Hello:

Sorry for contacted support this ways but in week days your support page is blocked by the central firewall of my location and I can’t access to the normal support. The question is how to implement the subscribe (with ajax) and my account items that are top right in the page (between checkout and search).

Thanks
George

Hi George, Thanks for contacting us. do you want to implement your own subscribe feature with ajax (we have added MailChimp only)? if so I can give you some instructions. what exactly do you mean by “my account items that are top right in the page”? Thanks

Hello,

I’m refering to how your theme is in themeforest. In your theme you have in a row “checkout” “subscribe” “login” all with a popup (on hover or click). When I install the theme the “subscribe” and “login” are missing. What I have to do to make them appear?
Thanks
George

Hey George, You should enable those options from masterkey settings. Login will be shown only for not logged in users. so if you are already logged in you will not see login link up there in header toolbar. please let me know if you need further assistance. Thanks

Hi, amazing theme guys.. You’ve done a great job and you’ve clearly put a lot of effort into this. Therefore please do not take the following as a criticism, just constructive feedback..

I just have some fairly huge issues with the way that the menu has been implemented for mobile devices. On a phone, it is not possible to select any parent page link via the menu – the parent page link forcibly opens the relevant sub menu. User can only ever select a link to a page without any subpages, within the menu.

This issue would be resolved if you put a drop down arrow on the menu to load the drop down to sub pages, but allowed the clicking of the parent page title to open the actual page. The salient theme implements this and it works great.

The reverse problem occurs on a Google nexus 10 tablet – the main menu is not dropping down to display sub pages when user clicks on any of the main menu links, apart from ‘pages’ and ‘short codes’ which are multi-column drop downs. Instead, the user is forced to go to the main menu link.

You have a wonderful them, it would be fantastic to have these issues ironed out and I think that a massive amount of people would appreciate these improvements Angus

Hey Angus, thanks for you your nice words and we do appreciate you took time to give these feedbacks :

1. if you once click the main menu item, the second click will trigger the link url. so you should double click to get to the parent link. if you face something different in your mobile device please let me know which OS are you using in your smart phone.

2. I have just added this into my task list and if it is really possible I will implement it in coming version.

Thanks for your valuable feedback and I make you sure that these issues will be addressed in our coming version. Regards :)

Hello I am experiencing Jquery issues and the whole admin is loading very slowly – it’s quite irritating building a large site. The theme looks great as a whole, but I have had a very poor start with it after spending ages trying to work out why the child theme wasn’t working because there was a typo in the stylesheet name.

The page builder loads slowly and throws up errors about being an unresponsive script. Please can you fix this asap as it’s causing me some major problems.

Okay I will check your issue the first, so please give me an hour to come this your issue. Thanks for your patience.

Hello, have you managed to work out why it is loading so slowly? I noticed someone else has recently commented about this too now.

I am sorry for getting late. Right now I am on your issue and will get back you on help desk.

Got my hands on it for a while and so far it is amazing! :) I like the easiness and fluency of admin panel. Way to go artbees :)

Hey thanks for your kind words and happy you liked it. we will love to hear more feedbacks so we can improve it to make it much better. Thanks :)

Pre purchase questions! 1. This looks like a great theme however I have a few questions about the responsiveness in the demo. On a iPhone 5 with iOS 7 the menu is blurry and not retina ready. Is this just the theme not seeing the iOS 7 device as a retina device?

2. On the demo site the top bar with search, language selection and so on is not there when scaling down the browser or using it on a smartphone. It´s hidden. Is this a bug? A setting?

Thanks!

Hey thanks for considering our item.

1. the theme is retina ready in every aspect. so generally every element should look sharp. regarding to iOS 7 we should check this out make sure everything works fine. currently I could not get beta2 of iOS to get my hands down on it but soon I will test it there as well.

2. I will add all of them in our coming version in responsive menu section.

Thanks :)

Having trouble excluding a category in my blog through the Jupiter blog settings. I chose to exclude “testimonials” and am still having it come up on the blog page (fyi, using posts vs widget to use audio/video in newspaper view).

Do you mind taking a look at my testing site? http://webdev.thesaleswhisperer.com/blog

Hi, Thanks for contacting us, I am sorry for getting back you late. I have added this issue to my bug list to consider testing this while releasing our coming update v1.3.3 so if there is a bug I will fix it in coming version which will be released within few days. Thanks for your report :)

No worries. Thanks for your hard work. Also, please take a look at the Composer in the banner builder. My banner builder admin currently doesn’t have the option to turn the Composer on. https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B1VDBt0h7P1kOXpiYXhGRWRIOXc/edit?usp=drivesdk

Please go to Wordpress Dashboard => Settings => Page Composer. select banner_builder post type and save the settings and your banner builder post type will have page composer too. Thanks

First off, THANK YOU for such a great theme! I love, love, love everything about it.

