Hi Guys, Love the Jupiter theme but don’t appear to have an active Revolution Slider within the theme. There is no option to create slides even though i can add a revolution slider in the page builder area! I’m stumped! any ideas? Thanks Chris

1-this not work with Unicode very well its make post unreadable i think its just for shop only not type or only in Eng post 2-way u cant put category portfolio just in page and not all of this 3-drop menu not work if u want switch to any the menu under post or page with zoom icon he take u in wide page u cant see menu of wp 4-test in wp3.5.2 and not compatibly with it 5-its need very work if this solve this bugs its maybe purchasable ! sory for my type eng its not my lang !

I could not understand some of your points. Jupiter same like all other themes in the market is UTF-8 and it should work with all languages as far as the font you have chosen in admin panel is compatible with the characters you use. the rest of your points are not clear for me. please explain with a formal english so I can get what you meant. Thank for Answe if i type for example one line – half-line first my lang and other half eng he show very well in post edit but after publish the post sort the eng line become first and mylang its become after eng line. UUUUUUEEEEEEEEEUUUUUUU=in post edit

The footer background color will not show up as the actual color. It shows up as a lighter version. Tried using both the colorpicker and the image background to no effect. How do I make the footer the color I want it to be?
Hi, It is not possible, our background selector gets all your background properties and without any further modifications set them in skin.php

Hello, I’m enjoying working with your theme. Question, I’ve dropped in your Twitter widget into the sidebar, but when I do, the feed doesn’t appear and the Wordpress admin top navigation bar disappears, along with other random content.
Any ideas?

Please make sure you have updated your theme to latest version (current version : 1.3.3) and you have connected Twitter API (check Masterkey -> Advanced -> Twitter API). after these all will work fine. the instructions on how to connect to twitter api is given on that page. 1. Your date meta on single post pages (e.g. http://artbees.net/themes/jupiter/semper-at-egestas-sed-elementum-in-justo/) is incorrect. The date and permalink are both incorrect.
2. I think it is absolutely necessary to include the year in all post date metas whether on an archive page, a single post page, or blog shortcodes.
Can you please attend to these at your earliest?
3. It’s easy to copy single.php under the child theme and modify there. However, the same cannot be done for shortcodes. For example, if I copy ”/themes/Jupiter/framework/page-composer/lib/shortcodes/blog.php” to ”/themes/Jupiter-child/framework/page-composer/lib/shortcodes/blog.php” and modify the file there, it has no effect on the site. What can I do?

1. I have the single post date format and permalink issue in our update fix, and you will see its fixed in v1.3.4 (it will be out tomorrow).
2. We have discussed this issue with some customers and we have an improvement over the date formats in coming update

I have copied ”/themes/Jupiter/framework/page-composer/composer/lib/shortcodes/blog.php” to ”/themes/Jupiter-child/framework/page-composer/composer/lib/shortcodes/blog.php” and modified the file there, but in my case, it does nothing as if it’s not even reading the file ”/themes/Jupiter-child/framework/page-composer/composer/lib/shortcodes/blog.php”.
Can you please confirm exactly what I need to do to make my modifed version of blog.php to work?

Hi thanks for considering our item. Those plugins will work with jupiter but we did not integrate or give custom styles to them to fit the design. However we have a list of plugins that we will consider adding integrations if the outcome will not make theme heavy. But generally yes you can use them. You can also use Wysija Newsletter plugin. I figured it out… looks like the parallax effect can be added by the page section shortcode, and then enable the 3d effect, plus change the slider value to see the different speeds.

I am getting an error with the child theme after yesterdays upgrade. Here is the error: Broken Themes

Obviously I have the jupiter theme installed correctly. Could it e case sensitive and looking for jupiter when Jupiter is installed?

Does the update not work for page section but only columns?

I found out that this is only happening on the home page when i hide the page title. I still get the blank space from the title. Any way to remove it?

Page composer request – ability yo “HIDE” page sections / blocks ?? I often make changes and want to keep it when in development process but im forced to delete the block and if i want it back its a long job…. i think if you had the function to show or hide things in back end that could be good?

Hey thanks for choosing our theme. Unfortunately we do not have a complete set of Jupiter PSD Files. its because we have designed the theme in split elements and then combined them together. Our graphic designer made the theme demo after we finished the theme. However we will add PSD files in coming updates (my colleague is in summer vacation and I have no access to him :/) Thanks

Hi, thanks for your suggestion, in fact you can not add icons to the list as all of them are font icons and I hope you understand making a font and exporting with again is not an easy task. In which shortcode you would like to use it? if you need to use font icons in some shortcodes, then you will need to get some html coding over it. It will not be much work and I can provide you some snippets if you let me know what exactly you need. Thanks

This theme has a long way to go and we are hard behind this them. at this moment 3 people are constantly working to make Jupiter a great product. so dont worry about updates and new features. Regarding to custom ttf fonts, its pretty easy in Jupiter to add any font you like to add (http://artbees.ticksy.com/edit-faq/804/). Of course you can place all of our shortcodes in footer area, we even have a widget for google map. Thanks
