I have a website (calantha.es) using your theme for a long time. I’m experiencing fatal errors that prevent me from uploading/activating plugins (Fatal error has occurred).

I contacted the original webmaster who built the site, and he recommended repurchasing and reinstalling your theme. I bought it, but I can not even deactivated the them to put the new purchase code..

Could you please help me? I’m happy to provide temporary wp-admin access or error screenshots. What steps should I follow?

There is indeed an issue with the theme update. This is not related to the theme or plugin update itself. It is related to the database that stores the link between the website URL and the purchase code. Unfortunately, this issue cannot be resolved automatically, so we are fixing it manually. We received your request, but unfortunately replied to the wrong email address. Please send links to your websites and access details for the admin panels to the email address (from which you received the reply), and we will fix everything.

I recently purchased Ronneby and installed the theme on a fresh WordPress installation.

When the setup wizard tries to install the required plugin “Ronneby Core”, the process fails with the following message:

“The package could not be unpacked. The plugin contains no files. Plugin installation failed.”

It seems the installer downloads an empty package from: http://dfd.name/check/plugins.php?plugin=ronneby-core

Could you please advise how to install Ronneby Core correctly?

Hello, I managed to update the Theme at the new 3.5.70 version. Hello, although i am glad your site is back up, there are things that dont work yet, your customer suppor system trough tickets are not validating or registering the purchase code to actually be able to request support. the theme was purchased yesterday by my boss at my request because to me your theme is one of the best multipurpose themes out there and now i have him breathing down my neck because the ronneby core plugin is not instaling, i think he wrote already from his account. Your response sent him to your CS page that is not working. I read the Help forum and found a post about core issues and a link to a screenshot that is also down, it wont show up. please fix this issue or if you could give us a timeline as to when it could be back up the CS page to file a ticket that would be great.

I really love your theme and i would hate if my boss request that i contact theme forrest to ask for a refund, i hope it gets fixed soon.

I recently updated the Ronneby theme, and after the update WordPress requires updating the Ronneby Core plugin. However, when I try to update it, the installation fails with the following message:

“The package contains no files.”

So at the moment the plugin cannot be installed and the theme requires a higher version of Ronneby Core.

I tried to open a support ticket on your support page, but I cannot complete the registration. When I enter my purchase code, the system does not allow me to register, so I’m unable to open a ticket through the normal support channel.

Could you please help me resolve both issues (the Ronneby Core plugin update and the purchase code registration problem)?

The only way to rule this out is to contact theme support. I have been using the Ronneby theme since 2016 and have always kept it up to date. After the latest update, the Ronneby Core plugin can no longer be installed.

The theme is successfully activated, but during plugin installation I receive the following error:

It appears that the remote file being downloaded is empty, which causes the “package contains no files” error. isn’t it?

I am running Ronneby v3.5.70 on WordPress 6.9.1 with PHP 8.4.

After reinstalling the theme, the required plugin Ronneby Core (1.5.70) will not install.

When I click “Begin installing plugin” I receive:

The package could not be installed. The plugin contains no files. Plugin installation failed. A higher version of Ronneby Core is needed for this theme.

The installer is trying to download from:

http://dfd.name/check/plugins.php?plugin=ronneby-core&code=...

It appears the remote download returns an empty file.

Additional info: • Theme freshly installed from ThemeForest • Purchase code entered (shows “invalid code” in theme activation) • Server is IONOS • PHP 8.4.17 • WordPress 6.9.1 • Memory limit shows -1 in Ronneby system status

Questions: 1. Can you provide the direct ronnbey-core 1.5.70 plugin zip file for manual upload? 2. Is there a known issue with the plugin API endpoint? 3. Does Ronneby 3.5.70 fully support PHP 8.4? 4. Why is the purchase code validation failing when it is valid in Envato?

I need to restore a previously working site that became corrupted.

I have uploaded the demo theme and all looks good, but I can’t get the fonts to look the same as the demo theme.

I want the fonts to be sanserif but can’t figure out where to change this. Is there a ronneby demo font.zip file that I need to install?

I have changed ’’ronneby/theme options/fonts” and “appearance/customise/fonts” from default to a sanserif font – but it hasn’t changed anything .
