If you are talking about featured image, the same as other posts (right side featured image metabox). if you are talking about the single post contents such as slideshow and galleries. these are contents used from our page composer. you can try to import our demo conent or just wait for couple of days as we are making all demo contents available in a document so you can get steps and content right from there before even importing all demo content. right now my team member working on it and as soon as we finish will make it publicly available. this will make everyone’s life and its a “for the first time” feature. however you can still ask your questions here if you cant figure out anything. Hi, This should not happen as we have used strong tags throughout of the theme without any issue. only p tags have 20px margin-bottom and if you are not making like below everything should work alright :

For the Slider, please download the latest version main file(v1.1), reinstall layerslider. then click on “Import sample sliders” the import all of our demo sliders. then go to the page you are going to create your shop landing page => Jupiter Page Options => Slideshow. enable slideshow for this page and then choose slider as “Layerslider” then choose Shop homepage. Now you will get the same look of our demo. please dont forget to change the images to your own images that lives in your own hosting. Thanks

But none of the settings, content and so on that you have will be stayed untouched. Please note that you should install “Theme Upgrades Tool” from the recommended plugins list in order to upgrade it trough wordpress admin panel. Thanks

Just my opinion: If support can take up to 48 hours, you shouldn’t use “GET INSTANT SUPPORT” as a selling point.

How is it not a bug when your logo div class clearly overlays the menu div class in the boxed format?

This isn’t just an issue that I’m having, your Jupiter logo overlays the menu on your own demo.

Hi, as I told you before It normally takes less than a day. instant support means less than a day. we sometimes manage to reposed in less than an hour. but there is a fact that we are living and working in different time zones and these delays might cause due to these. we have a dedicated support staff and I myself check support questions and answer then time to time.

In our own demo the number of menu items is so much and you should admit that we have made the skin switcher tool available for buyers to see how it looks in boxed layout. why I dont consider this a bug because if you put more menu items than the length of the header then there is no any work around. I hope you dont expect the items that dont fit drop to a new row which is absolutely not possible with the structure of the header and its functionality such as sticky header,..

Have you looked at the screenshots or the code on your demo site?

The div class for the logo overlays more than a quarter of the header space, which makes any menu item and menu items with drop-downs (to include the ones on your demo site), inaccessible.

I’ve changed the z-index to one (1) as a quick fix so that at least the menu items are accessible and the logo will still appear on the sticky menu.

I’m beginning to believe I may have wasted $55 on a theme from an Elite Author that is quickly gaining the reputation of one that doesn’t follow through (as apparent from comments left on your other theme).

I know that I’m just one person, and I know that you’ve already gotten a sale out of me, but unless something changes, it’ll be the last time.
