Hi Bob. Is there any styling support for Gravity Forms? I noticed that certain elements like the Submit button don’t default to the Jupiter theme styling. Same issue with MyMail newsletter plugin. Thanks.
Also, can you please consider an external custom css file. Very time consuming to switch back to the css editor each time in the Admin page. Also, there are no editor functions, like tabbing, color coding, etc. Thanks!

Hi, in Homepage v2 you will see one of the page sections has video enabled and has video URL uploaded. just grab the template from docs and paste it in a new page, switch to page composer and edit the corresponding page section. you will spot it. Cheers

hey thanks for using Jupiter and we are happy you liked it. do you want to add your own icons to this shortcode? that would be almost impossible as the icons all are font icons and you can not simple modify it. I think you rather should do a custom html coding rather than modifying and adding new icons to our icon library. Thanks

Now i have another problem since updating to 2.0: My slider on homepage shows a one pixel top-/bottom-border or is not as high as it should be (because that green you see is the background-color of the header banner). how can i fix this? here is a link to check: http://weblab.greenforce-nutrition.de
Please go to Masterkey => Coloring => Backgrounds => Header Bottom Border Color. give it the same color as your header. I will fix it to remove the line if its left balnk. Thanks

Hi, currently the computer slider does not have such feature to add videos, but you can use video shortcode to add it anywhere you like. Its possible to put the shortcode to sidebar as well. Thanks

On a portfolio – classic style, do all the thumbnail images need to be set to a certain size before they are added?
On mine, the image size is all different, and it would look a lot better (like your demo). Please tell me how you did it.

All the images are being cropped based on an option that you can find in portfolio loop shortcode options. you can change the image height to anything that fits best for you. our script resize and crop it to fit. Please let me know if you have any confusion and I explain more. Thanks

Hi, which version are using? We have changed the smooth scroll JS with more support compatibility. this script is the only stable one and if its laggy in IE8 I suggest you to disable it from masterkey settings => general => global => smooth scroll.

Is there a simple way to make the icon (the whole circle for that matter) on an icon box linkable? I’ve had some feedback from my team that they’d like to see it click-able if possible. Not sure how to do that.

Hi, since v20.7(latest version) now you can override all shortcodes using a child them. all you will need to do is to add shortcodes folder to your child theme and copy any of the shortcode templates from parent theme => shortcodes => shortcode files. This will need some level of simple coding here to make the icon linkable. you will just need to wrap the icon with an anchor tag.

Copying the shortcode files to the child theme doesn’t seem to override the parent version. I created a folder under Jupiter-child called “shortcodes”. Then I copied the modified shortcode file into the Jupiter-child/shortcodes folder.
Did I do this correctly?
Please update to v2.07 as I have fixed child theme overriding issue in latest version. after updating parent theme you will see that it will override. Thanks

I don’t think it was mentioned specifically in documentation , but tabs completely changed with this version (the UI is better in the admin). Now on the front end when I click on a tab, the page moves up and down with a smooth scroll (though it shouldn’t and just takes the user down somewhere in the middle of the tab). There’s a Chrome specific bug where vertical tab content appears below instead of next to the tab (it’s fine in Safari and FF). My client and I are very concerned about how updates are breaking the site. Will we have any major changes like v2 in the next several months? This theme is the best I’ve used and I’ve had it since 1.0, but it’s really hard to use it professionally when I keep noticing little things broken.
Another issue with 2.0 is on pages that were converted, apostrophes are changed to \. I need to go back and manually change them and it’s a game of hunt and find because I have no idea what pages used apostrophes. Sometimes it even puts in several of them. For example, I\\\’m
Last tab comment. Is there any way to add column formatting within one? I tried with shortcodes and it didn’t work so I can only add one big box of text.

I am sorry if V2.0 had such problems and all was due to the backend huge changes. we had to change it to make it better. but regarding to the future updates concern. it only happened once and will never happen again.
Unfortunately the \’ is a pain but the way the new page composer accepts characters also has been changed. try searching using browser search feature and I dont think it will take longer. The smooth scroll issue has been fixed in coming version. its coming update within few days. Again I am sorry for the frustration. Thanks

First of all, thanks again for awesome hard work on this theme! 
Quick question: I am using your theme in combination with WPML. In release V1.3.8 you have included a WPML language switcher for header toolbar. Everything works as expected, except the switcher does not respond to some of the the WPML plugin options.
The most important one being ‘Use native language name (the language name as it’s written in that language)’ under language switcher options. The result is that the languages are always shown in the current display language.
Can you please make the switcher compatible with this plugin option?

Hi It is a shortcode called “Moving Image”.
We have not included more icons to keep up with the best performance possible. What you mentioned earlier probably is an image file.
Regarding to testimonial slideshow, You need to use custom CSS for such a purpose. You can kindly open a tread in our support forum and get additional support on your custom css out there
Hi I’m having serious problems with the sticky menu. I’ve asked for help on the support forum, however no-one has gotten back to me. The sticky menu isn’t working at all, I have take the main navigation back to the default setting and it still doesn’t work. The header height is 100, sticky header height is 50, logo aligned left (haven’t even uploaded a custom logo yet) and the navigation style is modern. I would really appreciate some help with this ASAP as this is a fairly major feature of the theme that I need working. Thanks Amber

Hi, do you mean responsive modes? Jupiter is fluid, it means there is no exact width that responsive changes, it changes gradually with screen widths. can you elaborate what exactly you mean? Thanks
Hi, Fisrt of all, congratulations for Jupiter theme…it’s the best i bought!!! But i got 2 questions:
1. Can i put a RevSlider on top of my menu, in the header, instead of my logo or Header image? I have a image that fill the width of the header, and i would like to use as a logo, but when i go to mobile, this image doesn’t resize, that’s why i would like to put a RevSlider there, so it can resize on mobile.
2. Can i put a widget im my body page, as an element? I couldn’t find how. In this case i woul like to put a square with SEARCH and a List of recent posts.

Hi, thanks for using Jupiter and your kind words, regarding your questions :
1. if you mean to remove header and place the revSlider, this will need some extra coding to achieve, is that the only logo issue that you want to do this? in fact logo gets resized based on the header height. so it means the width also be decreased proportionally based on which ratio the height resized. Saying that if you logo is really long like 400px then you should either change the logo width to something less than 250 or using custom css resize the logo width manually in mobile sizes.
2. In this current version you can not put, but we are planning to bring all of them to coming updates and you can find them in page composer.
P.S. we will have a new update coming days so keep an eye to the updates. Cheers
