I’d like to get the code for the contact us footer widget in Jupiter.

I want to purchase but there are a few issues on iPhone / iPad …
1) the menu button, I think it should follow you down the page much like the jump to top arrow does – because scrolling all the way to the top just to change page is quite annoying.
2) when opening the menu and scrolling down or up, the grey background flashes white and disappears, it just feels a bit un native and clunky to use – the menu and navigation is the most important thing on a website – especially if its a mobile version of a site- and at the moment its hard to navigate on a mobile.
3) The menu items dont save their state when on a sub level page you’d expect when going into the page that that menu item is open already.
4) Quick contact is a nice feature on desktop site- maybe theres a way to also get this working on mobile?
I think if some of that was addressed and tweaked then im good to purchase 
Hi, hey thanks for your interest and for your valuable suggestions. 1. unfortunately its not a practice since when you scroll down in a web page lets say in iPhone, after your complete stop will follow your movements which sometimes looks pretty nasty. 2. This is a known bug and we will fix this issue as soon as possible which is mostly due to the webkit transition backface visibility issue. 3. Sure thing and I admit I have overlooked current menu item state and will add this in coming version. 4. what do you suggest? in smaller screens we can little modify its look and placement, but I think it could be a heavy thing for a contact form. I rather look more unnecessary addition in mobile phones in sense of UX.

Hey I think you are cont see because you are already logged in. I will add after logged in as account and log out form so customers will not get confused. will add this lack in our coming update which is tomorrow. Thanks

Is it possible to turn on the Visual Composer page builder for the WooCommerce Product detail page? I have another theme that uses Visual Composer and it works for the product description on the product page. This allows me to lay out all the product details (with image galleries, tables, tabs, graphs, etc) very easily and is a huge advantage.
Hi, yes of course you can do so, it can be configured from WordPress -> Settings > Page Composer. include products post type and save. you will find page composer in products single post. Thanks

I’m thinking about buying the theme, however, I still got some questions:
1. SEO Currently you use h1 for “blog” and H2 for “Forgot password”. This is pretty useless and I would like to know, if you are changing it or if we have the option to change. H1 should be the page or post title, etc
2. Support I just went to your support forum and it seems that an issue with IE8 hasn’t been fixed in 4weeks which is very critical if you are working for customers with a deadline.

Hi, thanks for considering our item.
1. those that we hard coded is based on SEO best practices. yes! page title must to be an H1. forget password is Woocommerce module.
2. It was related to our other theme which today has been solved and going to be submitted in few hours(paragon). we care about support and updates. but there was many technical issues that first the first time delayed us for almost 3 weeks. finally we have managed to give our new update for our older theme.

H1 is “Blog” instead of post title. H2 is empty, H3 is “Forgot password” and H4 is “Recommended posts” H5 is “Page Layouts”.
Tags H1-H6 should be chosen by the editor within the post but not by the theme like using it for “Recommended posts”. The post title “Semper ….” should be H1 or at least H2.
Im interested in buying but right now, amove to your theme would hurt my SEO rankings because of those issues.
Please let me know when you are fixing this.

this can be achieved by adding a new post and :
1. from Jupiter Post option = > post type tab
2. choose audio post type
3. upload your audio and thats all.
in our coming version we will add audio shortcode same like blog posts audio.

1. Currently there is page section shortcode which adds parallax effect(optional), but in header section you can add unlimited header background values using our powerful background selector without parallax. we can add this feature in coming updates.
2. Our support takes not longer than 24-48 hours. but we are trying our best to respond as soon as we can. we have a dedicated staff for support and I myself also respond time to time. we give regular updates. just now we submitted new update.
3. If you mean google map, currently theme does not have this feature to show multiple addresses in one instance of map.
4. Custom css option, will not erased in updates and you can alternatively use child theme coming with the theme to override anything you need. you can check our our documentation for more information

My site title and tag line do not work..In google my site comes up as “Coming soon” with a description of a coming soon site. The coming soon option is not up on my site. Any ideas?

Shortcode Problem
When I insert a Tab shortcode inside a Column, every Text Block inside in every Tab is duplicated when I save/update my “Portfolio Article”.
If I manually remove the duplicated “Text Block”, after the article update, I have it again.
This happens just when the “Tab” is inside a “column”. If the the Tab is outside the Column, It works fine.

Yes thats right. you can not insert tabs and accordions into column shortcode. why? because wordpress messes third level shortcodes. in your case text blocks inside your tabs is third level for column shortcodes. thats why we added built-in column feature to almost every element. you can try tabs itself to resize their widths.

Hey – great theme – well worth buying – thanks…...
However. DUDE – the telephone number part is awful!
I applaud that you’ve made an attempt to accommodate it, but it could be way better. For many websites the #1 conversion goal is for somebody to call, so the ability for a whacking great big number in the sticky header is a so important.
Obviously I’ll get someone to custom code the theme to do it, but is there no way you could incorporate it….?
I guarantee you’ll get a lot more sales if you can make that an option…...

Thanks buddy, appreciate that. I can see that it wouldn’t work amazingly well with the centered navigation. My suggestion would be having a number in the logo area, and dropping a small logo to the right of the navigation. That would work?
Yes that would work but not for theme global options as it may mess others installations. I can give you some tweaks in help desk to incorporate that. I hope this will help

I’ve just purchased the theme and the possiblities of customization are great. I bought previously enfold and I feel your theme far superior at least in creating page and customizations in general.
Two points. For the moment I can’t see any button for the page composer in the woocommerce product page, what I have to do to make it appear?
The other one is more simple. I can’t create columns inside a page section element, it’s this normal?

2.- Which is the max width (ex. bootstrap is 1170px)?
3.- Compatibility with ubermenu?
4.- Do you have some woocommerce specific shortcodes as a carrousel of products for example?
5.- It’s possible to use child themes?
6.- It’s possible to use the visual composer in a woocommerce product page after the standar product detail template to create an apple like description?
7.- It’s there any portfolio shortcode?
