Hey! The slideshow currently does not support thumbnails, you would need to use the gallery in that case.
Which categories are you talkin about exactly? the Client/Skills/website section of that page? thats just a textblock element so you can link to anything you want. The whole page in general is built with the template builder so its very flexible

I really want to buy the theme but I have one problem. The design for the Portfolio is not good compared to any other theme. Can I change the ’/’ between the Portfolio to anything else, maybe a drop-down menu or something?
Hey! You can of course change it but you would need to do css modifications to create this dropdown yourself. Or hire someone to do those modifications
Probably a few hour job so shouldn’t be to hard to find someone who can do this. (we can help with the search for a freelancer if needed

Hey I have a problem with portfolio items’ breadcrumbs!
If I access this page (http://www [.] ilmountainrider.com/itinerari/casera-podestine-facile-escursione-nelle-prealpi-clautane/) from the portfolio shortcode on page /chi-sono, the breadcrumb will show this: Home / Chi Sono / Casera Podestine, facile escursione nelle Prealpi Clautane
If I access that portfolio page from page /itinerari/ the breadcrumb on portfolio page will display: Home / Itinerari / Casera Podestine, facile escursione nelle Prealpi Clautane
Thats kind of weird and I want to make sure that particular breadcrumb for ALL portfolio pages is displayed as Home / Itinerari / Portfolio Item Name
I need only the word ITINERARY and not something dynamic that changes according to origin page.

I’m looking for a complete list of shortcodes, to see how much work is involved moving a client from their existing theme to this one.
To clarify, I’m looking for a list of the codes that either the user types in, or are generated by your “Shortcode Generator”. I’m guessing they’ll look something like [one_half]...[/one_half], and so on.

The page you have linked to shows the RESULTS of the shortcodes. That’s not what I need.
I have a client who uses a theme on their existing WP site. The theme ALREADY USES shortcodes in posts and pages. I want to know if your shortcodes are the same, or similar, to the shortcodes that are used in mY clients’ theme. If the shortcodes in the existing site are compatible with your shortcode schema I will order SIX copies of your theme. If they are extremely different, I will go elsewhere. Either way, I cannot make such a decision until I have your shortcode list.
Hey! Unfortunately the theme uses 100% different shortcodes than your clients last theme. I have written the template builder and shortcode editor from the ground up for this Theme and no theme we or anyone else have ever used has the same set of shortcodes. also all shortcodes are prefixed with av_ (for our avia_framework) so they dont collide with other shortcodes already installed or added via plugins, so they also won’t match.
Very sorry to lose you as a customer. Just an observation from previous theme migrations I had: its usually simpler to copy the old shortcodes into the functions.php file of the new theme than to try and find a theme that has the same set of shortcodes

Before I decide to buy this theme, I would appreciate if you could answer some of my questions:
1. Is there a way that I can have the heading and sidebar navigation fixed and only scroll down the content itself of the page?
2. Could I set the sticky header to show up only when the person tries to scroll the page back up?
3. Is it possible to have different icon colors for each page/post?
4. Can I create an audio only post?
5. In the blog, is it possible to insert multiple images along the text and have the text adjust itself automatically around them?
6. Is there a way that I can have a logo without the name of the website downloaded and later on write just the name itself next to it when creating the website?
7. Finally, I have no knowledge at all of html codes. I see that you have the drag and drop very functional page builder. I watched some of your videos though and saw that I will eventually also need to change some html if the display of what I created is not the way I want. Also, for the posts, I see that I will need to have some html coding knowledge. I am willing to learn in order to have my website up and running, but since I am new on the field I am still hesitating. I watched most of your videos and went through the other support articles/documentation and am not sure I will have all the info I need to put the page exactly how I want easily available. 3.) Easy enough if you know basic css. each page has a unique class and icon colors could be changed based on that class
4.) Yes, the theme supports the audio post format for blog posts
5.) Guess you are talking about simply floatign text? Yes of course
6.) Not sure if I get this Mind to elaborate? Or link to an example?
7.) To setup a site like the theme demo no html or css code whatsoever is required. The layerslider slideshow also has a simple enough interface, where it is beneficial if you know css but not exactly necessary. however since you have some very specific wishes in #1,2 and 3: this would not be possible without the knowledge of html and css

