I need your help with BeTheme license registration on my WordPress website.
Website/domain: https://goadvance.ru/
I have a valid BeTheme purchase code. In your license manager, the license appears to be assigned to my domain goadvance.ru. However, inside the WordPress admin panel, BeTheme still shows the theme status as UNREGISTERED.
Because of this, I cannot access Muffin Options. When I open BeTheme → Theme Options, I get the message:
“Please register the license to get the access to Muffin Options.”
The main problem is that the website cannot connect to your API endpoint:
https://api.muffingroup.com/I tested outgoing HTTPS requests from WordPress. Here are the results:
Testing: https://api.muffingroup.com/
Result:
cURL error 28: SSL connection timeout
Testing: https://api.envato.com/
Result:
CONNECTED after 0.381s HTTP CODE: 404 MESSAGE: Not Found
So PHP cURL and SSL work on the server in general, because the website can connect to Envato API. The problem seems to be specifically with the connection from my server to api.muffingroup.com.
At the same time, your license manager shows that the license is already registered for goadvance.ru, but the local WordPress installation does not receive or save the registered status.
Could you please help me resolve this?
Specifically, I would like to know:
Can you confirm that my purchase code is currently assigned to goadvance.ru? Can you manually synchronize or reset the registration status for my domain? Is there any way to manually force BeTheme to recognize the license on the site if the domain is already registered in your license manager? Can you provide the exact API endpoint/IPs that the server must be able to access for BeTheme registration? Is there any known issue with api.muffingroup.com being unreachable from certain hosting providers, IP ranges, or regions?
Important note: I temporarily blocked external HTTP requests in WordPress using:
define(‘WP_HTTP_BLOCK_EXTERNAL’, true);
This was only done to stop the WordPress admin panel from freezing, because BeTheme license checks were causing long timeouts. When I allow api.muffingroup.com, the admin panel starts hanging again due to the SSL connection timeout.
I can provide the purchase code privately in the ticket if needed.
Please advise how to proceed, because I have a valid license, the domain appears to be registered in your system, but I cannot access Muffin Options inside WordPress.

I need urgent support, but it’s impossible to get it. I tryed to subscribe to your support forum, but it gives me errors. I have just purchased Betheme on my account and can’t seem to register it on WordPress as well when checking their license checker tool it says the license is not registered, I have copied the license key from my ThemeForest account after downloading the license from the downloads page, there is no way to open a ticket with the author as registering on their site also requires registering the theme which it is not accepting.

But my developer said that if we install demo content to bring same design as betheme demo , all our existing data will be lost.
So how can we proceed to have same demo home page kind design with existing data?

during import process, you don’t have to erase your database and then you won’t lose existing content. So it’s basically up to you if you want to have absolutely fresh installation with prebuilt website content or not.

There is no such option like auto switcher between light and dark mode but if you want to create dark color scheme, you can do this with built-in options as you can adjust colors for any element you like.

Of course you can set up this feature on any other demo you like (even if it’s not configured there by default). Hi, I’m using global sections and WPML, and I’ve noticed that in their translations into secondary languages, these sections display ‘user’ icons all over the place, even though translations are available. I’ve also tried completely redoing the translation manually using BeBuilder, but the display issue persists, and the ‘user’ icons still appear.
