Hi there, I am currently setting up jupiter for my friend. I am facing some issues, 1. I uploaded the demo content to my wordpress and when I wanted to access all pages and menu in wordpress admin, it says server error. May I know how can I solve this? But accessing adding new page has no problem.
2. About the demo content, I would like to know will the demo be displaying automatically after I uploaded it or I need to add them myself? As now my site is totally blank. URL: http://www.iskandar-property.my/wp/
3. When I uploaded the theme using FTP, I only uploaded jupiter file, but not jupiter child folder, does it matters?

Did you check out our documentation => importing demo content? we have explained all what you should know. child theme is for those who needs to modify the theme files without touching main theme. so you will freely update theme to newer version without worrying about losing you file changes. 1. Since v1.3 has grown into a huge list we had to split the updates into 3 prats to avoid any issues that may cause to current customers. we have this feature in list and definitely will give this feature since many of customers requested this feature.
2. This is also in the list.
3. I will think about this as soon as I get into a more free schedule. I will fix this most probably in v1.4
4. Unfortunately not yet due to tight schedule. but I will give out many video tutorials and demo video to show backend features.
5. There are public and private tickets and you can view all public posts if you are interested to see how issues being solved. we are very serious about support and currently I have a dedicated support staff whom is pretty professional and also famous with giving to many elite authors. so you will not be in novice hands. I also participate in help desk to help for more complex issues as well as bug fixes.

Thanks artbees. For the ajax portfolio, please consider showing the preview in close proximity to the selected item to reduce scrolling. I also hope the preview can be customized to show image, description, read more links, etc.

Hi, Since our update list grown to over 80 tasks we had to split into 2 parts. We are badly busy working on new update and of-course one of the remaining things are SEO headings removals. since this needs alot of css changes we did not want to handle it in tight schedule as it might bring many issues and be overlooked. The theme looks fantastic but I have 2 issues that don’t let me enjoy it:
- The shortcode generator icon doesn’t appear in mi pages so I can’t use shortcodes anywhere
- The page composer doesn’t appear in woocommerce products (one of the main reasons I bought this theme)
- Completelly fresh installation with the 1.2 version

1. If you mean Page Composer, please go to Wordpress Dashboard => Settings => Page Composer. check out if all post types checked to appear on all of them. if you cant get it done let us know in our help desk so we can give you a hand by getting into your WP backend. Hi, I am sorry for this inconvenience. in fact recently we were not much happy with our previous support staff and changed him to a better reliable staff. the tickets transfer to different person made a mistake of around 30 tickets has been left out in older support account. however today we have discovered this by negative feedbacks regarding over 4 days delay on those 30 tickets. I have successfully shift them to new account. but I will not leave this to support staff and respond to all myself. I will be back to you in help desk right after this. Thanks
Hey guys.. I just installed the latest updated. I thought that by now you would have fixed the variable settings that should change the product image that’s associated with the variable option. While uploading the theme i noticed that it was working, but when the theme completely uploaded the feature stopped working. I’ve given you a lot of praise, but this issue should have been resolved by now. Please send me a quick patch to get this fixed so that I can launch my clients site. Thanks.
- I would also like to be able to easily remove a category from the shop loop. ie. I have all product categories and one dealers category. I’d like the dealer category hidden in the shop as it’s not a product.

Variable product for woo-commerce is not an issue, woo-commerce itself does not provide this feature to view the images added under different varieties. therefore I suggest you to use a plugin for that. for example this plugin could be handy. I am sorry for saying that but at this moment we could only have reached to fix issues that are related to theme features. We will try our best to integrate this feature in our coming update. Thanks

If you look at the current site: http://www.canadadocks.ca/shop/8x8-section-standing-docks/8x8-standing-dock-frame/ and compare that with the new site you will see a difference. http://www.canadadocks.ca/new/shop/8x8-section-standing-docks/8x8-standing-dock-frame/ If I was to turn off your theme the variable image shows up so I know it’s a theme issue and not a woocommerce issue.

Who! Want a great theme. I really enjoy working with it.
A few tiny questions: 1. Will all updates come through the WordPress admin panel? Or do I have to check this page now and then? 2. The page composer’s loading time is sometimes dramatic. Any idea’s how to get that faster? 3. I have been trying to translate some parts with the .po files, but the theme doesn’t accept the new files. I want some parts to translate to dutch, (eg. the under construction page) I installed a plugin for WP named “CodeStyling Localization” and it sees the other language there. But when I change some key’s it doesn’t change on the site… Is this a known issue?

