Portfolio section feature requests
1) Let us have a subtitle for portfolio posts
2) Let us change “portfolio-posts” slug
3) Let us disable the portfolio-title h3 tag

Hey thanks for your suggestions. I have some feedback for you :
1. Do you want to have subtitle in page title section and to be controlled over its single post ?
2. We have removed this feature from our Jupiter theme since we have seen people are defining an slug and creating a page with the same slug, which causes the pagination fail to work. we had huge amount of support problems because of the wrong action done by customers. But you can change this in hard code. let me know if you need to know how to change it right from codes, you can do that in child theme as well.
3. I will add this feature in coming update
4. Unfortuntly we can not be done due to the limitation we have in Jupiter. there is no a default portfolio page (since you add portfolio loop to any page). Having unlimited portfolio loops brings such limitations. :/
5. I could not get clearly what you meant!
6. It should work since we have used it in our own demo, please open a ticket in our help desk to check that for you.

Hey Artbees, I see there has been a big update – i just wondered if one of the issues fixed is the load speed on the Page composer? I received a refund from Themeforest as I never got a fix for this and although I love the theme it’s just too slow. Will re-purchase if the speed loading issues are fixed?
Hey thanks for contacting us, I believe there was an issue in your installation. we did not notice such speed issues, my colleague is very inpatient person, however he made the whole demo in just 3 days with having good times while working. since page composer uses the ajax call backs the speed also might cause because of your server configurations as well. if you asking what I have done to page composer speed : we have a plan to implement backbone.js which increases the speed to almost instant reactions but this is still on pending. Hi, the theme is almost perfect but I see one shortcode missing. Do you have tagline boxes like the ones for Avada at http://theme-fusion.com/avada/promotion-boxes/ . I would instantly buy your theme if it has this last shortcode. Please let me know if you plan to add it.

great update. just keep improving and this will be on the top selling list for a long time. just some more questions: > the blog info has a weird way of displaying dates (month, day) shouldn’t it be (month day, year)please correct or let me know how to change the settings to make the year appear > in the blog single posts, how do we set which social media sites to share, right now only twitter appears on the sharing widget.

This was our designer’s date format in his PSD and as a developer I tries to follow the guidelines and design, but if you think this is not a good date format (I myself like to have full date if you ask me ) The I will change it in our coming update or give option to choose from popular date formats. It should show twitter, facebook and google plus!! are you sure it only shows twitter? please open a ticket to check that for you, but I am planning to give option to choose from different social share networks.
2. dropdown header nav is already in task list and I will give this option.

4. in which section to disable lightbox? if you are asking in blog I already given this feature in v1.3.3

Thanks artbees for the updates. Still considering this theme, but would like to request missing features. 1. Ajax portfolio preview. Preview displayed close to selected row. 2. Ajax Search. 3. Right side menu navigation option, not centered. Need to be able to align the menu to far right. 4. Close Login, Subscribe, Cart, etc. by clicking icon. Also looks like a bug now where all pop-ups are shown, if clicking on each option. 4. Option for Tab URL friendly name for all tab views. 5. Option to adjust box width, perhaps to 1210. 6. Align floating mail and go to top buttons to rest above bottom footer instead of on top. 7. Shrunken menu works good now in boxed mode, but is rather jumpy and not as smooth. Consider an option to also show top bar in shrunken layout. 8. Preview navigation arrows in portfolio and blog pages. Mentioned this in another post. Hope these items can be considered for next update.
Hi Artbees. Item 3 is a big issue for our sites because we have long company logos. The current layout with a center nav is not usable for us and I’m sure others will agree. Also, any word on the speed improvements with the page composer? Thx
Hi, thanks for considering our item, I have all of them in my list and if not all but they will be added in 2 updates. I take customers request pretty seriously and try my best to bring them in new updates. but since I have an overwhelming work here I can not give all requests in short time, therefore I split the long list of updates into separate updates to make it easier for me and reduce human errors that always causes in big updates. I hope you understand that any update we release should not screw any customers website once they upgrade. Thanks

I plan to use “Types” plugin to create a new post type “products” to manage the items sold through cart66. May I know whether there is a way to make this post type having the same display as page, and also having the setting of “Jupiter Page Option”?

Hello, no, my browser is not in quirks mode. I suggest you to test with “BrowserShot” as well, as I did too: http://api.browsershots.org/png/original/1b/1b9fedeb4465c74f5611c5ea2ba4a8a1.png—you’ll see that issue appears there (and with IE 8 too). I’m testing several themes (you is my favorite) and I don’t have this weird behavior with the others, just with your theme. And as happening with BrowserShot too, you have consider other browser tests to have sure that works with IE 9, perfectly.

