict with Elementor 3.34 make sure you’re on elementor 3.33.6 . Elementor has added some sweeping changes, merely installing it causes this issue. We’re in touch with them to resolve this. WP admin – Elementor – Tools – version control – downgrade

I am facing an issue where my WPLMS site is stuck on the loading screen and the dashboard does not load. I have checked the source code and found the following issues:
React App Failure: The container is empty, which indicates the VibeBP React application is failing to mount or initialize.
Stuck Loader: The tag retains the loading and pageloader2 classes and they are never removed by the script.
Potential API Conflict: I see the VibeBP scripts are loaded, but the content isn’t rendering. I am using Wordfence and Elementor, and I suspect something might be blocking the REST API calls (wp-json/vbp/v1/) or causing a JavaScript conflict.

I want to create a multivendor website where I can add my own courses, and most importantly instructors register on my website and can upload their courses after I manually review and approve them.
Instructors will pay a membership fee to me let’s say I will have tired membership to allow them to list their courses and they pay through my payment gateway to access their accounts and courses.
Students can register for free accounts to start learning and pay instructors directly for courses so the students pay the instructor directly not me, while I take a percentage or fee from those payments.
The site should only feature approved courses and be scalable for future growth.
Courses can be in the form of slides with voice-over or video recordings. Is it possible to achieve all this using existing theme, even if additional plugins are needed and what I will need?

Yes this is possible. For recurring instructor membership you can use any membership plugin, our Instructor membeship plugin works on number of courses an instructor can publish. We do have Multi-vendor provisions for course sales. We also have Stripe and Paypal payouts payments plugin to support direct vendor payments. Admin approval for courses is also available. Following video shows the instructor commissions and pay-outs process. This is flex layout same as demo, if you resize width to below mobile screens this is expected. 4. You are posting screenshots of 2 different screens. The app screen exists in your site as well. 5. Install the WPLMS PDF cretificates plugin and generate a sample certificate. 5. One is button label the other is course status. One shows take this course and other shows price. You can easily remove this by editing the course layout and remove one of these.

can we use your gutenberg theme – child with elementor too. i feel like gutenberg layout is more clean and ready to use. but if i want to create a new homepage or other normal pages using elementor will it work?? i am confused.
The gutenberg layouts must be used with Gutenberg child theme , there are design elements and classes defined in the theme which would only work with the child theme.

The ticket was created more than 24hrs back and no one responded till now. Following are the issues we have with the theme and solution:
1. The Demo shown on the Theme Live Preview is functional where as after installation, the result is not workable at all, even if you try our different variations.
2. The Documentation provided with the downloadable package has broken links and therefore it is not possible to follow leading to the solution.
3. The UI is very primitive and not well responsive with lots of overlapping especially the header.
4. From the UX point of view, the navigation from screen to screen and elements are not well placed to have proper scroll.
Please fix all these issues for us on urgent basis.
