Is there any of the demos incorporating a dark theme?

Hello,

I’ve just tried 2 times to update to latest theme version, but once it’s done I lose access to admin : redirection error. I had to roll back to a backup via my hosting provider to gain access again. I’m not sure if the error is the same or related, but I can see comments here about redirections issues.

However, none of the users with active support have provided us with the necessary WordPress and FTP credentials to debug the root cause. As mentioned, as soon as we receive access from a user with an active support subscription, we will investigate the issue and, if a fix is required, we will either provide it directly or release an update to resolve it. Unfortunately, it only occurs for a small number of users, and we still have not had the opportunity to debug an installation where the issue is active, as we have not yet received access from anyone with an active support subscription. As soon as we have access to investigate a live site, we will be able to identify the cause and provide a fix.

Hello i think you are already working on it; after the last update of 14/07 i get ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS at wp-admin. Also i would like to point out that with previous version 2.12.4 the bakery editor is giving back this error when trying to modify any element

I’m in the process of migrating my WordPress websites to a new GoDaddy hosting plan. At the moment, my existing websites (all with an UNCODE purchased theme) are still live and fully operational on the old hosting account, while the newly migrated copies are temporary versions that are not yet connected to my domains and are not publicly accessible.

I’ve noticed that the migrated copies are not functioning correctly because the Uncode theme is requesting license activation.

I understand that the license is intended for one website, but in this case the new installations are simply temporary migration copies of the existing licensed websites.

Once everything has been tested and confirmed to be working, I’ll point the domains to the new hosting and discontinue the old installations.

What is the recommended way to handle this migration without interrupting the live sites? Is there a way to temporarily activate the migrated copies during the transition, or is there another migration procedure you recommend for Uncode licenses?

I’d like to make the transition as seamless as possible while remaining compliant with the licensing terms.

Just updated from v2.12.4 from v2.12.5, then the Theme Options -> Save Changes was not working at all, even tried the “Disable AJAX Saving”... now reverted back to v2.12.4 and the Theme Options -> Save Changes now works again.

To identify the root cause of this behavior, we would need to investigate a site where the issue is currently occurring. As we have mentioned previously, this requires full access to the installation, which can only be handled securely via our official Help Center for users with an active support period. Since this is currently an isolated report, it is unfortunately not possible for us to debug the issue through correspondence alone. Hi SocialPepper! We have another user who reported this same issue and opened a private ticket. We are currently waiting for them to provide their login credentials so we can investigate further. At the moment, we have no other reports of this, and we are unable to replicate the issue on our end. We will keep you updated as soon as we have more information from that investigation.

Hi SocialPepper! Is your admin panel still down, or have you managed to regain access? In the meantime, other users have managed to fix this by renaming the Plugins folder via FTP to something else. Once they were able to log back into the admin area, they renamed the folder back to its original name. This process should allow you to regain access to your admin dashboard. We will be releasing an update tomorrow that addresses and fixes this issue.

I update the theme. OK. When i update the uncode core i get the following message from /wp-admin/: This page isn’t working [mydomain] redirected you too many times. Try deleting your cookies. ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

the front-end works though.

Any ideas?

The site appears to be loading correctly and we did not notice any evident connectivity or coding problems. A significant drop in traffic can be caused by many factors unrelated to the theme, such as Google algorithm updates, changes in search rankings, increased competition, SEO issues, indexing problems, content changes, backlinks, or technical settings affecting search engines. We would recommend checking your Google Search Console and analytics data to identify when the traffic decline started and whether it is related to rankings, indexing, or specific pages.

I can’t apply transparent menu for some reason. I’m trying to do this exact header type (https://undsgn.com/uncode/pages/about-minimal/) with two inner columns. I’ve applied all of the settings correctly, I believe. I have changed header type to First Row, made Primary Menu Bg Opacity to 0, have two logos (one dark and one light), put the two columns of the header in a second container but the header is still white. Any ideas. Thank you!

Small question: When the dynamic srcset is on, wordpress native lazy load should be active, right? Still page speed shows enormous image network loads, so it seems that does not work.