The reason why I dont use BrowserShot is that it takes screenshot while none of the CSS3 animations has not yet triggered, so you will see them like the screenshot you have sent. How do I change your SEO settings to have the page title always as H1? A small code fix would be great instead of waiting for another update. Thank you.
Seriously this H1 tag is serious issue. You got the tag not within your title but more than 20 times on your homepage. This IS critical! I thought you are going to fix the SEO issues?
Btw, changelog is updated on TF but file to download still the old one.
Hi thanks for your suggestions, I have removed all Heading tags from our theme codes and left it to user to decide where and how to use it. If we have used it 20 times in homepage it will be our designers fault who made the demos. but its your choice to be careful about them. Most of the SEO plugins recommend the theme authors to leave these tags to user so the plugin will guide them accordingly based on SEO best practices. However I would love to hear your thoughts. Ok, from a users point, how would you add h1 tag to the page/post title? No SEO plugin does that. H1 is always provided by the theme. H2-H6 are those tags the user is choosing.
The 20 times H1 are a result of using your page builder. Each “fancy title” etc does use H1, this needs to be fixed.
Websites are getting wrong indexed and wrong scored by your theme since the release and we haven’t seen progress with that, I’m sorry to say that.

1. Page Builder => Fancy Title : you can choose which heading choose right from the page composer option. so if designer did it wrongly I will notify him and fix the demo and import files to prevent our customers fall into this mistake. I am sorry about this mistake happened from our side. and I will fix this asap
2. I initially had page titles h1 but after a huge discussions with some customers, I have removed all heading from hard code (eg, widget titles, similar posts title and such less important contents). some users were asking to remove H1 from page title as they preferred to define what should be H1 in a page. However I believe the only mistake I have done was to remove heading tag from page title and will bring it back in our new update.
Result : I admit my mistake and I will fix all those addressed issues in our tomorrow’s update. I will fix the demo and import files as well.

1. Good to know that this can be changed. It would be great if those H-Tags could have their own class since I might want to have a h2 as fancy title to be different from the normal h2 tag.
2. That customer was me with the dozen presales questions and you are right. H2-H6 for the user BUT H1 by the theme for page and post (blog) title.

Hey thanks for your interest. I have submitted the new update an hour ago, and You can check the update log, All Loops : News, Blog, Portfolio, all styles can have 3 style of pagination. Load More Button, Infinite Scroll, Classic Pagination. this option can be applied anywhere from shortcode’s option.

Really like the theme. Quick question – if I enable a slider on the page, is there any way to reduce the gap after the layerslider before the content. I really want to go straight into a page section with a different background but I’m left with a white gap in between.
I’ve tried this CSS but it doesn’t seem to have any effect

Hey Rob, Thanks for your suggestion, I have already added an option in v1.3.3 which removes the gap if you use the page section as the first element. please check our new update log in item description. In page section shortcode you will find an extra option “First section In current page”, if you enable it there will be zero distance. This update has been submitted an hour ago and I will take a few hours to be approved. so please bear with me until the new update arrive in TF. Thanks
When you choose to “show page title” the header gets bigger but It shows an ugly title. Is there any way to get a bigger header? For example the header used in header demo – 3 and 4?

I am having soooo much fun working with this theme… It has the most flexibility of any WP theme I have worked with so far… Yes there a few quirks but Jupiter is still just a baby… I hope you “Artbees” know you have possibly created the best WP theme ever and it has only been out less than 1 month… stay on top of it and keep everyone happy… speed up the page composer… In it’s current state 1.3.2 it works better than themes much older… Props to you… I hope the new update fixes the IE sticky and animations… You know I have been helping with the spelling errors in the back end… I will send you any ones still there after the new update…

I have a new update for tomorrow and I guess your requests also included. The IE10 sticky header will be fixed in coming update(v1.3.5) I can not deliver this in 1.3.4 as I am currently not in office and dont have a PC with myself. Thanks
When changing the colors on the demo site I notice it does not change the icons or active content. Is this the same in the purchased theme, will I have to re-upload all the icons with photoshop overlays in my color scheme?

Hey thanks for your interest, Not at all, all icons are font icons with the optionality to change their color to whatever you like. in demo we did only changed the theme skin color, the rest of the colors that do not change are being controlled from our page composer options. Thanks, I’m sold. I developed a whole site using Kalyas only to have the solo developer fall off the map leaving a host of problems behind. Here’s to hoping you guys have the support network setup to accommodate all the others who will soon be fleeing that theme.
Header toolbar glitch on mobile… Try to squeeze fix in on next update… I know the header toolbar is not supposed to display on mobile but it DOES pop up/display for a second before disappearing on each page load… Thanks…
