hey quick question, can I align the logo to the left hand column, right now its all the way to the left and seems really far away. Is there a way to add padding or anything?

having the current options you can only achieve this from using custom css. but I will add this feature for v1.1 which is coming out within 2 days. Please check Header options in coming version and you will see an option which defines the header & header toolbar layout. Thanks
Hey there, I’m having a few issues with the instructions for uploading dummy content.
I’m stuck on: 10. However you should also go to Masterkey settings > Slideshow > Layerslider and choose “Lucidpress Sample Slider” from the select box.
I don’t see a ‘slideshow’ option.. all thats there is: General, Styling and coloring, typography, portfolio, blog & news, advanced.
11. Once you finished with demo content, Find “import_masterkey_options.txt” which located the same folder with demo contents. Select all and copy
Can’t locate the import masterkey options.txt doc.. the only this in the demo content folder is DummyContent, and woocommerceDummyContent..

Hi, I am sorry for this confusion, the instructions for importing dummy content is copied from our previous theme and I overlooked to modify it in initial release. our v1.1 is coming out within 2 days. we are fixing small changes to documentation and adding sections that brings documentation. for the above question ignore 10 and 11 section from documentation.
12. You can change Banner section background only for this page from one tab above slideshow in page options. you will only need to click on Banner section from background selector and modify its color and other attributes which will be applied for this page.you will notice the screenshot as well.
Is it possible to include a video into a slider or somewhere on a page?

Hey, i like this theme, but I have two things which need improvement I think:
1. You say it is SEO-Optimized, but you have to many (11) H1-tag at the Front-page. I think not every headline have to be a Headline-Tag. Maybe it is better to set them into a span-tag
2. If I open a subpage on a widescreen you see the edges at of the pictures in the head of the site.
If you will fix it with the next update i will purchase it.

When we say its SEO optimised we mean all best practices taken into note. all H1 tags you see is my team member’s ignorance while making demo content. he may have used many H1 tags instead he had to use only once and the rest should be h3 or h4 tags. 2. This is not a bug, you can cover up the background with background -size property and again its all related to users to consider this while making your demos.
While working on this theme we have considered many things and tried our best to consider every single element and its ease of use.

I’ve charged all the dummy files but the slider are not charged. i think it’s normal because are plugin. We added all Layerslider sliders into the plugin so you can import them with one click, so you dont need to start from scratch. right now I am busy with new update. we will give the instructions in documentation on how to add sample sliders. but still if you can not make any progress feel free to open a ticket in our help desk and ask our support staff. For google you can tweak specific lines but I rather prefer to give an option to add your custom google font variable which you will grab it from Google fonts. after your custom fonts the rest of the work of assigning the elements will be handled through masterkey settings.

Hi, I am sorry, I was pretty busy with the update. now you can redownload the the main item and re-install the layerslider plugin once again. then click on “Import Sample Sliders” and all of the sliders used will be imported. Hello. A few comments. 1. It seems like in boxed layout, the shrunken menu bar goes across the width of the screen, instead of staying in boxed format. 2. The 4-column portfolio doesn’t always seem to show 4 across; often it shows only three. 3. Is there plans to have some videos on the page composer? 4. Can you add a custom ID to a page section, so we can customize in css? 5. Definitely would like to see ajax portfolio and ajax search feature. 6. Can top bar show a menu? Thx

1. In fact in v1.1 we have fixed this issue by simply disabling sticky menu. why? simply because there is no any workaround to make it be sticky and boxed at the same time and even if it is possible, it will rather look ugly.
2. there was small issue while resizing and it has been fixed in our coming version v1.1
3. We are working on amazing demo videos as well as many tutorial videos currently and its coming out very soon.
4. almost all shortcodes has Element CSS selectors, so you can style not only page section but all shortcodes.
5. you are the third customer requesting this feature and we are eager to have this in jupiter. so coming soon

Thanks for the responses. Regarding Item 1, I have seen the boxed sticky menu with other themes, like Enfold, and it works quite well. Hope you will consider this option. Regarding Item 4, I see the custom css area in the Admin screen shot, but can you use a custom.css file instead. It is much easier to work with an external css file. Regards!

1. I will check this out and include it in the theme if its possible with our structure.
2. I dont think custom.css is a good practice. why? simply because the file will be inside the theme folder and if you update the theme it will be lost. instead we highly encourage users to use child theme included in the item. please check our docs at : http://artbees.net/themes/jupiter/docs => Tips and Tricks section.
one of the bad practices that other authors make is adding custom.css file inside the theme.

Hey Paul. happy you liked it. all extensions made by woothemes for Woocommerce will work without any issue.
Add another $10 dollars to it once one can use the main navigation on a touchscreen and you got another purchase Right now the navigation isn’t working “properly” on a touchscreen device as tapping any of the main items (like “Sliders”) will open the coherent page instead of just “opening” the nested list of sub-items. I think it wouldn’t hurt the theme to simply provide a select field instead of the cool slide-in navigation on phone devices maybe (?)

our top effort is to release theme almost bugfree, but some small bugs are always there. we are hardly working to finish v1.1 by end of this week. Yes you are right about your suggestion however if its small bugs fixed it can be very useful than a convention method. this sort of navigations is very experimental and futuristic. it gives the feeling you are working with an application. having say that, this navigation has a long way to evolve to a more useful method of navigating. in coming version you will see the changes and additions we have made for main navigation.

Woohoo! Update is there. Unfortunately the touchscreen issue has not been resolved yet. Try it with a phone. When you hit e.g. “Sliders” it will load the Sliders page instead of opening the menu to choose “Laptop Slider” or any of the other sub menu entries. Once it can be used on a touchscreen I’m your fan

Hi there, looks like the DummyContent.xml file has all the images on your localhost and they don’t seem to import over. Can this be fixed or was the intent not to allow the images to be copied? Without the images the dummy content is somewhat pointless imo.
Hi, thanks for purchasing our item. In fact we do not give images over import xml due to 2 reasons :
1. The amount of loads that puts on our server
2. Images all are copyrighted
however we are preparing next update with alot of improvements in almost many things. we will change the dummy content to replace all images with only few dummy images so you will not encounter with empty places and build your content with changing dummy images. this way we are happy and you are happy as well

You can try our skin switcher in demo site and you can examine the boxed layout from this tool. its width is 1200px (1140 width of main wrapper + 30px Gutter padding for each side). since theme is built with percents and is fluid, therefore you can alter these values and the content will be rescaled to fit the container. Hope this helps

We are using Visual Composer plugin, but we have changed many things in a way that there is no frontend coding left from it, as well as many other features changed and improved (its UI changed as well). regarding your second question, nested same name shortcodes are not good in wordpress. it means wordpress always messes things up. what we did to achieve this, is very simple, almost all shortcodes can be a column, tabs, text blocks and so on. otherwise making such demos in our website would be a hassle. Hi, if you made an theme update please consider put in the tabs shortcode similar to tabs shorcode with style.it allow you to use three diffrent setting up for vertical tabs on right side and left side and to animated content tabs on click mouse and hover mouse.thx

No need to install a shortcode. our shortcode repository is bold enough to fulfil every need. once a featured requested we are here to give that feature. Forgive me if this comes to you in the support forum too – my laptop keeps cutting out. Is it possible to manage the alignment etc of PORTFOLIO item titles/subtitles like you can for each page?
It seems like each one is fixed with the title “portfolio” due to it only pulling in the “page name”?