In 5., my question was whether I can write a name for my website instead of having to upload an image or logo to the header. In case I do not have a logo, for example. I would also like to write a slogan or description for my website, and am not sure that would be possible with this theme. In that case, I would have to do it in a pic in my computer then upload it to the header? Hope this is clearer… Example of website name and description: http://drclaudiawelch.com/

Unfortunately thats currently not possible, the theme requires an image as logo replacement, so yes, you would need to upload an image with the websites name. Actually quite funny that this wasn’t requested by anyone else till now ;D

Hi Kreisi I have bought Enfold and loved it. I design website for manufacturers. My Qn: I want to design product pages that has a ‘Add to Quote’ Button. When Client have selected enough products, they will be listed on a page ready for submission to Supplier for Price Quotation. How can this be done?. Woocommerce has add to cart+price BUT that is not what I needed, and that cannot be changed. OR: Can you point me to a plugin that can do just that. I really need this.

Hey! Enfold is not optimized for the plugin, so although it should in theory work, I am pretty sure it will be necessary to do some css modifications to make it blend in perfectly…
So many bloggers etc use Disqus…can Support help me with this?
Depends on the severity. if the plugin works and you only need a few simple styling modifications then yes. If it somehow kills the layout we will of course take a look but it might take hours to debug something like this, therefore I can’t guarantee any support here and it might be necessary to get 3rd party help and to hire a developer to fix the issue
ok… just fyi then. Disqus is widely used by so many… just a consideration to make make sure it is optimized with Enfold in a future update like you’ve done with gravity forms etc.. http://disqus.com I might just work fine.

Hey! the theme is not really built to support comments on portfolio entries or pages with the layout builder. You would need to add the comments template function to the template-builder.php file but I cant really tell if that would work fine or mess things up…

Hey! The simplest way would be to upload all images with the same height/width already. Otherwise the theme will always stretch the size of the images to fill the available width and the height will be determined by the image width/height ratio
i resized and it still fills the smaller image in the frame. It is vertical ones that I want the same height as horizontal.

I installed Enfold locally and have no plugins. I am running wordpress 3.7.1. The theme worked well uploading the sample content. But one HUGE issue for me. The drag and drop functionality is only working on the page type (not a post). Is this really how it works? The main reason I bought was the drag and drop functionality. Please tell me I am missing something.

Hey! This is correct, thats how the theme is supposed to work. The template builder uses a different php file to render its entries and especially fullwidth entries would break the layout of the blog in many cases. Since Blog Posts are intended to be used for articles and news we also figured a template builder would not be necessary for these kind of entries…

You can also add a unique id to each section when editing the section and then add a custom thickness or color if needed

Hey! Changing the order by default is not possible, you would need to add a sorting filter to the functions.php file.

I posted this on the support forum, but I don’t think it’s going to get passed up to you. Some small issues/tweaks related to Firefox that are really simple to fix:
Firefox 25 (on OS X at least—I haven’t tried on Windows) now seems to scale images poorly with image-rendering: optimizequality. It’s especially noticeable on the fixed header scaled logo with Enfold, or the logo slider on your Enfold demo home. I guess I’d recommend axing the rule from images for now, unless you have a better idea. I’m not sure if it’s a Firefox bug or Mozilla deprecated it or what. I hope this isn’t just my Firefox; I’m kind of paranoid about that since I don’t see this issue being discussed anywhere.
FF25 also supports -moz-osx-font-smoothing: grayscale, which improves the sharpness of icon fonts in OS X if you apply it to them. It’s the same method as -webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased. I guess you don’t use the Webkit one either, but there’s the new Firefox technique if you ever want to. Larger icons can look less “full” (although more accurate in shape), but it improves smaller icons a lot. You can see a big difference if you apply font smoothing to the “Check Forum” icon box on your Enfold demo home.
Last, this has been bugging me since Enfold v1.0. Firefox will apply a faux bold to fonts that have no bold weight if that’s what the CSS rules say it should be, so the search icon in the header is always bold in Firefox. Adding font-weight: normal to it would be nice. This can be a problem other places too, but there’s no easy solution with the way Enfold is currently set up—we’d need to be able to load more Google font weights, be able to change the font weights of headings, or both (although I know those changes are easy enough to do manually).
