hey, i just bought the theme and i have a problem with it. when i’m watching a video on a certain page, as soon as the video ends, the page goes to the next video. i have “auto load next page” off. i need the help please as soon as possible. and i tried going to the support page to get a ticket, but it tells me that only people with codes can have access. i tried signing up, but it tells me that my email is not in your database. thank you

Regarding your issue, it has been fixed in the latest version of TrueMag (2.4) If you continue to have this problem, create a ticket and leave URL plus admin account, so we can check.

In demo website I see an option to change font menu colors but in the theme I can´t see this option. How can I change them?

You cannot change font menu color. It is the same with theme color.
But in demo page you have several colors to choose.
Ah, its theme color. Menu color will be the same with theme color. And, you can change theme color freely in Theme options > Colors & Background.
Can I change number text of excerpt to show at “smart content box” on the front page ?

Hi. I have a weird thing going on with the menu for the theme. I installed mega main menu with it and everything working fine until a point when i add menu items and they do not obey the order I set them in WP or else it would not add the new menu item at all. Even if I re-order the menu items, WP would not take the new order in consideration. Is there any limit set in your theme for menu items? Have you come across such a weird thing before? Thank you.

There was an issue in the mega main menu which has now been fixed by developer.
I tried the one-click installation and sample data content and followed all of the directions, yet my site does not appear like your live preview. Plus, I get an error that time.jpg is missing. When I look through the files, it is not listed.
How much does it cost to have you all install and set up the template? It would be better to have you do it than another party, as you created the template and know more of its inner workings, etc.
Please advise.

Hi, I love this theme, but the widgets area is messed up. I can only see the Main Sidebar but can’t even alter it. I’ve tried installing the theme at a different location and the same thing happened. I’ve created a ticket too as I really need this fixed soon or I’ll need to use something else.

Hi. There is a small issue with the Classy Slider. When you have videos of different heights, the left hand side area of the slider containing the video screen adjusts to the video height. But unfortunately the right hand side area stays fixed height and hence there is an empty space below the down arrow when video height is larger than text/thumb box height. Is there a way to fix this issue? Thank you. We will make this theme perfect!
Because youtube sometimes give us a not-good thumbnail image (incorrect size), you should set your own thumbnail image to get best result.
If you just want to fix left side’s height, you could try some custom CSS:
#classy-carousel .video-item .item-thumbnail img { max-height: 421px; }

Automatic YouTube Video Posts will automatic import videos from a channel or playlist. But it stores and displays videos by its own way. You could use this plugin, but it wouldn’t display videos in TrueMAG player layout