1. You can use Envato Toolkit for Wordpress themes to upgrade it automatically. or you can download installable version of item and upgrade it though wordpress dashboard, please check our docs.
2. Yes we admit this and we will release a more fast version of page composer in coming versions. its also somehow related to your hosting speed. since page composer uses ajax calls to wordpress APIs it will be slower in slow hostings. in our server its very fast, but I can not stay there as there are many hosting not much faster enough. The only workaround is to built page composer based on backbone.js which will not add back and fourth ajax calls and instead will save all data in client-side until you hit save.
3. There was an issue with v1.2 but we fixed it in v1.3 and check it out. if you still facing issues let us know to check it out. (try our help desk to ask your support related questions. it will be faster since we have a dedicated support staff on board there.)

On the About Us 2 page I get a “cannot access local image” error message and the blurry background doesn not show up. Console says “Unable to get image data from canvas because the canvas has been tainted by cross-origin data.”
I am using the default installation and imported the demo content. No extra stuff. Any hint how I can enable the blurry background? Thanks. Great (!) Theme, btw

Hi I love this theme a lot but I have one question;
How can I make the logo I am using responsive? because the logo is going to be a horizontal logo design in the center of the header and in the iPhone5 it does not change size to fit the screen.

Logo reiszes to fit the height of the header you have defined in mastekrey settings. but please open a ticket in our help desk to check this for you. this can be handled with simple css tweaks to fit your logo in responsive if its large enough to overflow iPhone screen. I have a problem though, hope you can help me out with that:
When I make a News page all the news is added next to the last post, where I want the new post to be the first thing people read. So Basicly the oldest news is seen first!
Also when I open a news item with a picture it will blow up the picture to enormous size.
Hope you can help me with these things.

1. Please go to the page you added News Loop and change the Order & OrderBy values. if have to set it as “date” and “DESC”.
2. Regarding to the images please note that we have tried to make images look tidy and fit to the container. if your images are small, consider changing News Single Posts layout to with sidebar (from Masterkey settings). Thanks

Hey I would like to do the following with the portfolio & Combine CSS/JS,
When it is displayed with the page builder is it possible to add the option to choose whether or not to add the lightbox option? Also can clicking on the side of the highlighted image of the portfolio be able to act as a link to the page? Please help me out on this or maybe a work around having a little trouble, thanks and really great theme.
As of August 2013 This is the Fastest WP Theme I have used. Really great casheing features.

Regarding the “Portfolio” header found at the top of the portfolio pages (also included is Home/Portfolio/example) on the right. For non portfolio pages there is an option to remove this area. I cannot find an option to remove this area/header from Portfolio posts. Is it possible to remove this area, if so what do I select and where it that found.

We do this for a few reasons :
1. We have dedicated support staff that is only available though help desk. our team monitors our help desk everyday from monday through friday.
2. Themeforest comments section are not searchable and other users cannot reply. besides sometimes in the crowed your replay may be missed.
3. Many question have been asked over and over again, however we have FAQ section, forum search that will help you to find the answer more quickly.

A quick question, Is it possible to make the navigation transparent when using Revolution slider? In the demo only the ‘banner builder’ has the option for a transparent navigation background.
Another question for companies with a rounded logo. Is it possible to add the following header style? 3 navigation links (home, about us, contact) and then a logo, and then another 3 links. So you have the logo centered, but it is in line with the navigation bar, and not above the menu.

1. No difference at all. you can have in any page, in any slideshow. if you are facing difficulties please ask me in our help desk and I will give you instructions.
2. In jupiter we do not have such feature. since it needs to have 2 menu locations. its sometimes confusing and not a good practice for a multipurpose theme. Thanks

For me was enough admin option globally for post and portfolio. That make sense. if i made a Blog Page with different header background but the single post have the default Background…thats confusing Please put it into next update Thanks
Hey Naci. since Jupiter does not have a single blog loop page, and you can have unlimited blog loops, therefore we can not know which page is blog loop. therefore what I can offer for coming updates is to add custom background to single posts, other than that technically is not possible with our current features and framework.
