I have just purchased Betheme on my account and can’t seem to register it on WordPress as well when checking their license checker tool it says the license is not registered, I have copied the license key from my ThemeForest account after downloading the license from the downloads page, there is no way to open a ticket with the author as registering on their site also requires registering the theme which it is not accepting.

Pre sale question: i have an established ecommerce website running from past 7 years. Now we want to move to a stylish design. We found betheme is the perfect choice.
We found a suitable home page that exactly we are looking to implement for our website
But my developer said that if we install demo content to bring same design as betheme demo , all our existing data will be lost.
So how can we proceed to have same demo home page kind design with existing data?
i mean without losing the existing data, if we can bring that design, it is really wonderful

during import process, you don’t have to erase your database and then you won’t lose existing content. So it’s basically up to you if you want to have absolutely fresh installation with prebuilt website content or not.

There is no such option like auto switcher between light and dark mode but if you want to create dark color scheme, you can do this with built-in options as you can adjust colors for any element you like.

I am checking out your Demo for the theme, want to buy it. But in the demo, I don’t see new element for AJAX FILTERING. I am looking in shop archive template. I have two wraps, left side would like to have this filter, and right side is the product list. Is it possible that demo isn’t updated to new version or am I missing something out?

I understand, this is not included in Demo materials. For me, important is that this feature will be included and will work when I buy the theme/develop the website.
For the future, you should really consider to include this is Demo website materials, because gives totally different level of the product listing page.

Yes, it is included of course. But it comes with specific prebuilt websites like one mentioned above. So, if you will import this demo, you will get AJAX filtering as it is on the demo. Of course you can set up this feature on any other demo you like (even if it’s not configured there by default). Hi, I’m using global sections and WPML, and I’ve noticed that in their translations into secondary languages, these sections display ‘user’ icons all over the place, even though translations are available. I’ve also tried completely redoing the translation manually using BeBuilder, but the display issue persists, and the ‘user’ icons still appear.
Is this temporary solution still relevant: https://wpml.org/errata/betheme-theme-global-sections-are-not-translated-on-the-front-end/If so, what will happen when I update the theme? Will I still need to edit this file?

2) We did never used any LMS but we know that some customers did already and they never been reporting any issues.

I tried—disable-site-isolation-trials—disable-web-security on Chrome but it is not working for me…
I finally found a way to edit my translation pages with BeBuilder. It’s not ideal for a normal workflow, but it’ll do until you find a solution to this bug.
First of all, my multilingual sites are configured with subdomains, e.g.: my-domain.com (main language) en.my-domain.com (English) es.my-domain.com (Spanish) de.my-domain.com (German)
So if I edit my page with BeBuilder (new version), I get a URL like this: https://en.my-domain.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=123&action=mfn-live-builderAnd then the Builder doesn’t work and I get a cross origin frame error message in the console.
To fix this, I change the subdomain directly in the browser URL to, for example: https://de.my-domain.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=123&action=mfn-live-builderAnd like magic, it works… i can use new version of Bebuilder live in other language than the main language.
I hope you will find a solution asap to have a normal worflow with subdomain multilingual website wpml + Bebuilder because this problem has still not been resolved since 2023 but I have confidence in you and your professionalism, and your responsiveness.

Hi, my purchase code isn’t valid even though it should be. The theme was purchased a while ago, but I want to use it now, and it says the purchase code has been used on another site. The code is not in the theme folder on the mentioned domain, and the theme has no asscóociation with that mentioned theme at all. It is using a different theme; no BE theme is installed, and BE is not in the folder. I cannot use the purchase for this reason. Please doulbe-check it because it should be allowed to use.

Hello, your favicon settings are very hard to figure out. For years we always have favicon issues. It does not show and does not show in Google or and browser.

favicon option under Theme Options has nothing to with Google or browsers.
