Hi,

I am impressed by your theme however in the Masterkey settings when I press save changes, a screen pops up and says, “Changes cannot be saved”. Is there something that I need to know on how to fix this.

How do you change the color of the body text within testimonials (for example in the footer) without adjusting other colors?

ie. My footer body text is white, but the testimonials will not show.

I downloaded a font I routinely use in MS Word/Gimp, via fontsquirrel as instructed in your FAQ. It shows up in masterkey settings like it should (in “choose a font” but not “body font family” menu). But it doesn’t work, nor do any of the fontface fonts I’ve tried. All the google fonts I’ve tried work fine. I’ve tried this in firefox, chrome and IE, all of which are up to date. FWIW, I was unable a few weeks back to get a font I purchased from myfonts.com to display correctly in any browser as well, so it could be a setting on my computer. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hi Theme looks great! Good purchase! Wanted to know: 1. How to update, as I bought a couple of days ago and don’t want to wipe out all I’ve done? 2. On the About Us, when I leave the existing images, it says in a pop up- “Cannot access local image”. Not sure which one’s it can’t find, but it pops up 2X, which leads me to believe on the About Us 2, there are images that are missing? I did load the demo content in the xml file? 3. Are the background images from the boxed look here as well? 4. How do you grab the header samples? I’m confused about this and went to the documentation area and see the sample pages inside WP, but am unclear on how to change/replicate them? Can you guide me?

Hi,

By default, the responsive width of the Jupiter layout is 1140px, in that when the width is 1140px or less, if you had a sidebar, the sidebar gets pushed down below the main content and the main content assumes a full width. I know that, within the Admin area, you can change the width at which the responsive menu appears. However, there is no way to control when the sidebar should get pushed down and main content to become full width. Can you please add this feature to your next update?

But, for now, can you tell me exactly what I need to alter in the CSS to modify this width? I would like to change it to 960px. Please note that I still want to keep the grid max-width at 1140.

Amazing support. ( But, the parallax issues doesn’t seem to be have solved consistently. It appears that the settings I had for one page doesn’t work for another. Buggy. The photo gets split into two photos and shows the top of the image at the bottom.( Also the stretch/fit and the TOP CENTER IMAGE option in the masterkey doesn’t work for me, the settings doesn’t change anything. The newest update is corrupted?) Needs to be soon and finalized, since it’s been around for a while from prior tickets.

Also: The masterkey options seems to be corrupted, a lot of the options like stretch/fit doesn’t work.

Does this theme have a custom Login/Registration Form which I can use for registering new users?

Hi, Thinking of purchasing this as it looks very cool. A few questions. Would it be easy to add downloadable products to the shop? Are you using Woo Commerce? Is there a admin back end we can log in to to explore the back end before we buy. Is that possible? The admin interface is so different from theme to theme, and while your’s looks awesome in the screen grabs, I’d love to be able to take it for a test drive… Thanks geoff

Great theme but I’m having major issues with the responsiveness of the layout. The site does not respond well on mobile devices and the layout look different on various monitors. Is there some code I can enter to make the website fluid and responsive across all monitors and devices?

One of the latest theme updates broke one of my plugins, I tried installing other plugins, but noticed the same issues. I switched to the twenty thirteen theme to confirm that it was in fact a theme issue. I’m getting the following:

Hi artbees, first thanks for such a nice looking theme. There is one significant issue that I noticed today just after purchasing it. The theme does not output the metatag description on some pages (also checked on your demo site e.g. the homepage or team member detail page). Essential for SEO and SERP conversion. Can you please have a look at this?

Hey, great work with the theme, I just got 2 questions regarding it.

Since I don’t really like the header toolbar, I was wondering whether there is an option to make the log in panel appear exactly like the contact form appears. What I aim to do is to create a small box (like the one with contact and “to the top”) which after clicking, would pop up the login panel instead of the contact form.

I have a slider right below the header menu(LayerSlider). My question is, whether I can make the menu to overlap the slider? It is currently just above the slider and I want it it to be on the top of it.

I would immensely appreciate the help!

Is it possible to use the Layerslider and a transparent menu or do they have to occupy separate elements? I see that it is using any of the static banners or “sliding banner” but I don’t see how it would work with the layerslider.

Do you know how to fix this?

I use the latest 3.6.1 wordpress version and the newest version of the theme.
