Hi,
I see that on the blog grid page, when I click on the featured image, it zooms in on the image. Is it possible to link to the actual post itself rather than zooming when clicking the image ?
Is it possible to remove the meta data from the posts like author name, date etc. I am assuming that even if there is no options in the admin panel, I would be able to take it out via css with a display:none entry.
Please let me know on the above

Like theme very much and might buy. But the blog section is missing something was hoping it would have. Might the blog have the ability to be filterable by category with tabs sometime in the future to auto arrange items in the blog section? Categories will be a very important part of blog section and like that feature when I have seen it as it’s the most simple way to arrange blog based on the user’s need. Thanks
Hey, thanks for considering our item, Unfortunately the feature you asked is not a common practice. We use filterable posts in only portfolio posts that users need to filter the works and portfolio items for a quick look. but since blog posts in their nature is for a date based articles, there is no such featured needed. If you can show me a theme in themeforest I would be convinced to give this feature in future updates. Also please note that this theme is for business purposes and blogging section of this theme is enough for its nature. if you need more focus on blogging section I recommend you to consider a theme that has been made solely for blogging. Hello. We imported the sample content but the pages that got imported are totally blank. No shortcodes, structure etc. Is this a known issue? we’d really like to see how the sample pages were built so we can reverse engineer the structure…

@tricell and stevew111 – thats not true ! click out of the visual composer and press on text to get the basic text editor bak THEN press the visual composer button and it will all be there safe – besides – wordpress 3.6 has the new revisions manager too so dont hate on the theme because you’re struggling with it, i’m a free hand coder and developer but the page composer is fascinating – it works great

This last point my tricell brings up an important point for me before purchasing: It seems that with this theme we will become very dependent on the Visual Page Builder (we could choose not to use it but that defeats the whole purpose of buying this theme).
1. What happens to our pages/posts in the future (years from now) if you stopped supporting this theme and the Page Builder stopped working. Would our pages be in a form that we could continue editing them with Wordpress. In other words, can the standard Wordpress editor read and present the pages/posts that are created with the Page Builder.
2. Since your builder is built on Visual Composer Plugin, will we be able to purchase and update that plugin on our own in the future if for some reason you were to stop updating this theme. Would our pages/posts be compatible with the Visual Composer plugin.
I know your answer might be that you will continue to support this theme forever, but things happen. I need to think long term.

Page Composer is module to make your life easier without the hassle of struggling with shortcodes. if you remove it, all content will stay untouched. Basically all wordpress themes should accommodate shortcodes and their modules as an standalone plugin and they should even work in other themes with a Bootstrap fallback. so you will never lose your themes content even if you switch your theme. Yes this is pretty heavy job for us as developers, our effort doubles. but this is very good for customers. you will not be depended to Jupiter if you purchase it, you will even no longer depend to Page Composer because we will release it as a plugin to use it free of charge once you purchase the theme anywhere you like, in any theme you like. We are making Page composer faster in our coming updates. since we have changed the original plugin, its not anymore the same item, so we will maintain it ourselves the same other authors does. Please let me know if you need to know more. I will be happy to talk about all these issues if you need more info, not because to convince you to purchase this item, rather its a very useful and interesting topic for many people over here. For your info we will change page composer backend module structure to take advantage of backbone.js (a modular JS library that saves ajax call backs in browser and speed becomes almost instant). This new update regarding the page composer will arrive within a month (its a huge work) and we will release it as a plugin and you should install it manually after this update. This will add more trust to wordpress themes sold in TF. to be honest I was very sad about this new changes but when looking form different perspectives it really really great thing for envato + cusomer + author. At first look, this theme is amazing. Then when you buy it and realize that it is coded for idiots, it’s not that great. You can only use one mode of creating a page, either text/visual or the page composer. If you try to use both, it automatically deletes everything you’ve created. This is the most frustrating theme I’ve ever used and I wish I didn’t buy it.

However I will not accept your critiques. the reason is that we have used a very famous plugin (Visual Composer) which has been used in hands of over 30,000 customers and if you count those themes that included this feature the number grows. If you switch between Text and Composer mode, nothing should be deleted. If you face this with such issue(deleting the content), then I am afraid there is a problem on your installation. why? Page Composer uses ajax calls to communicate with wordpress shortcode API to convert them into a visual module. I have not seen this before someone reporting it, but I will need to take a look at it to give you a feedback. Please open a ticket in our help desk and let us troubleshoot that for you. Thanks

SMALL request – when having a testimonial you are making the author name the hyperlink when a URL is specified – i think the link should be on the company name and not the testimonial author. Or we could have a choice ?

Any way of not hard cropping the images on the woocommerce recent carousel? I tried to run regenerate thumbnails and it fixed the hard crop from the main product pages, but I can’t turn off hard crop from the carousel. Please help!

I’m finding on mac, chrome, that the scrolling is effected, and doesn’t scroll at the usual rate and smoothness of 99% of other sites.
Hey, we are using Nicescroll feature to scroll page, you can see some themes also accommodated this feature which adds a smooth scroll, you can disable this feature from theme settings. Thanks
ah ha perfect. Yeah, on a personal note, I actually click off themes that have thinking I can’t trust them as they’re not responding the way I would expect, changing the flow of my scroll strokes etc. I would have thought I’m not the only one so it may be worth having it off in the demo? thanks for the reply

Am I crazy, or am I just trying to do the impossible? Every time I try to put columns inside a page section, it freaks out and deletes the contents of the columns if I update the page when in Page Composer.
Hey, You are not crazy, unfortunately WordPress does not good with third level shortcodes, in your case elements inside columns are third level shortcodes. Thats why we have made almost all shortcodes built-in shortcodes, you can do a different approach : make your column shortcodes in an other page, then put them inside text block editor. this way backend page composer will render them as text but in front end they will work well. We have used this technic a few times when it was just not possible to make it with built-in module columns. Let me know if you need more assistance.

All Post types has page composer, we did just duplicate the content in demo as there is no need to make different contents for demonstration .
