Hi,
I loaded your demo theme into my development site dev(dot)digitalcro(dot)com but the page load times of the site is very slow. The homepage is 7 seconds. I have even removed lots of items from your basic homepage. Main Slidder, Parallax and other sections of the page.
Can you please assist as the page load times are a major issue. Thank you.

Ok, our support team will handle it as soon as possible.
Whenever I try to make a blog post and use proper spacing for paragraphs etc and then save the content… It removes all the spacing I’ve made and creates one big wall of text basically.
How can I fix this as it makes my blog posts look horrible.
Right now I’m using a work around with &nsb; but I shouldn’t have to do this for every blog post, especially when my blog posts are quite lengthy

did you uploaded theme using FileZilla? If that is the case please refer to our support page here on Theme Forest in the section regarding this piece of software.
The problem happened because all line breaks from that file were deleted in the upload process.

Like the theme. Debating purchase between this and River. How many options on your “process” section? The one in Subway is interesting, but I find the one in River to be more like how I’d use it. Options?

main difference between process shortcodes in this two themes is that in River you can choose between tow and five steps and on Subway that option isn’t available because of the specific design. Also on Subway you must add images for specific step in your process while in River you can’t add image, but you can choose background color of the circle, color of the number and text.

Was thinking of buying your them, one problem i have is that when veiwing it on an iphone 5s using chrome, the side menu doesnt work very well? Sometimes I click it but nothing happens and other time I click it and I see the dropdown menu but nothing seems active and I cannot navigate to any other page?
Can you fix this so I can see it working before I buy?

that happens only when our toolbar is active, it seams like there is some minor overlapping between that to elements. When toolbar is disabled it works fine.

Hi, I bought the theme, I have a problem, if I want to use a Blog template inside a Shortcode – Tab, so, different as the default option, how should I change it? If I simply change the default option for a Blog type, the Shortcode automatically disappears. help me please!!!!! thank you

You can’t mix templates and shortcodes. As we understood you, you want blog list to put in tab content. That is not possible since blog list is managed via blog templates.

Hi, I set FileZilla to work in binary mode and i upload again the theme, reinstaled wordpress and have the same problems: not show logo, there are a stranger white bar in the top of slider not have demo portfolio, the widget not working, is always white…
