Hi, After purchased and get the website completely ready , i found that video slider is not working on apple/safari
Its very disappointing 
, i just got a chance to read one comment where it was written that this theme doesnt support video slider on apple devices and you guys are working on that.
Is it possible if we can get a fix in near future or if you can help me fix this problem, i have to make a website live in a day or two

Unfortunately, there is no easy fix for that, as apple devices don’t support video in the slider, but they open video in their native player. As this is really the limitation of devices, I am sure for good reason (because of performance), there is no quick fix for that. We plan to allow opening videos in native player, but it will take time to find best solution for that.

Actually…I’m currently running 2.1.2 this would be the update to 2.1.4 and I’m running version 1.8 of the theme

I have 1.9 of Elision installed.

You need to update both the theme and the WooCommerce to latest versions as WooCommerce released update which broke compatibility with previous versions of their plugin.

Your css on demo website is not the same of mine.
I’m really sorry for this but I opened a lot of tickets…and I’m on line all day long hope to fix it. They are trying hard coding template but I don’t think this the right way. I’m not sure this is my fault and I’m not sure your fault but it is really unbeliveable.

Okay. I am monitoring progress of your items. Regarding logo issue, there is a bug in the theme and custom CSS is solution until we fix bug in the new version. Fix will do the same thing. This is meant to be that way, as header can be transparent and content has to go below header.

Unfortunately, that’s correct, as there is whole JavaScript logic behind that and without negative margin, JavaScript functions also have to change. Again, that’s all because of option to have transparent header. Sorry, but no one until now had such a huge logo and complained about this.

Theme looks great. Before purchasing I just wanted to check if you can use a full screen video for a single portfolio item (as in the header section)? I assume it’s part of a slider. And secondly, your demo is very laggy on my Nexus 10 tablet and my Samsung S3 phone – almost unusable – is there any way to speed it up?

Yes, you can use portfolio full width layout where you define your layout and you can put slider at the top
I will test on SGS3 and will debug it. Regarding Nexus, I will try to find one for testing.

Thanks for the quick reply. That’s brilliant. To be honest I’m more concerned with the speed on Iphones and Ipads as almost 50% of the people that view my current site use those. I’m not sure if they’re similar to the S3/Nexus speeds, but I want to make sure it’s quick to use on phones/tablets.

I dont seem to have the “Visual Composer” working for some reason, I see the tab but when I click it nothing happens it loses the composer window. I also dont see it under installed plugins?

great that you have found it. When you use Visual Composer for the first time it’s positioned under Qode Custom Fields and you need to drag it to the top and it will be there when you need it.

Great Theme! Everything is working except the home slide on MOBILE devices only. The mobile slider just shows the “LOADING ANIMATION CIRCLE”.

“header in grid” is not something that will define logo width, as site is responsive and site width will decrease on tablets and mobile phones. Can you explain better what you are trying to do?

Hi there, how can I change the content and links of the side menu (side area)? I did found an option to disable it if needed (Qode->Side Area), but I want to leave it enabled and change the content instead. Unfortunately I cannot find where to accomplish this and there is no reference in the documentation either.