I’ll preface my question by saying I haven’t looked in the theme code yet, but I’m wondering if there’s a way in the Employee custom post type and shortcode to link to the full bio information by clicking on the employee’s name or something like that? I can just put a link in there for when I’m displaying a row of three, but once I bump it up to four in a row, I lose that option. Thoughts?

Hey thanks for your kind words and we are happy you liked the theme. I did not give single page for employees post type. but I can add an small single post for that. please open a ticket and mention that you are directing this ticket to me in first line as “For Bob Alpakar” and our staff will assign this ticket to let me get in touch with you for more precise discussion regarding this question. I can deliver employee single post type support in our coming versions. since over 4 rows the description looks awful, we have removed it in higher rows. but I can give you help in this topic in the help desk as well. so get in touch with us. Thanks ;)

Hey Guys ! This theme would the absolutely perfect for my needs ! The Problem is, that i dont want to use WP . I`ve read in an older comment , that you are planning a HTML version. Are you already able to tell if or when it is coming out ? With greetings from Austria , Julia.

Additional question. Is there a way to position the logo to the far left and the menu to the right, instead of centered? I saw this asked in the forum and the answer was “this is a customization that support can’t help with”. I don’t think this type of layout is normal and hope you can offer a left and right configuration. Thx

Hi :)

First question. Is it possible to make Megamenu to be drawn of up to four parts/sections, let’s say two or three? Because if parts must be necessarily four, then you know, content is required for all the pages. I would call it as sort of discomfort :)

Second question. Is it possible to set the menu sections not only horizontally but also one over the other? For example, two sections in the first column, one in the second, one in the third?

Thank you in advance :)

Hey thanks for you suggestions. I would love to add this feature. I have added this feature to the list for our coming version. I will try my best to add your second feature too. Thanks ;)

I look forward to, because it really is important. anyway, compliments for the theme :)

Hey thanks and we will bring it in v1.4 ;)

Couple of thoughts. I would position the email icon and back to top icon to rest just above the sub-footer. Right now, they are overlapping on top of the sub-footer (FAQ, Contact Us, etc.) when scrolling to the bottom. Also, when selecting the log in or contact form icon, I would expect that you could close the forms by clicking on the icon again. Right now, you need to click outside of the form to close. Would be nice to have both options. Last thing, I noticed that yslow shows many performance issues, grade of D. Can this be greatly improved? Thanks.

Hey thanks for being interested in our item. regarding to the position of those icons we will make little modifications and regarding to click on icon to close the form will be fixed in coming version. regarding to ySlow, we will check it out. Thanks

Hello, I just have a pre-purchase question. I am sort of struggling between this theme and Kallyas. Both are almost perfect for what I want to do, and Jupiter appeals to me more but there are 2 things that keeps me undecided.

1. I noticed that there is a SIGNIFICANT speed difference between Jupiter and Kallyas in live demos (Kallyas being MUCH faster both in mobile and desktop in the demo). So the 1st question is, is the actual purchase also that choppy or is it just a demo issue?(I know that it might be because of my machine but I have to take into account that my potential users will have equal/worse PC/connection)

2. Everything in your theme is perfect for me, it’s just that I was wondering whether the register/login appearance can be somehow modified without some heavy coding knowledge. Live example:

In Jupiter, the login button opens up a “chat box” where I can login. What I was hoping to achieve is login/register buttons that would pop up a register/login forms right in the screen center (system appearing in Kallyas).

Thanks in advance for answering and I’m looking forward to choosing Jupiter!

Hey thanks for considering our item. Yes there are many differences between Jupiter and Kallyas. both are reasonable themes with great features. However the issues you have mentioned are not totally related to theme speed performance. there are many issues may impact speed. the location of our server and you, the amount of images and contents are in one page. for example kallayas pages contents and load of images are way lower than Jupiter. we kept the page long with many elements. you may choose to make it smaller and more brief. I will try my best to enhance the login section in our coming updates. But centered lightbox is not our design structure and we can not make it the same as Kallays, in fact both styles are most preferred structures. I will try to talk with the designer of this theme to make sure we can improve its functionality as well as its appearance. Thanks ;)

OMG! My new favorite theme on Themeforest! I just noticed an issue that keeps happening when I go to this page: http://artbees.net/themes/jupiter/pages/about-us-2/

I freezes my computer and after about 10 to 20 seconds this pops up:

Warning: Unresponsive Script

A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete.

Script: http://artbees.net/themes/jupiter/wp-content/themes/jupiter/js/plugins.js?ver=3.5.2:493

It seems to happen when I use Firefox as my browser. When I use Chrome it does not happen but it just takes a longer time to load the page?

