Hello,
today i purchased your theme. I was really fascinated by look and feel on live preview but when i pay it and installed it.Well, frustrated! I installed WordPress platform via my hosting panel(automatic) and after that i installed theme (direct unzip via WordPress panel file central.zip) When i setup my site, with regular theme, everything is really ok. But when i come to CENTRAL and click activate, everything goes to hxxl and i CONSTANTLY getting lines over my website:

When i roll back to simplest possible stock WP theme, everything is, imagine, NORMAL.

this can be customized with custom css. Paste this css to Qode -> Custom css field in your back-end:

We had issues with the revolution slider and posted this question with the developers:
Hi there. We are using the revolution slider on this slideshow: http://farlang.org/?portfolio_page=sultan-of-sultry-3 and we have several problems.
1) we set “Hide Navigation” to 0 such as your screenshot here: http://screencast.com/t/6O24Li3SQlub yet we still do not see the arrows on the Ipad so people do not know it’s a slideshow. Is there a way to show the arrows on the IPad and other tablets so people know they can swipe a slideshow?
2) We cannot swipe the slides on the Ipad. It loads and then seems to get stuck, then after a few transitions—almost all the way at the end, swiping is “somewhat possible”.
Their answer was as follows which I am giving in its entirety.

Yes, you can do that. Check our demo site under Features menu. You have different options: Fixed Header, Responsive Header, Parallax Header and all options are available at page level where you can set which image should be used We use 1920px wide images.

I can’t get revslider fonts to look like in demo. I imported revslider demo homepage Than I uploaded css file to plugin css folder just like you explained once to someone (i searched through comments for “fonts demo”) and tried to find answer myself however did not get much luck. Fonts still look like smal black text. I know it is Oswald and Sans, but in revslider layer cant find option to set font. What am I doing wrong?

The documentation you provided is quite brief and I am finding it a bit difficult to understand how parallax works. Not sure if there is more information but I also did not understand how I can configure the home page to show something other than the latest posts. Also, I see the name central on the left. How can I remove that or replace that?

We didn’t implement option for multiple background images per page, but you can write custom CSS taking care of that. Are you familiar with CSS?

I am not a genius with CSS, but I understand it a bit…I opened up the file “stylesheet.css” and I thought that if I edited the code there, using the pages’ ids that should work? I used code like:
body.page-id-14 { background: url(‘images/newbackground.jpg’); }
would this work? Maybe I am not putting the code in the right part of the CSS file?

selected projects allows you to choose to display only certain projects (you should add project IDs, separated by comma). Yes, you can split projects to pages with category attribute. You should enter category slug there.

I thought project id was a kind of collection of portfolio items, similar to categories. Like having different projects each with different categories. But now I understand, it is a post id only. However, thank you very much for your answer. You guys are doing a great job!

Yes they will, if you don’t include any other js functions. It will work although you have included some new js functions, but that new js will not be initialized if it is not included (called) in ajax.js (ajax.min.js) file.

I bought the template and I have a few questions on the full width slider: we are using the theme for our digital magazine. Each article will be a portfolio template with a full page width slider at the top.
Sometimes a slide will have an image on one side, and a quote or a 3-4 line poem on the other side. The quote or poem would be placed in the captions.
Are there any limitations to the slider’s captions you know of: can we use mutliple captions; transparency/opacity; text length
A second question is: the portfolio template text/content below the slider: can it be changed PER SLIDE as well? Or is the only option 1 page with content incl. text below a unique slideshow at the top and with navigation to next/previous pages with their own slideshows.

If you ask for slider on home page, that is Revolution Slider, and it has various options so you can achieve almost everything. You have documentation of rev slider provided with our theme. Also you can visit http://codecanyon.net/item/slider-revolution-responsive-wordpress-plugin/2751380 so you can find some answers there in future, if you need them.
Regarding sliders on portfolio single pages, it is page with content incl. text below, a unique slideshow at the top, and with navigation to next/previous pages with their own slideshows.

Hi QODE. We have a problem. We need the rev slider to be at the top of the page, so when the page loads, it loads the slider first.
That doesn’t seem to be happening when we add the shortcode of rev slider in the field for it on the portfolio admin form. The developer added this: [rev_slider slider1]
It is a horrible experience this way as the page loads first, then a rotator is shown while slides are being loaded and finally the slides are shown.
How can this be resolved? We are under enormous time pressures as the magazine needed to launch today in the evening.
