Hi Bug with WPML compatibility
The options of Porto Custom Post Types are not translatable. When the content of one of the options is modified in a language, it applies to all languages.
As a result,
- if we select a page as the archive for the event, in other languages it still uses the slug of this page - even if we don’t select a page and use the direct url to the custom post type archive, as the custom post types names and singular name can’t be translated (because WPML does not manage custom post types translations like it does for taxonomies) they appear in the site main language in any other languages.
Please fix that in making these options as translatable in your WPML Config file :
event-slug-name, event-name, event-singular-name, event-archive-page, member-slug-name, member-name, member-singular-name, member-archive-page, portfolio-slug-name, portfolio-name, portfolio-singular-name, portfolio-archive-page
(This is a bug, and not support. The issue has been submitted to WPML that concludes it is a Porto problem and after making several tests, I pinpointed it to this option translation problem). It prevents correct translation of the website.

I recently purchased the Porto theme to replace my old one, but I am unable to import the Shop 54 demo. I have tried all available methods, including the ‘Alternative Mode’, but it keeps failing.
My server (Hostinger) has a max_execution_time of 480s, and even when I try to import without media files (Skip Media), the process still fails. Currently, my website is showing a blank screen or broken layout because the import is incomplete.
I have 300+ products on my site and I need this resolved urgently. Could you please check why the import is failing or provide a manual way to import the Shop 54 settings?
My System Status shows that most requirements are met, but the import engine still refuses to finish.

the CSS are not rtl supported, the left padding and margins must be right padding and margins in rtl, I suggest use inline-start and inline-end instead of left and right directions.

I am using the Porto Theme with WooCommerce and I am facing an ongoing issue.
At random times, the products disappear from the Shop page on the frontend.
To temporarily fix the issue, I go to WordPress Admin → Pages → Shop and simply click Update (without making any changes). After saving, the products appear again.
However, after a few hours or 1–3 days, the same problem occurs again and the products disappear, forcing me to repeat this process continuously.
This behavior is consistent and happens without any manual changes to products or settings.
