2. I currently have a live site, i want to install the theme on the subdomain, when the new website is finished, I will transfer it to the domain root. Is it possible with one licence?

2. Yes, absolutely. This is possible with a single purchased license. HUB allows you to use one license on one development site and one production site simultaneously, and you can manage your licenses easily through the Liquid Portal.

Hello Support Team,

I am using the Hub Theme for a single project with a valid single-site license. The subdirectory is based and used only for internal structure/management. It is still one single project.

On the subdirectory site, Elementor shows a warning, and the following message appears:

“This theme is disabled due to a revoked license.”

Pages publish, but Elementor templates do not display on the frontend. This issue does not occur on the main site.

There is no license misuse. Kindly advise if this setup can be allowed/whitelisted or if any additional license activation is required.

You can use only one page builder at a time to avoid any issues or inconvenience.

If your website is already built using WPBakery and you switch to Elementor, the existing content will become distorted or broken, as both builders use different structures and shortcodes.

If you would like to use Elementor with Hub, the recommended approach is to reset the website or install a fresh WordPress setup, and then import an Elementor-based demo. This will ensure everything works correctly without layout or compatibility issues.

Hi I have few queries I saw this theme on my friend’s website last month (in development) and I liked the theme, its demos, and features but I noticed few things there. He said when his hosting environment was having PHP outdated notification it said 8.0.3 is outdated the he asked hosting provider to upgrade the PHP version but then recently he told me that your theme plugins are not supporting 8.4.xx version hence he got critical error screen. Also i noticed single page blog layout is broken means he is not getting how demo looks probably hub core plugin messed up.

So if i purchase this then how do i tackle this situation specially php error because , btw where do you mentioned safe php version supported data with which your plugins are compatible so that we the buyers do not have to ask again again but can see like changelog page.

Hi, thank you for the reply. I just connected with my friend, and she told me that in the past she had hired an agency that purchased this theme for her website from their ThemeForest account and shared the purchase code with her via email. She is no longer in contact with the agency, but she does have the theme purchase code in her email.

Your support site asks for the Envato username, which she is not aware of due to the reason mentioned above.

She has now updated the theme, and the site is live, but some issues are still present.

Could you please let us know how she should proceed to contact you for support?

According to Envato’s support policy, assistance is provided only to the account that purchased the theme. Therefore, the purchase code must belong to the Envato account requesting support. Please ask your friend to contact the agency and request the complete PDF file containing the purchase code. Once she has it, she can contact us through our support system. Otherwise, she will need to purchase a new license.

We need to update the plugin files. As you know, the core plugin depends on the theme, so the related dependency code in the theme must be updated as well. That’s why we requested updating the theme first, followed by the plugin.

Hello, dear developers, can you tell me how to remove the “Portfolios” URL from my portfolio?

I specified Slug = case in the settings:

Portfolio Slug = cases Portfolio Category Slug =cases

But my breadcrumbs still show the word and URL “Portfolios.” Why?

I get breadcrumbs like this: Home-Сases-Portfolios How can I remove the “Portfolios” URL from the breadcrumbs? I don’t need it, because I want the “Portfolios” technical page to be called “cases.”

And this is a technical bug! My support has ended. But this is a bug in your theme. Please clarify this without creating a ticket. Or could you please email me instructions on how to fix this? My template is “Soft.”

Unfortunately, custom post type attributes cannot be edited via functions.php. Instead, you can edit it directly from the source code of the Hub Portfolio plugin.

The problem is that the broken archive page with the URL /Portfolios/ remains. The display template for the portfolio card on the archive page /Portfolios/ is weird and can’t be customized. This is nonsense. My /Portfolios/ page is simply broken.

And I want a beautiful one with a filter and small cards. But I only get that when I create a page with 0, for example /cases/. But I don’t understand how to replace the portfolio archive page /Portfolios/ with my beautiful /cases/!

Changing the settings doesn’t help: Portfolio Slug = cases Portfolio Category Slug = cases

I have two duplicates of the same name in both /cases/ and /Portfolios/

Hello, the website goes awfully slow. It takes more than 14 seconds to load every single page. I have contacted support since the problem started months ago and I have no solution. Everything is well configured, there is no issue, simply the plugin Hub Elementor Addons makes the web terribly slow. Since the last update of Elementor is even worse. I have written again to support (twice), and have no response. I don’t know what to tell my client, this is embarrasing. This is a major issue and it is happening to a LOT of users. What i am suppose to do?

Hey guys. You’re awesome, thanks for the templates! But you’ve shoved the settings for removing those damn vertical lines way too far away!

This is the second time I’ve tried removing them. You showed me earlier, but Elementor has updated, and I don’t understand where to remove those vertical lines on the homepage!

This is so annoying, it’s terribly annoying!!!

Can you somehow remove these damn lines from the templates? Or write clear, updated instructions on how to remove them!
