HI. I have a question about your Avada theme. Now, I understand that it runs off WooCommerce and that I will have to “create” my products in order for me to label the SKUs. My question is this: I am an affiliate selling products for my merchants. They already have the products. How do I create something which already exists and display them on my site? My worry is that once I create the SKUs and they differ from the SKUs set by the advertiser, my relationship with them might be terminated.

You can create a new product entry for them and generate your own SKU’s. With WooCommerce you make your own SKUs so even if the product exists, you just need an image, then enter your own content.
If they need to be same SKU’s then you may need to look into a plugin that can have that feature, there are a lot of Woo plugins out there and I imagine one of them can add that feature for you.

Hmmm, we’ve not tried it out with those plugins and I just checked the forum and did not see any threads about them, which is good usually because there would be reported conflicts. However we cannot guarantee they work until they are tried.

You would need to manually edit that in single.php. There is also a contact form in the contact.php file.

How do you put an image behind the slider?

You would need to put the image in the slider as the background.
Or, if you assign the slider via shortcode in the page content field, then you can insert a page background image via theme options, or via page/post options box.

Font sizing is all controlled via theme options. What exactly are you trying to change?

We do have a side navigation you can use, see it here http://theme-fusion.com/avada/advanced-admin-panel/side-navigation/
however, the top main menu will also show. But if you wanted, you could leave the top menu unassigned, and make the side navigation page your home page which will simulate what you are asking I think.
Is it possible to have this type of template on the home page : top : slider below : portfolio in 4 columns (2 rows) below : the template Medium Alternate Right Sidebar bottom : footer
and is it possible to have different template for the project of portfolio, for example, one like full single page, one with right sidebar etc ?

Everything is fine excerpt for putting a sidebar halfway down the page. If you use a sidebar, then it will show from the top of the page down, right below the slider.
Yes you can make as many portfolio pages as you’d like, each with its own type of layout
Have you a “to do list” ? Because i think it miss 1 option on your theme : a smartphone menu. And perhaps an other like big menu / ubermenu.
Yes we always keep a list of new things we are adding. There is a smartphone menu already, you can view it on our demo using your phone, http://theme-fusion.com/avada/
And you can use Ubermenu with Avada, we support it and its fully compatible. Also, we are adding a second menu option that is more horizontal.

Yes you can choose how many post show in the shortcode so you can put 6 if you wish. But there is not a load more button at this time.

Yes you can do that type of style, I’m planning on adding one to the demo soon. We have multiple shortcodes that can pull any category of blog posts, so you can setup each one to pull different sections/posts, etc.

When hover event happens in header bar, Can this theme support slidedown and slideup effect?

Which hover event are you referring to? And where are you referring that it happens in the header bar?
Also, does this them allow for a membership protected area that can allow using access if they have paid and are current etc…?
There is not a built in feature for that, but you can use a plugin to get that functionality.

I’m waiting like a kid on Christmas Eve for the next Avada release Everytime an Avada release comes out I cancel everything I’m doing that day lol!
We’re working hard on 3.2.2, its coming soon! It will be a smaller update though as its an incremental update, however it will have same new theme options and other important items. After 3.2.2, 3.2.3 will be adding some bigger new features, and it too is also being worked on.
