I have noticed a possible issue with language folder. Parent folder is named “language” wp recommends using plural “languages” and on child theme the code to add to fuctions.php as mentioned in your documentation it doesn’t seem to be updated: Redundant first line: load_theme_textdomain() is for parent themes. In a child theme, you only need load_child_theme_textdomain(). So from your recommended code: function child_theme_slug_setup() { load_theme_textdomain( ‘traveler’, get_stylesheet_directory() . ’/languages’ ); load_child_theme_textdomain( ‘traveler-childtheme’, get_stylesheet_directory() . ’/languages’ ); }

to something like this?
