You need to upload featured image to show on audio detail page. While clicking on image, it’ll show the shouldcloud audio player.

This theme supports videos that are supported by wordpress. Try to upload the video from backend into Media Uploader, if video is uploaded successfully then please submit your ticket at http://support.extracoding.com with wp-admin info. We’ll try to diagnose the issue and surely fix your issues.

Well, the first time I posted a ticket was 2 days ago, and aside from last night, I have not had anyone contact me. The first ticket simply said “closed”, then after a request, I was given a link to your FAQ, which is not very good at all. There is little, to no, information on your FAQ. All the answers are 10 – 20 words and don’t describe a fix.

Also, the fixes that have been offered require me to give you complete admin access to my website. This is not something I am comfortable with. In my mind, I should not have to do this to have the theme work, especially considering that the function that isn’t working is a fairly basic one.

and I have a problem I have a problem when I embed my VDO from page detail and I put it’s on my fanpage facebook but the thumbnail or profile picture of that vdo didn’t show up It just showed up the profile picture from another vdo on sidebar menu it’s top 5 vdo section instead. How to fix this ?

You can sync videos only from frontend user profile. Go to profile page > Videos Tab and click “Add Video”. If you are still having issues please submit your ticket at http://support.extracoding.com with wp-admin info. We’ll setup the things for you.

i think you are not explaining the sync video thing properly – all that it does is i can “post a URL” to say a youtube video and it adds a post with that video in it… not exactly rocket science

Let me explain to you what SYNC your playlists and videos really implies, and that was the reason i bought and paid for this theme….

Syncing would mean, I as a user can sync my youtube account or playlist… so i enter my youtube username, or a enter a playlist and this theme PULLS in all my videos or playlists and posts in on this theme, and keeps it in SYNC, so when i then add a video in youtube, it auto syncs it to this theme

Well sorry man, it does not do that – I am NOT running your work down, i appreciate your efforts and think you did great job, but advertising SYNCING is not the case
