Hi,
On whick dark template do you mean? If you mean on header style (like changing during slides), than you can do it globaly in Qode Options -> Header and Footer, or you could do it on every page in custom fileds under the content area, or for each slide when you create slide (but first you have to enable that feature for slide in Qode Slider -> Sliders -> edit slider)

You could optimize your images to be less in size, compress them and reduce it’s quality to acceptable level, that could help you a loot. Also you could optimize server settings or speed up a hosting plan.

Is it possible to have a background image within the content area. I would like the same effect as this page: http://jenturner.com.au/vipackaging/solutions/. But without having to use the layerslider, so that the text can be responsive.

Regarding background image, this is not possible via options, but we could help you to set it via custom css.
Menu on mobile screens becomes “mobile menu” where you get button in top left corner, and after click on it, menu will expand in “dropdown” form.

A really quick one that I can’t work out – will use the support forum after this!
How can I get my logo to appear at actual size. I see your demo logo is 177px. Mine appears at around 50px even though it is actually 300px wide.
I’ve made the header height 200px i.e. very high but my logo stays small.
Is there a trick I’m missing?

Hi,
Logo width depends on it’s height. Resize logic works with height, and width is set to auto. So when logo is resized in height, that the width is reduced too. Check if your logo height is bigger than header height. As you can see, our header height is 90px, and logo is 51px in height, and thats why there is no need to resize logo.

I’m getting a strange result. I’m using a logo that’s 200×100px. Under HEADER HEIGHT I’ve put 102px. My logo increases in size but my page freezes and the whole homepage has become a link! Also, my logo has dropped in position.
I’ve tried using 1ST LEVEL MENU STYLE LINE HEIGHT but that doesn’t affect logo size it seems.

You changed only dark and sticky logo, you have to change normal one too, since logic checks normal logo.
Regarding freezing, you probably put “px” in filed and js script can’t work with strings, only numbers, so js has an error and that’s why your site is frozen. Could you try to remove it?

i have added a video at the qode slider-it works on chrome and internet explorer but Not in firefox !
and second: i have addred a parallax with zoom out at my page, but it doesn´t work.

Regardsing firefox, did you upload all three formats of videos (webm, mp4 and ogv), since all three are needed to cover all browsers?
In order to set parallax with zoom out, image have to be hosted on your server, not on some other server, since zoom out logic takes width size from image, and that’s why image has to be on same server as wp install.

yes i uploaded all 3 formts and if i load the video directly from the domain like www.domain.de/video.format all 3 videos appears.
yes the image is hostet at the same place and in the upload folder from the wordpress installation.

I have three questions:
How can I make the elision logo disappear and maybe put my own logo on top or no logo.
What widgets would you recommend as ad on in this template. Do you have a manual or instruction pdf or video’s where I can learn about the theme. My english isn’t that good that I understand every title in the program, which forces me to change something and look what happens every time. When available, could you send me a link/ download page?

Hi,
In Qode Options -> Header and Footer you have options to change logo. If you want to remove logo, there is no such option, but you can set one transparent pixel image for logo, that would do the trick.
We have documentation which is included in download when you purchase the theme. If we understood you well what you asking for, is that you want to add widgets in widget areas. You can create unlimited widget areas and put any widget in it (also text, images, links…) and assign them to different pages, in other words, every page may have its own sidebar with different widgets.

If you have imported our demo content, you will see that there is “Content bottom” widget area in Appearance -> Widgets. There is call to action widget inserted. Also you can control which widget area wil be shown in content bottom area in Qode Options -> Content Bottom Area options.

Unfortunately this is not possible with this theme. Sorry. We turned off this possibility because of our custom fields (in order to work properly), but if you like we could guide you where to enable them and what to change in templates in order to render them in posts.
