I bought this theme a long time ago, and in the last 2 months I’m no longer able to update my footer text or remove widgets from my site. It functioned great until now, but it’s no longer working properly.

Yesterday I updated to the latest version of the theme.
Avada 7.14.2 WordPress 6.9.1 PHP 8.3
Today, when I try to edit one of the pages, I get this error hundreds of times:

Hello, I’m having trouble with uploading pictures and editing pages. No matter the size or file type, I get an error message “logo – Fort Lauderdale Coin Club.png The server cannot process the image. This can happen if the server is busy or does not have enough resources to complete the task. Uploading a smaller image may help. Suggested maximum size is 2560 pixels.” I’m uploading a logo that’s less than 200px squared.
I can’t make edits to a page and this is the message I get when I try to finish installing the mandatory plugins:

I want to use the mega menu feature in your template, but I can’t add the element to the Avada library because I don’t have that option. I only have the following options: Template, Container, Column, Element, and Postcard.
What do I need to do to get the Mega Menu option?

Hi there,
I’ve noticed unexpected traffic in my analytics coming from Avada-related URLs, specifically paths starting with:
/fusion_…
What’s unusual is that these URLs are not included in my XML sitemap, yet they still appear to be crawled and receiving traffic.
These URLs seem to be generated by Avada / Fusion Builder, and I don’t want them to be indexed by search engines.
Could you please advise on the best way to set noindex for all /fusion_… URLs?
Is there a built-in Avada setting for this?
Or should this be handled via robots.txt, meta noindex, or another recommended approach?

How do I change the title bar? The default text says ‘Your heading goes here.’ When I click on ‘Edit Text,’ I only see the options ‘Before,’ ‘After,’ and ‘Fallback.’ There’s no option to actually change the text.

Hello Theme-Fusion Team,
I changed the URL of a project and unfortunately didn’t deregister the old site – so the project’s page is currently unregistered. I want to fix this, of course, and I tried to create a ticket in my “My Avada” account. That didn’t work; it says “Your support period has expired. To submit new support tickets, please renew support.” even though I still have three months of support remaining. Can you help me?

thank you for suggestion but i already opened ticket in support and made adjustments as they said in Fusion-Builder plugin/ shortcodes / form / upload.php ,now it accept larger files in form same as php limits but the problem is the upload end with error of submiting .that why i writed that comment to ask if developpers can make edits on theme to accept larger files . regards,

License terms are set by Envato and you can read all about them further at link below, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.
