I re-entered the purchase code, but the following message appeared: “You have exceeded the maximum number of activations allowed by this activation key.” I don’t understand; it’s on the same domain name.

The problem is that some theme elements have disappeared, and the site has display issues.

Could you please tell me how to fix this problem?

Hi, I haven’t updated the Gem and plugins for a couple of years and now after update I get 503 server error almost every time I try to access the backend. Did it all got so bloated over the years that my server settings are not sufficient any more or what may be the cause? There wasn’t any problems before the updates.

I’m facing a serious conflict between TheGem Theme and Elementor Pro that makes it impossible to build pages.

Problem:

While editing pages with Elementor, the builder becomes buggy and sometimes crashes.

Right-click is not working inside the page builder:

I can’t copy widgets or containers.

Context menu does not appear on widgets/containers.

This issue happens on all websites where I use TheGem + Elementor Pro.

Important notes:

Everything was working fine before.

The issue started recently, possibly after an update (Elementor, Elementor Pro, or TheGem).

If I disable “TheGem Theme Elements (for Elementor)” plugin, Elementor works normally.

If I disable Elementor Pro and keep TheGem Theme Elements, it also works.

The problem only happens when both Elementor Pro and TheGem Theme Elements are enabled together.

Conclusion: This looks like a compatibility conflict between Elementor Pro and TheGem Theme Elements.

At the moment, I can’t build or edit any page properly because both plugins are essential for my workflow.

I purchased this theme here on ThemeForrest and got a purchase code, but I can’t activate the theme, say’s invalid code. I tried to go to your support page, but I can’t create a ticket, because again it says invalid purchase code. Reached out to ThemeForrest support, no response yet. However, there is one issue that we’ve noticed, which has been raised by our clients as well, and I’d like to bring it to your attention. While it is frequently emphasized—both on your theme documentation and in various responses to comments—that TheGem is compatible with both WPBakery and Elementor, the reality is that all the new demos are available exclusively for Elementor.

We’ve made a conscious decision not to use a builder like Elementor, which tends to crash on updates and adds excessive JS, which ultimately impacts site performance. This is why we actively seek out theme developers like yourselves who continue to evolve and improve WPBakery, delivering exceptional designs. While we’ve seen a significant amount of improvement in this regard over the last year, there seems to have been a halt in recent updates.

For instance, none of the new demos appear to be available for WPBakery when using the TheGem Demo Import v.5.11.0 (for WPBakery). The demos available exclusively for Elementor include: Yoga Studio, Smart AI Services, AI Solutions, Tech Consulting & Solutions (Dark & Light), Seafood Restaurant, AI Startup, Digital Agency Onepager, Steakhouse (Light & Dark), Gym & Fitness (Light), Car Rental 02, Health & Wellness Coach, Jewelry Shop, and Modern Restaurant. Unfortunately, we are left searching for these demos, which are not available, and customers are unaware of this at the time of purchase—something that doesn’t seem ethically right.

When can we expect WPBakery demos for ALL the new theme demos?
