There is a problem with the latest update; it is not possible to update the Themes .the new ( 5.8 ) I bought the license for life time
I tried to open a ticket on your website, but to do so, need to renew my subscription before I can even open a ticket, due to a problem you caused. This is illogical.

I have an issue with the product category display on my WooCommerce shop page while using the XTRA theme.
I am using the “Categories Bar / Type 1” layout, and categories are automatically sorted by the number of products (count), from the largest category to the smallest.
What I need is:
- manual control over the category order
- specifically, I want WooCommerce category menu order / drag & drop order to be displayed on the frontend.
Currently:
- Products → Categories drag & drop ordering has no effect
- taxonomy order plugins do not affect the display
- WooCommerce menu_order is not applied to the Categories Bar.
Is there:
- an option in XTRA theme to manually sort Categories Bar categories
- or a way to force Categories Bar to use WooCommerce term/menu order instead of count order?

The new update is stuck, won’t update, and displays an error. Additionally, the plugin code is creating automatic posts with strange text. My website is clean. Review the theme and plugin and identify these issues. The new updates should resolve these problems.
when i try to update from 5.7. to 5.8 says:This theme failed to load properly and was paused within the admin backend. Need to enter in recovery mode, reactivate the the theme, update and the same error like a bucle
There is an update but in the backend it does not say that there is an update.

There is a bug in the latest version of the Codevz Plus plugin regarding image links. When I assign a link to an image, the “Lightbox” and “Open in new window” options do not work at all. The link only functions if it is set to open in the same tab. I managed to resolve the issue by rolling back to an older version of the Codevz Plus plugin. Please look into this and fix the javascript conflict in the next update.
I thought I’d figured out the problem and posted the fix here, but I was wrong. So, I’ve decided to wait for your update on this.

It doesn’t matter what the ‘title element’ size is set to, you can’t change the font size on mobile… seems to have a max size of about 34-38pt on mobile… how do you make the font size larger on mobile?

In the years up to 2018, I purchased a total of 27 XTRA themes directly from the https://xtratheme.com/ site. Then 19 licenses through ENVATO. To ask why properly purchased licenses no longer work, I will not buy new support under any circumstances. That’s why I have to publish my request here again. All 46 licenses were used. Now some companies no longer exist or have been taken over and have new websites or my interns or trainees are no longer here, who had set up some systems. In the past, I could assign or delete the licenses on the https://xtratheme.com/ page. This has not been possible for a long time. Although the licenses are still valid and the associated systems have been completely deleted, I can no longer activate them. There are currently 6 purchase codes that can no longer be used. Do I have to expect that the other codes will no longer be usable at some point? How can I continue to use the ‘old’ licenses?

Since the last update, the ‘Contact Form 7 Pro’ doesn’t work… the drop down only gives you options for the site pages, not for the CF7 forms…

I am having issues since the lastest update with the shopping cart & Moneris. I have contacted both Moneris and the author SkyVerge about the issue and there does not seem to be anything wrong with both. Somehow the API is getting blocked and it looks like you did some security updates with the new version. Before the latest update the website was working with no issues. I did send a support ticket in and renewed my support.
I just went through all the plugins to troubleshoot the issue and its with the latest update to the Covez_Plus plugin. When I deactivate that the cart works with no issue but as soon as I turn it back it Moneris payment stops working. This only happened after the last update.
