This can be due to many reasons. but generally theme works perfectly in a normal configured system. we do not cache or create a css file for dynamic styles to avoid more issues. your installation might be in wrong way. may I have your site URL for a quick check up? if I could not generate anything useful data I will ask you to check our documentation + our troubleshooting section in Masterkey settings > Advanced > Troubleshooting. and after all open a ticket in our forum to investigate your problem. you can share the URL via email using our profile page > contact form.

1. in fact we are collecting wishlists and as we get more requests we will add them to our features.

2. Yes there is an option in our Theme settings to add your custom css and a child theme that you can easily add your own modifications to it without touching any single theme files. please check our docs at http://artbees.net/themes/jupiter/docs/

3. We are implementing a a feature and demo sites to show all features within a day or 2. and we will show the boxed layout style. its width will be 1180px with its gutter padding (20px each side)

4. 500 Google Fonts and 10 fontfaces. we did not want to include many fonts into theme to avoid large theme size which brings many issues in many hostings while install and update. but there is few steps you can add your own custom font. read our FAQ here : http://artbees.ticksy.com/faq/804

we have full list of Fontawesome + 1500 Icomoon (premium font 60$ which we own the licence to resell it in our theme)

Hi, do you mean in fornt end? a pop up window? its pretty easy thing and I think its possible using many wordpress plugins. I dont see a potential need for this feature.

Hi, yes ofcourse. I am sorry that we could not ship slides in the initial release (which was yesterday). my team member was working to tune all the slideshows in theme. I will include all sample slide content in coming version and you can get all with just one click. coming update will be after tomorrow night. so I recommend you to take your time to finish the rest of your website before moving to sliders while we are preparing next update with improvements as well as sliders. Hi, yes it localised and supports WPML.

So it means that if I buy this theme I will not have to buy WPML? Because it’s inside the theme?

No! WPML is a third-party premium plugin and you must to purchase for each of your websites. even we as developers should purchase one license. we just make sure it works perfectly with our theme. as you may assume many themes are not WPML compatible and they may fail in many things.

Hi, ver happy you liked it.

1. You are right, in fact I center it using JS and since it loads after content, this happens for very short time. during the tight process of development of this theme I did not want to change the header and its content structure to adapt the centered logo style. however I am on it and you will no longer see this little issue in coming update.

2. please note that if you are saved it in theme settings and viewing it in a page that its Page options > Backgrounds is enabled, then you will not see the results. I knew it will be little confusing for users who did not fully read the documentation, however I will make a narrated video to explain what happens on backend regarding to your changes to backgrounds. if you are having more issues over that please open a ticket so that our support staff can check this for you.

3. This is not a bug, in fact I believe the best solution to make a logo for both normal and retina enabled displays. here is the solution : you should create a logo same like we did in demo (check jupiter/images/jupiter-logo.png) and see how we left spaces. also you will notice its 2 times larger than the normal size. so consequently the image will be resized to fit the header height and also will be retina enabled. lets say if you configure header height to be 100px then your logo height should be 100px (200px if you need retina as well) and leave the top and bottom paddings inside your png image. Personally I think this is the ultimate solution for logo and it will not mess up the header navigation does not matter how big you put a logo.

4. I will fix this by adding the same gutter padding to page title section as I put in content, you are right here!

It’s a feature i would like to have and would use. It’s always an overlooked feature which is a shame because a nicely styled HTML5 audio player is hard to find, even in a premium theme.
