There are a lot of newsletter plugins which can fit your needs, Which one is that, you’ll have to try it by yourself. You could use following:

Please note that there is possibility some of those plugins will not work with ajax page transitions if the js script for them is included in head of the document. I bought this theme with the understanding that it worked with Chrome. I tested your demo today and the elements are floating into the masthead.

We didn’t experienced such behavior in Chrome.

Could you be more specific about your configuration? Which Os (version) and Chrome (version)?

How do I change the colour of the menu items within the theme options?
Hi,
You can do it in Qode Options -> Header and Footer -> 1st level menu.
You have to make sure that there is no dark/light header style is selected in Qode Options -> Header and Footer, after that you have to make sure that on specific page dark/light header style is not selected too, and at the end you have to make sure that for specific slide dark/light header is not selected too (if you have Qode slider on page). Dark/Light header style is of “higher priority” than the ordinary color changes. After that, when you set those setting as you want, you can change the colors of menu in Qode Options -> Header and Footer -> 1st level menu.

i’ve got more question – about slider. As i understand there are 2 sliders – Qode and Layer Slider but i dont get it clear… I would like to use “Home Custom Height Slider” (A) or “Home Layer Slider” (
(last 2 options from the menu). First is capable to change menu and logo black to white but the second (Layer Slider) isn’t, right? Are there options to use many layers with text and png images like in revolutionery slider plugin?

That’s right. First one (Qode Slider) is slider that we developed and it is capable to change menu and logo dark to light. For now, there is no option for menu layers as in Rev or Layer slider, but we constantly improve our slider with new features. You can insert image, title, text, button link and thumb (graphic) for one slide.

Nice theme but, can I change the footer’s logo? It keeps showing Elision logo and blog info, I need also to display services instead of comments. How do I change the footer’s content?

Check if there is shortcode inserted on homepage in “Enter Layer slider or Qode slider shortcode” custom meta filed. Also check if there are sliders and slides imported as well (check if you have them in Qode Slider option in admin).

Unfortunately on first stage of size, only 4 cols are available, when you resize it or view it on smaller screens, it will change number of columns.
Regarding description, there is no such option in shortcode, but we could guide you whwre to change shortcode.php file and insert some text.

I have question, and I have asked this before. I would like to disable the lightbox in portfolio when viewing them in the category or the homepage. I know there is an option to disable this for single projects, and that is cook too, but I need to disable the magnifying glass when you hover over the thumbnails. How do I do that?

You have this option (lightbox yes/no) when you put portfolio shortcode on page. When you choose portfolio from visual composer, popup will be shown to you and there you can set your options, among them you will find setting for lightbox.

Ok cool. Got it. One more question, when viewing the single portfolio, below you see the option to navigate. And in the center there is a square with mini squares in it. When you click on that, isn’t that suppose to take you back to the portfolio main page? How do I edit which people go when they click on that?

When you edit portfolio item, down in custom fields you can choose on which page it will take you back when you click on that icon, since portfolio pages are ordinary pages with portfolio shortcodes.

Hello, I´m having a problem with the theme. When I load the page everything works fine, but when I get into an inner section like “Portafolio” using the Menu and come back again to Home “Inicio” some of the texts are not showing anymore. My site is www.experienciaumbra.com.

1) How can I have a custom account page with tabs/custom checkout like many other Woocommerce themes on Themeforest have (like Flatsome or labomba). For example: http://flatsome.uxthemes.com/my-account/ . It looks much more professional than standard Woocommerce account page, so I would really like to implement it. Do you know how?
2) How do I implement lightbox/quickview? I would like to have quickview/lightbox for Woocommerce and also any other content so users dont have to go to another page, but just open content in a popup window.
3) For some reason, I get a blank page after trying to import content with qode importer. Thoughts?

1) I am not sure if they built their own template for that page, or used some plugin, but this can definitely get done using child theme (for now until we figure out what would be best way to implement this – also, I have to check our schedule on Monday to see when and if we will be able to work on this)
2) I guess you are talking about quick view feature. Again, that can be implement via child theme at this point. This is nice feature to have, but I need to discuss with team if we are going to implement it and when.
3) Try to continue import until it’s done, as probably your server has execution timeout limit and it stops the import. But don’t worry, import will continue where it stopped.
4) What exactly do you mean by disabling the logo?
