There is a new update is coming out by tomorrow and many things has improved including header section and responsive nav. in general the level of update is intended to address to all browser issues and many more new features. The parallax is disabled in touch devices and its all due to the performance issues may cause in your smartphone. None of the themes preferred to enable it in touch devices for now. Thanks for the reply! So i have just been looking at the trial site http://artbees.net/themes/jupiter/ on my iphone 5 on safari and it seems the the menu button does not expand and collapse? It does work on chrome on the iphone 5! The header images or slideshow doesn’t really work either on the iphone 5 im testing it on!

I really want to buy the theme but for me the mobile responsive capability is crucial and needs to work? What are your thoughts?

Oh I think you should clean your cache before using it. we have changed many things in v1.3.3 and I myself tested it in iPhone 5 in deep. I had the same issue and just deleted the cache and everything worked fine. Thanks

Hi thanks for being interested in our item, yes its possible. both heights are controlled by user using 2 options (normal and sticky header heights). if you define both heights the same there will be no change in header height and therefore the logo and the other elements will stay unchanged after page scroll. Thank as always for the prompt responses. One suggestion. Please consider moving to a regular forum instead of a ticket system. With a forum, you can have sticky posts, so users don’t ask the same questions and you can reference other solutions. You can also browse other open questions.

I just checked your demo and the header is 0.6 alpha. but since behind the the whole banner is the same color with the header you can not notice this. layerslider will not be under the header (due to the problems may cause to users). so if you choose a banner image for this page from Jupiter Page Options => Backgrounds => select banner section (choose a custom image or predefined pattern) and you will see that you header in fact is transparent. Please let me know if you facing more problems. Thanks

Hey thanks for your kind words and we are happy you liked the theme. Regarding to the questions :

1. Currently Jupiter does not offer custom links in gallery shortcode. but I have added this into my update list. currently I am working on a huge update with a long list, I will add this into the list which will be out by tomorrow

2. It will need a custom css rules to align them to right. you should make your elements and then ask our support staff to provide you the proper css rule to give it to you to place it in custom css option or override using child theme. I will add dropdown menu to the header toolbar nav in coming update (the next update)

3. Regarding how to disable lightbox its currently impossible and it will break the design so you should consider do it in your installation (I can not give this feature to everyone, though I can consider give you instruction on how to remove the lightbox if needed). Please check docs => Page templates => Portfolio side image. you can check the code and grab the template (paste it to text mode and then switch to page builder, then save this template using page builder’s right side template feature so you can use it in other single posts easily and faster.)

4. I can not replicate this issue please open a ticket specially for this page, I will need the page URL you have issue, access to your WP (post private ticket). I will have a look and let you know.

Dis-regard, by switching the Ends at which Minute to 30 (had it set to 60) it works now.

Few notes: Excellent documentation, the admin and design possibilities are almost endless. Very impressed so far, will let you know more when I start to really build pages (look into that floating mail icon).

1. I want to reduce the amount of text – shown in link [[ http://postimg.org/image/c9kvehdqj/ ]]. Now it is about 50 words. 20 would be enough for me. It’s in [blog > style > grid based]. Is it possible?

2. Ant if you use “Newspaper” blog style: same issue with text length as in “Grid Based” + Is it possible to make all images fixed size as it is in “Grid”? Because if I use of large format picts, all blog unsightly stretch to the bottom… cause real image height is used.

1. You should use WordPress Excerpt Metabox to write a custom description for each post. you can turn this metabox on from post => edit => header section => screen options => check “excerpt”
2. Since newspaper style image’s height the real size is used (due to its style nature), therefore you should modify it from code. please open a ticket and ask our staffs to give you the exact place to modify.
