I can’t figure out if sticky header is possible? i like it to scrol with the page.
Hey thanks for being interest in our item, in fact this theme has a sticky header. If you are using IE10 to check this theme you will not see header as stick, We are working to fix this issue in IE10. Thanks
Ah that’s correct I’m using IE10, if you see the Mineral theme also on themeforest that’s the kind of header I mean 
If I can have that and then add for example 2 different countries in the small header to change language it would be perfect.

Thanks for the update, but here’s a few comments.
1. empty fields in the contact us widget show up as “Notice: Undefined index:”
2. my site is like http://artbees.net/themes/jupiter-demo-4/ where on mobile the search bar appears behind my logo and behind the menu button (which has a box around it).
3. Still no instagram social option and the twitter icon is outdated (should be the bird).
4. I’d also love a way to display all testimonials (with or without a headshot) on one long page instead of just a scroller

Can I just have a shortcode that pulls in a whole list of them in the same format? Removing the headshot if no featured image was loaded would allow me to upload testimonials from people w/o an image.

3. I guess you should use blockquote shortcode. Okay, I guess I got what you mean, but please do me a favour, make an screenshot and demonstrate your request in it, open a ticket and I will add this feature. this way you can make sure that your request is not misunderstood. I answer to alot of people and sometimes I make crazy human errors, I hope you get what I mean.
4. Something like http://screencast.com/t/KKc6HCXZVfK. We could set a shortcode to display all (-1 like your other options) and then it would populate whatever size page with all the testimonials loaded. If it can detect a headshot and display the circle head or not based on if a featured image loaded, it’d be great.
Yes sure, I can not promise for our coming version as its really a long list and I can not reach to give this feature. but for coming updates yes.

Yes it was after the update. It doesn’t work with Chrome but seems to be okay in Firefox and Safari

Hey, I will release an update by tomorrow which addresses some common issues, but since plugin compatibles is not a quick tweak and needs deep focus, It might take longer, therefore at this stage I can not give you an exact ETA. There seems to be a bug when using an accordion in page composer. Each time I edit the text in the accordion copies to the page. Manually deleting it in text editor solves luckily solves the problem.
Hi thanks for choosing our item. I guess you have used accordion inside a column shortcode. unfortunately WordPress is not good with third level nested shortcodes. in your case textblock or anything inside accordion panes becomes third level shortcode and therefore this happens. We have made accordion and tabs a built-in column so you will no need to use it inside column shortcodes however I am looking for a workaround to fix this issue in a way to prevent this happen again. Hi thanks for sharing your wishlist. I am sorry to say that but unfortunately due to the nature of your request I do not think this is possible in Jupiter with the structure it has. I can only accept feasible feature requests. This can only be done with huge modifications. by the way thumbs up to Wpengine for his awesome theme.

Ok, from a users point, how would you add h1 tag to the page/post title? No SEO plugin does that. H1 is always provided by the theme. H2-H6 are those tags the user is choosing.The 20 times H1 are a result of using your page builder. Each “fancy title” etc does use H1, this needs to be fixed.
Websites are getting wrong indexed and wrong scored by your theme since the release and we haven’t seen progress with that, I’m sorry to say that.

Hey thanks for your and nick79 feedback. I clearly understand you. I have some feedback for you :
1. Page Builder => Fancy Title : you can choose which heading choose right from the page composer option. so if designer did it wrongly I will notify him and fix the demo and import files to prevent our customers fall into this mistake. I am sorry about this mistake happened from our side. and I will fix this asap
2. I initially had page titles h1 but after a huge discussions with some customers, I have removed all heading from hard code (eg, widget titles, similar posts title and such less important contents). some users were asking to remove H1 from page title as they preferred to define what should be H1 in a page. However I believe the only mistake I have done was to remove heading tag from page title and will bring it back in our new update.
3. Regarding to your own feedback, I am do accept my fault and I do not have such attitude to pass the buck to others, I love to hear feedbacks and fix my issues.
Result : I admit my mistake and I will fix all those addressed issues in our tomorrow’s update. I will fix the demo and import files as well.
I do apologise if you feel that theme did not follow SEO practices. Thanks

I also apologize for being blunt. You have to realize that your theme is on the 3rd place of top weekly sold themes and the potential is HUGE ! if you take care of it well. I mean, there are hundreds of themes on codecanyon trying to be on this list and you have your theme there and yet doing SEO mistakes.
I am an online marketer and I know the value of a properly coded theme. Please make sure you follow standard practice when it comes to coding and SEO. If you code it well, you can easily be the top selling theme. Your interface, options, shortcode styles and set up is hands down the best.

Social icons need to have option to open in new window… in header or anywhere ie have option for target=”_blank” Would be great if pretty much any part of theme that has a URL field should have the target option too… for instance in the Client setup URL field you automatically put the target=”_blank” in because it would be assumed that they would be external links but I can see people trying to use the client slider with internal links that they would want to open in the same window…

Can you please explain why on http://111.67.16.196/~cameraga/, the JP Recent Posts widget on the right sidebar is displaying the full sized image instead of the cropped cached square image you have on your demo pages. The post image is the featured image.

Hey thanks for choosing our item. I just checked your website and I think it might be due to ”~” in your URL. sometimes this mark causes some scripts work wrongly. It used to happen in Timthumb.php (cropping script) and in my own copping script might also happen. please remove it from your URL and try again if you see that again let me know to troubleshoot that for you, Meanwhile I have not encountered someone reporting this issue therefore I believe this can be caused because of your URL or some other thing which needs my dedicated focus to figure it out. Thanks for the update to the theme! I have a few suggestions which I hope can make it to the next update.
1. Allow “Featured Image Lightbox in Blog Loop” to be set on/off globally. At this stage, this can only be set per post. I think both options would be welcome.
2. In the Fullwidth layout, allow the logo and navigation to be aligned within the width of the main content. At this stage, the logo is always left justified and the navigation centre justified.

If fact I thought this can be very useful if we give this option for each post, but if we give both options, then it will bring some speed falls and I believe as a whole this can not be feasible due to the importance of the option and the result of the speed that can cause. what do you think about that?
2. I have this in my own list and since it needed a careful coding to not screw up any functionality (huge amount of coding gone into header). therefore I decided to add this feature in coming updates with more responsible approach to prevent any human errors.

1. I am not sure why having a global option as well as a per post option would affect the speed. But, personally I think if that were the case, the better choice would be to have it at the global level only. This type of feature is something that I believe a developer would want to keep consistent across all posts, so either “on” or “off” for all posts.

Hi, Please check import go to Layerslider => Header section => “Import Sample Slider” and if you click all sliders will be imported. about your ticket I am really sorry our staff assigned the ticket to me and I was hard on our new update. your issue has been fixed in v1.3.2 but I recommend you wait for few hours until v1.3.3 to be approved. so you can enjoy our latest version which is pretty complete one.