Also will you be adding compatibility with BuddyPress in a near future update? If so this would be the ULTIMATE theme :-)

Also another note. When you are on the blog pages and the post is a video, it just shows a blank black image and if you mouse is hovering over it you can NOT scroll up or down until you move it off of it. (only with firefox browser) with chrome it works just fine. but with IE it shows the image but will not let you scroll up or down if your cursor is hovering over the video. For some reason though the video image does show up on the grid view blog style but you still can not scroll up or down when the cursor is on it with firefox. Also that same unresponsive script issue Script: http://artbees.net/themes/jupiter/wp-content/themes/jupiter/js/plugins.js?ver=3.5.2:493 happens on this page using firefox too: http://artbees.net/themes/jupiter/shortcodes/iconbox/ I have gone through every single page on your theme and those were the only issues that came up, GREAT WORK!!! I am going to buy it now :-)

Hey thanks for your interest in our item and we are happy you liked it.
1. The script might be due to blur effect that generates a blur background in page sections for employees boxes. This issue is known and we will try to fix it as soon as possible. 2. We have this on list and will add BuddyPress and bbPress compatible versions. 3. The videos can not be a theme issue. since we just added youtube or vimeo iframes, we do not have any interference to their load. but I can check this with you more in depth and make sure nothing caused by our theme. please report this issue in our help desk if you purchased and see this problem on your installation. in fact Its somehow strange for me since no one ever reported this problem. Thanks for you kind words and we do appreciate your positive feedback. we will try our best to serve you the best and make sure your site is done and running with Jupiter without any issue or bug. Thanks ;)

Loving this theme and having real fun editing it. Is it possible any way to set the width of custom content boxes? (http://artbees.net/themes/jupiter/shortcodes/custom-callout-boxes/) In the shortcodes I am assuming these are “custom box” and it appears they are fixed to full width? Thanks!

Hey thanks for purchasing our item and we are happy you liked it. Sure thing, I will add width feature to inherit column widths (1-5 columns width). It seems I missed it and I will definitely add it in our coming update. so stay tuned for v1.3.3 which will come out with many new features and improvements (It scheduled to be released within 4-5 days)
Thanks ;)

Fantastic THANK YOU!

I just noticed that aside from the full width thing with custom boxes you currently cannot nest any other text, images etc within them. Guessing it is all related to the same little thing. Look forward to the update and thank you again for the awesome file.

What carousel slider plugin is used for client logo?

Hi, thanks for being interested in our item. all of our slideshows and carousels are using Flexslider jQuery Plugin. the rest of the functionality is built with custom post types and Jupiter Framework. Thanks

Where do I find the codes to insert icomoons?

Hi, thanks for contacting us. Page Composer => Font Icons shortcode. what exactly do you want to do? we have provided a visual icon selector where ever its needed. so do let me know what more stuff you want to do? Thanks

So is this compatible with WP 3.6? Should I purchase it or am I going to run into major problems?

Hi, thanks for you interest. the Theme itself has been tested with WP3.6 and fixed all issues. please check our update log : v1.3.1 is WP 3.6 compatible.

However if you are using some plugins, they might still having issues. so do not mix their problems with theme. we completely tested the theme in WP3.6 both backend and frontend. Thanks

Probably one of the best themes out there. The only thing left is to get this theme W3C validated, fix some of the English in the theme, and optimize a bit more of the code. Great job!

Hi, thanks for purchasing our item and for your suggestions. in fact we have validated and checked some issues. but the rest things that are remaining are not something serious and most of them are just best practices. some of them like “not style tags are allowed inside div tags” are not simply possible with a site builder theme. we have tuned many things and tried our best to meet all needed standards but there are always things that are just possible with a commercial WordPress theme. Please check TwentyTen theme from WordPress which it has many issues in validation! regarding to the bloginfo(“name”); we have fixed this by just adding a condition :
if ( is_plugin_inactive('wordpress-seo/wp-seo.php') ) {
                   bloginfo( 'name' ); "Wordpress SEO"
                  }
This is being fixed in V1.3.2. please check our update log for our new version additions and fixes. Thanks again ;)

Will do! I’m going to continue to test your theme with 3.6. With that being said, I still believe this is one of the strongest and most customizable themes on here. I’ll be in touch! Thank you.

Hey thanks for your nice words and we will be glad to have your feedbacks regarding to any improvements we could do to make it much better. Thanks

Recommend removing this line of code in the header file

<?php bloginfo(“name”); ?>

When used with a plugin WordPress SEO by Yoast it will have your site title placed in the beginning of all your pages titles.

However I don’t think that is an issues with other SEO Plugin’s. Only tested with one.

Also the comment by @davidperry2 would be a good added thing for those that add tweaks

Hi, this has been fixed in V1.3.2 ;) please take a look to our update log. Thanks

When updates are provided, is there some documentation or a page that lists what fixes, changes or upgrades were provided in that update?

Hi for now you can check out item description => update log (bottom of the page). I will add more extensive update log in a page after these updates. Thanks
