Hello,
I recently updated the Ronneby theme, and after the update WordPress requires updating the Ronneby Core plugin. However, when I try to update it, the installation fails with the following message:
“The package contains no files.”
So at the moment the plugin cannot be installed and the theme requires a higher version of Ronneby Core.
I tried to open a support ticket on your support page, but I cannot complete the registration. When I enter my purchase code, the system does not allow me to register, so I’m unable to open a ticket through the normal support channel.
Could you please help me resolve both issues (the Ronneby Core plugin update and the purchase code registration problem)?

So far we have identified that there appears to be some type of conflict between the theme update and the Ronneby Theme Core plugin. The theme version is up to date, but the plugin is not. The only way to rule this out is to contact theme support. Whenever you have the opportunity, please provide us with access to your Ronneby account: https://rnbtheme.com/documentation/support-ticket Please use our Secure Submission Link to share your login credentials with us.
In addition to this, it is also likely that as the theme was updated, its URL structure changed, as I noticed that by default the URL contains /my-product for portfolio posts. You can see this behavior in the official demo: https://rnbtheme.com/home-demo/my-product/portfolio-builderheader/.

I have been using the Ronneby theme since 2016 and have always kept it up to date. After the latest update, the Ronneby Core plugin can no longer be installed.
The theme is successfully activated, but during plugin installation I receive the following error:

I am encountering a known issue while trying to update the Ronneby Core plugin on my local development environment. The automatic update fails with the following error messages:

I have checked the update URL in the process, and it points to: http://dfd.name/check/plugins.php?plugin=ronneby-core&code=...
It appears that the remote file being downloaded is empty, which causes the “package contains no files” error. isn’t it?

I am running Ronneby v3.5.70 on WordPress 6.9.1 with PHP 8.4.
After reinstalling the theme, the required plugin Ronneby Core (1.5.70) will not install.
When I click “Begin installing plugin” I receive:
The package could not be installed. The plugin contains no files. Plugin installation failed. A higher version of Ronneby Core is needed for this theme.
The installer is trying to download from:
http://dfd.name/check/plugins.php?plugin=ronneby-core&code=...It appears the remote download returns an empty file.
Additional info: • Theme freshly installed from ThemeForest • Purchase code entered (shows “invalid code” in theme activation) • Server is IONOS • PHP 8.4.17 • WordPress 6.9.1 • Memory limit shows -1 in Ronneby system status
Questions: 1. Can you provide the direct ronnbey-core 1.5.70 plugin zip file for manual upload? 2. Is there a known issue with the plugin API endpoint? 3. Does Ronneby 3.5.70 fully support PHP 8.4? 4. Why is the purchase code validation failing when it is valid in Envato?

Good afternoon.
I have uploaded the demo theme and all looks good, but I can’t get the fonts to look the same as the demo theme.
I want the fonts to be sanserif but can’t figure out where to change this. Is there a ronneby demo font.zip file that I need to install?
I have changed ’’ronneby/theme options/fonts” and “appearance/customise/fonts” from default to a sanserif font – but it hasn’t changed anything .

Hello Ronneby Support Team, I’m using the Ronneby theme with WPBakery and I have several fullwidth rows with a parallax effect and a background image. On desktop everything looks perfect and sharp. However, on tablet and mobile devices the same background images become noticeably blurry / pixelated, even though the source images are high quality and optimized. I already tried: Uploading separate mobile images Adjusting row padding and height Changing background settings (cover / contain / no-repeat) Clearing caches (browser + website) Unfortunately the issue remains: desktop is sharp, but tablet/mobile is always blurred. Could you please advise what the best solution is in Ronneby to keep parallax background images sharp on tablet and mobile? Is there a recommended setting, or a way to disable parallax only for mobile/tablet while keeping it on desktop? Also I have some other issues I will tell you about later. Hello, We are using these Theme for years. Recently the Licence was not active anymore/We could not update it anymore. Now we purchased the theme with anouther user account. The requested pages are included in the “Additional pages” demo content. We recommend you use WordPress Importer to import the layouts. While installing the content via Appearance > Installer panel the theme options and Revolution sliders will be overwritten and you’ll get only the ones from the last installed layout in the end. To avoid that, we’d recommend you use WordPress importer to install additional layouts/demos. Navigate to Tools > Import > install and activate the WordPress Importer > and select the file to import the content from. E.g.: for Additional Pages Layout import select the file from the following path – \themeforest-11776839-ronneby-highperformance-wordpress-theme\Mainfiles\import\04_pages_demo\content.xml.

I purchased Ronneby today on my own because the company that developed my web is asking for more money to update ronneby. I already had a purchase code and the theme activated, however the ronneby plugin does not update
(Order #208280770).
After downloading the package, I noticed that ronneby-core.zip is not included in the plugins folder (only js_composer.zip and revslider.zip are there).
I also tried updating via the WordPress Setup Wizard, but it fails because the dfd.name server returns empty packages.
Could you please provide a direct download link for ronneby-core.zip v1.2.5?
And, if needed I can introduce the new purchase code in the wordpress page, but I can not find where to.

same issue everyone else is having. Theme will not update – missing files. Can’t update the CORE plugin either. This is a purchased item and only has run on this 1 site.