Hi supermex! It is important to clarify that having lazy loading enabled does not automatically mean that speed testing tools will stop flagging image issues. These tools often flag the “initial network load” because they prioritize the rendering of images located “above the fold”—those that are immediately visible when the page loads. Since those images must be loaded instantly to ensure a good user experience, they will naturally appear as significant network requests.

Description: I have a Row with Animation = “Inner Rows” (Stacked Cards) containing 9 Inner Rows, each with a single-post “Posts” module (Metro layout, Fluid Height, Width 12/12, single_height_viewport = yes). This setup worked correctly before updating to Uncode 2.12.4. After the update, only the first Inner Row pins correctly; the second row scrolls over the first (fixed) one, and from the third row onward all remaining cards scroll past normally as if in a single unpinned block, instead of each one stacking/pinning in sequence.

I did not change any row/animation settings — the regression appeared right after updating the theme to 2.12.4. I also re-saved the row (Row Settings > Animation > Save Changes, then Update page) to rule out a stale-cache/config issue — the outer row’s internal shortcode ID was regenerated (537578 → 270788) but the exact same broken behavior persisted.

Diagnostic evidence (inspected directly via GSAP ScrollTrigger in the browser console on the live desktop viewport, 1559px wide):

window.ScrollTrigger.getAll() returns 19 ScrollTrigger instances for this row: - Only 2 are real/functional desktop triggers: one with pin:true (start≈99, end≈6460) that pins the whole 9-card block as a single unit, and one with pin:false (start≈-695, end≈6460). - The remaining 17 all reference trigger class “row-stacked-cards-{rowId}-mobile” (i.e., the MOBILE breakpoint variant) even though the viewport is 1559px wide (clearly desktop). Their start/end scroll positions are collapsed to the same value (e.g. start=7131, end=7131), making them completely inert.

Expected behavior: each of the 9 Inner Rows should get its own desktop ScrollTrigger pin/reveal instance (per the Stacked Cards documentation), producing a sequential card-stacking effect for all 9 cards, not just the first one.

Environment notes (ruled out as causes): - LiteSpeed Cache: Minify JS, Combine JS, and Load JS Deferred are all disabled — not a JS-combination/ordering issue. - The bug reproduces on a freshly re-saved row with a newly generated shortcode ID, ruling out stale per-page cached config.

Could you confirm whether this is a known regression in 2.12.4’s Stacked Cards / ScrollTrigger breakpoint logic, and whether a fix or rollback path (e.g. link to 2.12.3 package) is available?

Happy to provide further console dumps, page exports, or temporary staging access if needed.

H andrewm324! You are correct; that is not a built-in feature, which is why we never showcase it in our demos.
While it is designed for text, it is highly likely that you can replace the text element with an tag to achieve a tooltip effect on an image. You would structure it something like this:

Hello undsgn team. Something worth to consider in future updates is the iPad Pro breakpoint. Right now 1024 is still seen as desktop (I think), which displays weirdly in iPad Pro in portrait mode. Suggest to define that 1024 falls under tablet, so that elements like menu won’t get cut off if there is a CTA menu. Also some tablet only items are not showing on the iPad. Thank you!

Hi Maxim1985! It should be possible. The same hooks used for the WooCommerce category pages also apply to the native Brand archive pages — you just need to swap the conditional tag. WooCommerce native brands use the product_brand taxonomy, so instead of is_tax( ‘product_cat’, ... ) you use is_tax( ‘product_brand’, ... ).

Hi GastonGC! As described in our documentation, when you import the Demo Contents, you receive a basic configuration along with placeholder images. The Uncode Demo gives you the possibility to import all the layouts so that you have every section and functionality available, rather than just a few isolated pages. However, as explained in the documentation, this means you start with a base configuration. I did exactly as the documentation and video told me to… and I still get a different color palette and different header settings. Any way to import those? I did import Theme Options, Theme Menus, and Widgets, along with the template, and all its posts and portfolio pages too.

Hi GastonGC! From what we understand, all you need to do is change the Accent Color to match that specific green. Simply create a new color with the hex code #132C2D and assign it as the Accent color under Theme Options > Customize > General. Once you do this, the blue will be replaced by the green.
