Hey thanks for your interest. our page composer is based on Visual composer plugin. we have improved its styling and accommodated to our backend framework. yes of course you can use it in all of our post types including banner builder, news, portfolio and so on.

Hi and thanks for you reply. Is there anyway to get a PSD file of at least the homepage on purchase? I need it to show the client but with their details inserted and it will be faster for me than setting up the theme, etc. Any thoughts?
Since the initial design of the PSD files are totally different from what our designer made the demos with our drag and drop feature, we do not have a complete set of PSD files in hand. most of the elements have been designed in different files. so our PSDs are only elements design. I am sorry, I can not help you on this matter. Thanks
this theme seems to be choppy and glitchy when scrolling though.. do you have any idea on how to fix this?

Please let me know why Im getting an error message “encrypted folder” when I try to unpack the plugins folder.
A dialogue box pops up, the headers is “confirm encryption loss” and the text reads A problem is preventing this folder from being encrypted

So about these sliders… Revolution Slider wasn’t included in my plugins, and Flexslider and iCarousel don’t work (I click the page composer button in both of them, which is what I assume is necessary to create slides for the slider because there isn’t anything else, and nothing happens.)

Nevermind about Revolution Slider, it was “double-foldered” in the directory.

Hi, Great theme, but small bug. When using header in classic mode (center logo) there is a strange thing happening when page first loads, the logo will not be centered, then it will refreshes itself and re-center. It is slightly annoying and doesn’t look good. can you look into this?
Hi, Thanks for purchasing. in fact logo aligns to center via JS script. thats why after page load the logo finds its exact position. this is not a bug, but I will improve this behaviour in coming updates. Thanks for your report. Thanks
I’m really struggling with the slider. I can’t find how this works in the documentation. Is there more information about this. Some problems I encounter:
1. I imported the dummy content, but the transitions effects aren’t set in the banner builder. Where do you add these? I’ve added viewport animations, but there don’t work in the slider. On the page itself, the option for “Animation Style” is there, but that’s just fading or sliding. I want the effect the demo site has
2. In the demo, not all the transitions move in at the same time. There is some sort of an order or a delay. Where do you add these?
3. When I add a background to the page (for behind the slider), this is also behind the menu. In your example (http://artbees.net/themes/jupiter/pages/product-launch/) this is not the case. The menu has it own color. Did you do this background from the banner builder in stead of the page options?
4. I wanted to learn how you did the backgrounds on the homepage slider (http://artbees.net/themes/jupiter/), but these are not in the dummy files.
Basically, I just want to make sliders like the demo site, but I can’t found out how this works using the dummy content.
Hey, Please note that the default slider you see in our demo is built with Layerslider (slider + sample sliders included in plugins.zip). so I guess you are in the wrong direction. please install layerslider and once you got to its admin area, click on “Import Sample Sliders”. all sliders used in our demo will be imported with their all images. so you can click on any of them and modify as you wish. please check Layerslider section in our docs. Hey thanks for your kind words. images in shop loop is set in jupiter/framework/functions/mk-woocommerce.php line 133. its set 500 X 500 by default. any size below this size will not be cropped but images biger than this dimensions will be cropped to fit and look good in columns. I’ve submitted some tickets in the support forum with some bugs and some questions. The most serious and urgent bug concerns the deleting of text content when saving changes when in the Page Composer mode and then switching back and forth between page composer and classic editor modes. This is making it difficult and concerning to use.

When I go to the banner builder, the documentation shows a ‘Page composer’. When I visit this page, It doesn’t show or load. I’ve a normal WP install and only the plugins the theme requires. Also, the page composer works for post, just not for the banner builder.

1. please go to Wordpress Dashboard => from left sidebar => Settings => Page composer.
2. check the banner_builder post type and save settings.
3. visit banner slides and you will notice page composer button.
