Total lack of support – 4 follow-ups ignored since April 6th

I am extremely disappointed with the support for this theme. I opened my initial ticket on April 6th, and after being told to try a solution that didn’t work, I have sent four follow-ups (April 10, 13, 14, and 15) with zero response.

It has now been 6 days since my last message and nearly 2 weeks of total silence. Our business season is starting now, and we are stuck with a website that is not functional due to theme issues.

I am leaving this review in hopes of finally getting a human response. Please address ticket #30360 immediately. I will gladly update this rating once the issue is actually resolved, but the current lack of communication is unacceptable for a professional product.

Please fix this bug in the next update.

When I delete a font from Google Fonts Setup, the deleted font still appears in Zion Builder. /wp-admin/admin.php?page=zn_tp_google_font_options#gfont_setup

I can make changes to the website via Zion builder, but when I click to publish, the wheel just spins, and the changes never go into effect. I have the most up-to-date version, and my PHP and server are good. I need help, I can’t update my website.

I bought this template years ago, and it’s really nice, but I haven’t registered it. I’m currently moving my site to a new server and noticed the registration option, but it doesn’t work. It uses a login from themeforest.net and an API key from Hogash (I created an account just moments ago). The response I get is: “ERROR: Blocked.”

Is it because so many years have passed?

The site isn’t “launched” yet, meaning it doesn’t have an SSL certificate, etc., because I’m moving it to a different server, my hosts file has changed, and the domain isn’t redirected.

If I import the demo content, will my site replicate the live preview exactly (layouts, fonts, colors, sections, widget areas)?

Is it possible to import only specific pages or sections (for example, the homepage from Demo 1, the About page from Demo 3) rather than the full demo set?

Can I build the site in a modular way — selecting sections individually and assembling them across pages — or is the demo import an “all-or-nothing” approach? (because i read comments about this and some people have problem with this case – demo data), also i need to know if i can change the full colors bakcground of theme, my store logo and Interior Design is all about RED color.

2. Homepage & Site Setup

After demo import, what is the correct procedure to set a specific page as the homepage and avoid the “404 – Nothing here” or broken layout errors when editing with builders like Elementor?

If there are multiple homepage demo versions included, can I switch between them easily (without breaking design/customization) and safely revert if I change my mind?
