Hi, Just wanted to say thanks for the great Support Bob. I have tested my site on different PCs and a tablet and the Top menu and and the LOgo are overlapping. I have tried adjusting some of the settings in the MAster key settings to no avail. Is there any quick fix to this? I thought the site readjusted for different browsers and screens?

what if I remove the responsive code from the css will the theme still function.I know some themes do some dont?
Since the responsive code splitted to their respective places in css file you should remove them all. We plan to bring all of them together to make an option to disable resposnsive feature. we will add this option in future updates. Thanks
Is there a way to control the mega menu width? Right now it seems to only work well for 4 columns. If I have 2 or 3, I have a big open area to the right.
It would be amazing to also add image support in the mega menu in the future.

Okay, I’m working on my website and I have a bit of an issue with the portfolio linking options. When I set the link to a manual link, different page or post, I am unable to visit the original post when clicking on it from the portfolio view; there is no option to do so. No matter what, it always takes me to the alternate link even if there is the [...] option present indicating there is more to read. Help! I’ve tried imputing the “more” option manually, but it’s still not allowing me to actually view the original portfolio post. Is there a way to make the title underneath the picture remain an outside link while making the featured picture link to the actual original portfolio post? Thank you in advance and sorry if this question is redundant.
Or, if that’s not possible, I would like to know if there’s a way where you can just show all content in the total portfolio view.
Hi, thanks for choosing our item. We have made this feature available when you really dont want to have a single post in that particular portfolio post. the only workaround for this feature is to add a read more link to actual single post to be shown if its enabled from that single post. this way we will not bother those kind of users and also make this feature useful for you if you need to have external link as well as a read more link to single post. I just noted this in my update list and will be coming to Jupiter in v1.3.5 Thanks

Hi, thanks for choosing Jupiter. Yes you can add Sidebar shortcode using page composer or use it in page section as well. but this theme do not follow old fashions and 2 sidebars in one page become very obsolete. Where exactly you want to have submenu? In main Navigation? Thanks
Bob… Thanks for the update and a good chunk of my and others fixes and requests… lots of advances… but I initially noticed you moved the date to the far left now and there is a padding issue depending on what you have set in masterkey to display…. everything is all jammed up unless you do some CSS padding… see pic…

After attempting to get support on your support line, I am posting here out of frustration. I have some major problems with the theme. There must be some conflict with something as I don’t see others with these problems:
-Cannot switch to boxed layout with either the general setup or overriding on an individual page.
-NONE of the custom shortcodes come up in your version of page composer. I just get some standardish short codes, but nothing like fancy titles, dividers or accordions.
-Can’t seem to place an icon. I can pull up the icon menu, but I cannot get an icon to move into a menu or item.
Been in your support system for over two weeks and figured out some of the issues I was having myself without help of support staff (who’s only advice was to reinstall the theme which I did).
Very frustrated as these are basic items that don’t seem to be working. I cannot move forward with this project. Switched to this theme because of issues with another theme that wasn’t updated correctly for WP3.6. I need this theme to work so we can get this site done.

Original post for ticket 81554 was over two weeks ago. I reinstalled and posted again on August 15 although the first two problems were unchanged.
Was told ticket was forwarded to a developer on August 15.
I am sorry if I could not reach to you earlier. I have huge tasks and updates and this is the only reason, otherwise I would have reached you with no delays. Luckily we added a new staff (Just yesterday) to help desk who is expert in development like me, I will check you ticket and resolve it (today) but after ward we will not experience such delays caused by me. Hi, theme is already approved and you can view the update log in item description bottom section. Since our updates are huge its not possible to give you the list of files has changed. there are many files has been touched. However I will add the list of pages tomorrow. Thanks
Hi Artbees. I don’t think I saw anything in the new updates to address the menu location. As I mentioned before, our clients have long company names and we really need an option to align the menu to the far right, similar to the Enfold theme. Any options yet? This is crtitical for our sites. Also, is the ajax portfolio preview and ajax search still on the list? Thanks.
Hey, Thanks for your immense interest. To be honest I have around 20 more tasks in my list which could not be done for this update. I could not meet the promised time to deliver the update (even though I worked whole weekend). I had to release it as soon as possible since many current customers were waiting for this update. I will do my best to meet all undone tasks this week. I can not say any time frame since for 3-4 days I should put some time for our other themes. I am sorry about that. Thanks for your patience.
Using the CodeStyling Localization plugin, I’ve created Dutch (nl_NL) .mo en .po files and they are in the language map correctly. Only the translations aren’t displayed in the website itself.

I just posted this issue in the support forum, but I think it’s important to post it here. I purchased the theme and downloaded it on August 9th – and discovered that it’s incompatible with servers running PHP Version: 5.3.27
Huge problem and a very unhappy client waiting for his website! If this was corrected in an update, please let me know!!
Hey, thanks for letting us know about this. I dont think this is the case, as we are using this theme in our MT server with the php v5.3.27. However we will get back you in help desk to see why you think its an incompatibility issue. For sure we will fix any problem may happen due to the theme, but I dont think I have a deprecated code. We pass with very strict testing using testing plugins before we submit this theme. Thanks

Oh I see, I can not interfere to our designer works as I am only a developer. We have both sub nav widget and vertical tab that you can add custom icon for our 1200+ icon list. Jupiter has a different layout and look and being nice sometimes is very rational and depends to your taste. Luidpress is more creative design, Jupiter is business. Thanks
I have some questions before I buy. I know it is possible to do, but how difficult would it be to add some features from KALLYAS theme to this one? such as the step box in KALLYAS, the static content slider, the shop layout, ETC.
By the looks of the Jupiter theme, it seems to be inspired by the KALLYAS theme which I think is pretty awesome, because the support by KALLYAS has taken a dramatic fall:O

1. We have some plans to add some features, I will count this one in.
2. Content slider that you mentioned can be achieved with our banner slider, you can add any content to banner section, make it static or sliding.
3. What do you mean shop layout? Jupiter has shop layout. please explain more.
4. The initial theme is designed before Kallayas theme and I dont think its has been inspired from a theme already existed in TF, of course we have taken some ideas from some latest trend in web design community. 
5. We have hired 2 professional support staff who already done great job with other elite authors. I myself take support seriously and participate in some serious issues.
6. we did not add such feature to add images to mega menu.

Thanks for your awesome answers. I was not aware that this was designed before KALLYAS theme. Also by the shop layout i meant some shortcodes from the KALLYAS theme, because it also uses a page builder, but just forget that question.

With WooCommerce the Price Slider does not work.
We have tested price slider before we submit the theme and we just improved its styling (no further modification has done to it). However you can ask for help in our help desk so our staffs can look at it to diagnose why its not working. Thanks

Hey Alex, Thanks for considering our item. In fact the language is related to the font you will choose, whether it supports or not. We had customers from Japan and china and they made the site in Chinese, therefore There will be no problem. no you do no need WPML if you do not want to have multilingual website. RTL, should be maintained. with some few css overrides. I guess a web developer can do this tasks for you in couple of hours. He will only need to give you few lines of css to override it in custom css option. Please let me know if you need further assistance. Thanks
