There may have been a misunderstanding, select custom in Preloader Type in preloader settings and upload your image.
Ninetheme – Theme Options – Main – Preloader – Select type > custom
Yes, I know that when selecting the default option and uploading the logo, it does appear, but the word “Loading” remains and the logo animation never completes due to the time issue. Also, when choosing the custom option, the logo does not appear. I already have Ticket #4398791 and I attached a video. I also have the GIF file available for you to test from your side.

If you have an old version of this theme, you can easly update your theme to its latest version using the Envato Market plugin.
Note: If you update your theme, please also do not forget to update your Wavo Elementor Addon plugin AFTER updated your theme.
