What does that mean? Because I see absolutely no change.
Knowledge Base page template can now display 3rd sub-level category depth
That was zero help and only reiterated my actual question. What do you mean by 3rd sub-level category? What do you consider “knowlege base template”?

My main navigation at the top has started to increase with many options. I’m wanting to have the mobile friendly navigation appear sooner, basically for a window size of 760px (when an iPad is in portrait mode).
Where can I update this setting?
The responsive css is located assets/css/app.css starts on line 276, this will require modification of number of classes.

I purchased this theme yesterday. Just wondering, on the ThemeForest theme page, under the heading “Upload Home Page Background”, that Hero Image/Background image is really slick. Is that included in the download? I’ve searched for it with no avail.

One more question, how can I modify the Header Title so that: a) the text is not so large on the home page (tried to find the H1s in the stylesheet but can’t) b) add a subtitle or a small paragraph underneath the Header title on the home page.

Could you perhaps help me with this, please? Trying to modify the file you said “page-knowledge-base.php” with no avail. What I’m after is that strictly on the home page only, underneath the header title, to add a small subtitle. Just before the search bar. It need not appear on other pages where the header title is visible on the menu bar, just on the home page only.

Hi, if you use the shortcode generator you should see additional dropdown select to enable the icon if not the syntax is: [alert type=”info” icon=”true” close=”true” text=”Content…”]

Hi, it is basically a new install. Activate some other theme, delete current KnowledgePress version and install and activate latest KnowledgePress version. I will add it to the documentation as well. Regards, Ivan

Hi, not out of the box, this would require modification.
Some weird things are going on with this page. I even cleared out all the plugins and it is still doing this.
1) The categories and such are not on the side like they should be.
2) The footer is cut off on both the right and left side.
I have a feeling the issues are related. Got any ideas?

You can set full width globally under Theme Options. If you only want to set full width to only certain pages you will have to modify the theme, sidebar is handled in base.php and lib/config.php files.
Hi, I am using the theme with subcategories, the subcategories display in the category widget but with some strange hover effects. Take a look at http://www.bbtrainer.nl/knowledge-base-2/ for what I mean when you hover over the subcategories.

I recently purchased this theme. Great work and thank you. I noticed that all twitter feeds were not properly displayed anymore. This occurred 1 to 3 days ago and not changed were done on our side.

I’m having a problem with WPML and the Knowledge Base page template. When activated, WPML sends the sidebar menu beneath the KB category/article links. All other page templates seem ok.
I’ve tried reinstalling and adding new KB pages but still get the same issue. You can see the site at http://centec.kwcommercial.vn/no/

Hi, yes the html page on your site has some tags missing for some reason which messes up the content and footer. Is there a free WPML plugin version so i can test this on end? I am currently out of the country till thursday so not sure if i get a chance to look at it properly till then, apologies. Ivan

Hi, im very interested in this theme looks great. have a couple of questions after reading other comments. Under the FAQ I see you have 2 blue titles: Presale questions and customers questions. How many “Categories” (I dont know if that is how they are called or grouped) can we have, I mean blue titles?
I the sidebar you have 2 widgets knowledge base and recent articles. I read knowledge base is by category, are they regular blog posts, just ordered by category? can we exclude some categories?
And can we add more widgets to that sidebar? Probably one custom widget that only shows 1 category (excluded in the knowledge base) or a latest pages widget (asuming knowledge base is blog posts) so we can achieve a little more?

Hi, thank you for the interest. 1. Faq can have as many categories as you want. 2. The widget with heading “Knowledge Base” is default WP “Custom Menu” widget so you can add or organise the links as you want. 3. It is a sidebar so you can add any widget(s) you want. Yes the articles are blog posts.
