Hello, I just purchased this theme, i cant install it, it’s giving me errors thropugh FTP or directly through wordpress admin… for what i can see the following file comes as zero bytes /admin/functions/functions.php i thought the download was corrupted so i dowloaded again with no success… i also try directly on the server through remote desktop… same results. any help would be appreciated

1.- I need to add a PHP code onto my website asap, I uploaded a pluggin called insert PHP but it does not do anything
2.- I have some videos to upload MPG4 but when I upload it onto my slider it does work

I’m not sure about what you need for #1, you can insert PHP code in any of the theme files via the editor. FOr further assistance, please post on our support forum, but please keep in mind we do not support any 3rd party plugins. But we will try to help you with that.
For #2, you need to upload a youtube or vimeo video to any of the sliders, those are the video types it takes.

I dont think we will be able to provide help for the embedded PHP code, it goes beyond what we can provide. I just checked it out briefly, w’ell see what they say though.
For the videos, you cant upload MP4’s, it has to be youtube or vimeo. Upload your videos there, then copy the embed code. Its the only way to do that.

Hmmm, are you only uploading the “avada.zip” file? If so, then you probably have a limit on the size of file that can be uploaded via Wordpress. Upload the extracted folder via FTP and that will work. See our install video or our docs for info on installing it via FTP.
If you need us to do it we certainly can. please post this up on our support forum. Create a new topic with the above info, then post a second reply with your username/password and mark it as a “private” reply so only we will see those credentials and will be able to login and check the issue.

I have a problem when I want to put google adsense ads in header 728×90 disappear post photos. probe to install your photos in several places and always does the same. Is there any way to bring that ad next to the logo on the four types of header?

It’s one of the best themes I have ever bought on themeforest. I use it for my website which was build with my webbuilder next to me. He did not knew this theme before and he said that it was the easiest wordpress navigation structure that he has ever seen. So esecially if you are new with wordpress, this is the theme you will need!

Hi, Had a few questions before we buy this item. 1. Can sliders be turned off, that is if we don’t want sliders on front page, can it be turned off and can just one single image be shown? 2. Is it possible to have text on the left hand side (static) and have smaller images for slide show on the front page? Thanks

1. Yes you dont need to use a slider at all if you dont wnat to, you cna turn it on or off per page.
2. Yes you can do that as well, setup text block on left, then image slideshow on right. Same thing you see on our about us page, but flipped.

Those are your own custom icons so I would double check the size is exactly how you need it and no larger. Also, please double check any custom CSS you have used for them.

Hi I like the theme and its really nice with wide range of choices.
I have two questions facing a minor problem. (1) I create a custom link menu but the color turns red instead of Grey which other showing, I checked the menu bar color and it should be all right in Grey. Is there any suggestion?
(2) I want to have a parent menu not link with any page, with some sub menus scrolling down for choice. How to do it?

This theme sounds as though it could be what I’m looking for but I have some questions. Best to explain what I’m wanting to do with the site and then let you respond regarding whether Avada is best choice.
The site I am building is the first I have ever attempted. I’m entirely new to this and have no knowledge of code, but could pick up the basics pretty quickly if necessary. The site will need to function primarily as an events site. People should be able to login as a site member (free or premium) and register and pay for event attendance. Premium membership should ideally allow access to certain specific content. I’ll need a mail service like MailChimp to be integrated. I need a blog section and the ability to host videos and audio. I need to be able to host documents (e.g. PDFs) for download. I want solid social media compatibility.
I get the feeling that a fair bit of this stuff is built in to Avada already but that a lot more (events, membership, etc) is not. So perhaps a simpler question is: Can I find plugins for these functions and easily integrate them into Avada? Will this work or will it be problematic?
Finally, we’re an NGO with our own corporate identity (logos, colours, etc). I need a theme that allows us to very closely match that identity with colours, and use our various logos for buttons, etc. It looks like that should be possible but wanted to check.

We do not have a built in membership feature, you would need to use a plugin for that and I honestly cant say what I would recommend as we have not tested any of them yet. That is something you would need to try out, and we can certainly try to test one out in the future but I just cant say when that would be. I will add it to our list though.
You can certainly change out the colors, logos, etc to match your brand. You want to sue a logo as a button? If so ,that can be done by inserting the logo on the page and making it a link, but they will not have the same built in features as our buttons do. But that is true for any theme you buy here.

First of all, let me just say this template looks like an awesome template but I still have couple of questions.
1. Does this template support RTL languages? 2. Can I use multiple languages on one site (move between languages using a button or something)? 3. Do you have some sort of a trail version I could try out to see if the template fits my need before purchasing? The reason I ask it is because I couldn’t locate any “code samples” (shortcodes) on the live demo and i’d like to see how hard it will be to preform some of your design patterns.

2. You can use the WPML plugin and we cna help insert a language switcher in the header. We’re going to build that feature in theme options very soon, but for now we can help you insert that.
3. No sorry, Themeforest does not allow trial runs with the themes they sell.
For shortocdes, you can see all of them on our shortocde pages, pretty much the entire site is built using shortocdes, you can see them all on our demo under “shortcodes” menu item
Its easy to make our layouts, its all done using shortocdes. And we even provide you the XML file to import al our demo pages so you can have them already done!

I’m not sure I understood you – is there a plugin that can “mirror” the layout to make it right to left (for example, moving the logo or the headers to the right, reversing the tabs or controlling the side of ”+” in the FAQ page)?
in any case, if I purchase the theme now, will I be able to upgrade it later to a RTL/WPML version or will it require a new purchase?
There are RTL plugins, but we have not tested them to see how well they work. I have seen some of our other users use them though, but I cant tell you that we have tested it ourselves.
Once you buy the theme, all future purchases a re 100% free! We update it with new features all the time for our users

I would like to replace the FLEXSlider with Royalslider, which I have purchased.
What I am trying to find in the template files, is where flexslider is called (#wooslider-id-1) when selected so I can replace that php snippet with one to load royal slider.
